1. Does it really work?

2. What made you believe that your efforts would pay off?

4. What are the pros and cons of increased size?

5. Would you do it again knowing what you know now?

1. When it comes to Penis Enlargement, is quality, or quantity more important, or should one focus on both? Or maybe it should be stated, is intensity or frequency more important (probably different from quality and quantity). I also suppose it would depend on what type of Penis Enlargement exercises you are doing. For this I would say jelqing, and stretching, and also pumping if you know.

Here is a routine structure I have been doing for a few weeks now. Just look at the numbers. What should follow? This routine is for length.

BTC stretch (both left and right alternatively, in seconds)

Bundle stretch
-x40x40x40x40x40x40(6 sets, at a high intensity)

Straight out stretch ( 6 sets again, 40 seconds each high intensity)

Bundled cylinder stretch (something I'm messing with very powerful stretch)
x40x40x40x40x40x40 sometimes more just to finish the stretching)

Pumping-(take off pump and jelq for a minute or two and get hard again)

6.5 hg/10 mins
7.5 hg/10 mins
8.5 hg/10 mins
8.5 hg/5 mins-9.0 hg/5mins

I usually pump until my shaft becomes very thick. I ask you this question because I am having a hard time gaining length, and wanted to stop clamping for a while so I started pumping now.

When should I change up the routine? I do it every day, should I rest? What am I supposed to be looking for/ feeling after and during the routine to KNOW that it is doing something.

What exercise do you contribute most of your girth gains too? I would say that the wet jekqing started it for me back in the earlier days as I got into Penis Enlargement. I would jelq say 200 for one week and go higher each week. I got to something like 600-700 which would take around 30 mins to do. Erection would be in the high percentage but not like anything clamped i.e. past 100%.

With this it was than the clamping which got me the big gains ... so the jelqing started me on the path with a boost shall we say and the clamping got me into the higher end with bigger gains. I used the basic constriction where you clamp for such a time while keeping the erection high .. I would chuck horse sqeezes in for good measure aswell.

Hello .. I would say it depends on where your at in this.
With me I RARELY take them as I just know from feel and sight if its gone smaller or bigger .. when you have been messing with your cock like I have you just know, similer thing when you hammer weights and look in the mirror and know your getting bigger but dont need the scales to prove it and sometimes they dont anyway as you may have lost fat and gained muscle.

Hello and welcome. Interesting questions .. I like. I'll answer them by number.

#1 - Yes it really works. Penis Enlargement is fact my freind but you must use common sense and not go mad into this as Less is MORE and not more is more ... anyone who says that is lieing to you as your body NEEDS rest to grow that is fact and samething to the penis. Hi. Ok I would suggest you start doing the standard constrictor which is simply a clamp or whatever else around your penis while you keep erect. Perform a hot wrap beforehand. When doing this perform horse squeezes under the glans and just infront of the clamped area so the area inbetween is clamped tight and engorged to its max. Hold this for around 15-30 seconds and release ... shake the penis and get to max erection again and repeat. Do this for 15 minutes than remove the clamp and perform wet jelqs for 5 minutes. Be very erect and do them slowly but forecefully. G' Day mate. Good to set yourself goals :)

Nothing wrong with useing those hands. I cant see why it would take longer in gains using hands VS equipment. Maybe hands could tire quicker and hence delayed growth. I say give it a shot and see.

Hello. Currently I'm retired from pe but soon will be back.
Healing is very important and something neglected here and on many Penis Enlargement forums.

If you dont heal than you will not grow and you can cause damage .. stands to reason. OK well when I say rest, do it at least the day after you have exercised.

So example being Monday you did Penis Enlargement .. rest Tuesday and if your still sore or feel another rest would be beneficial than rest Wednesday. Than do another session. Stick to 3 or 4 sessions per week. I say 3 is best and the rest days must NOT follow a pattern i.e. Mon-Wed-Fri are training days and Tue-Thu-Sat-Sun are rest .. thats bollocks because your body is never going to auto heal and grow itself in that order all the time. Sure now and again but the time will come when your rest days will need more part between.

