From all my experiences of being near and seeing a naked man in the flesh i.e at the baths,gym,work etc etc I BELIVE in my heart hands across chest that on average the Black man packs more meat than the other races, thats what I HAVE SEEN.

I used to work as an orderly and had to give bedbaths and help dress patients in the mens ward. There were black men as well as white men there. The answer, as far as I'm concerned, is no. I saw no difference except for the obvious differences from guy to guy.

The only way this will ever be cleared up is if all 3 billion males in the world get their dicks measured. so is everyone else. the only person that knows is God. We will never know unless we measure everyone dick out there. We are all using anecdotal evidence, and that really proves nothing. If we assume that any of you are speaking the truth, then it cannot be true that all blacks are not well hung (or they are). What we could not do is extrapolate from each individual piece of data a statement about the lenght of black dicks in general.

It is not a black thing, but a genetic thing. It takes more than the color of someone's skin to determin whether or not they have a big dick or not. Like others have said it is the luck of the draw.