You could exercise say on Mon and than rest Tue-Wed and Thu than exercise Fri and Sat, rest Sun and Mon, Tue than start again in the new week Wed, rest Thu, work Fri and Sat than rest Sun. Do you see what I mean? if not Iwill explain again, no problem. The body DECIDES when it rests my freind .. let it guide you. 3 to 4 sessions per week and INTENSE and keep it breif. Dont go past 45 minutes or try keeping it around 30 minutes.

1] I say QUALITY is vital over QUANTITY. Also you mention intensity and frequency. Well Intensity must be high with the quality and it must be infrequent to heal and grow.

2] STOP dong this everyday. You wont grow like that like you could. Do one set of each length exercise, so cut them from 6 sets to 1 set each but try and perform each with MORE intensity than you would the 6 sets and infact you will because come the 4-6th sets your tireing and aint giving it 110%.

Doesnt sound good? ONE set VS SIX ... belive me it works. Your wanting INTENSITY and QUALITY plus QUANTITY isnt what we need. More is not better. That one and only set should be done as intense as you dare knowing your own limits, I cant guide you on this. Go for it mate like your life depended on it and think positve when your doing it and visualize your penis being massive infront of you and growing like a tree. It helps the mind focus.

The pumping also sounds allot. Stick with a light 6.5hg for 5 mins than go for a 8.5hg for 10 mins.

Try wearing a cock ring allday afterwards aswell.

Do the rotuine following my infrequency principle. Say you do it Monday but feel whacked , you will have Tuesday off. Wednesday comes but you might feel the penis isnt upto it. Rest. Thursday comes so you workout. You rest Friday and workout Saturday than rest Sunday.

The pattern changes constantly so you never rest the same from week to week.

3 sessions per week is ample.

well i am pretty happy with my girth i guess i can say but of course i would like to get it bigger. but my main question would have to be about length. i am average length and want to get longer. what would u say is best into achieving my goal, and hands only. this is what i have been doing for the bast month:

300-400 wet jelques, in the morning while taking my shower. then later at night i would stretch for 10-20 mins (getting all angles). i have been doing it every day so imma start taking breaks like you said.

what would you recommend me to change and what are some other good length workouts i can do.

Heres what I haven't been able to cure yet.

I started Penis Enlargement on feb 2nd. On feb 10th, I noticed my penis started slanting to the right while erect. This was strange, because it has always been straight. I think when I was jelqing I would jelq to the right and put more pressure with my right hand, naturally.

The last 3-4 sessions I have tried to jelq to the left and try to get my penis straight again. I can tell the "chamber" on the base of my penis on the left side is thicker than the right. I had a thread about it in the Penis Enlargement forum and this is what some member's asked.

Is there anything else I can do to straighten it? It is hard for me to get 100% pressure solely on the right side of my penis, to try and get it to straight up again.

*Another question when you have the time. When I pump at maximum (10.5hg), my penis is at is maximum length in the cylinder. If I don't it won't be nearly as long. Could I throw a 5-10 minute maximum set in their one or two sessions a week? Also, about my pump, the pointer in the gauge is set at about 1hg all the time without any suction....so If I am pumping at 7.5 isn't it really about 6.5 hg of pressure? (It is a kaplan pump).

**I'm not sure exactly how tight it should be all day or how my penis should be while clamped. I've never owned a cock ring and don't know how tight they are.

The bend should be firm and deliberate but not extreme .. a slight bend and HOLD it static for 30-60 seconds and repeat this 5 times.

Glad I could be or service and I'm sure you will notice benefits with the new routine but please makesure you bare in mind you remember the INTENSITY, QUALITY and INFREQUENCY [rest]. Remember them and you will gain.

Regarding the pump question ... yes go for that high suction like that 10.5hg but with doing that its replaceing the other highest pump session you were doing. So its a light 6.5hg for 5 mins than go for a 10.5hg for 10 mins.

I would advise this VS the extra high pumping because your body may not like it and overtrain as pumping it intense on the body and can take a few days for the penis to settle.

Question about the 1hg all the time .. yea I think that would mean your at 1hg less on your suction than you have typed, but its nothing to panic or worry over.

The clamp should be LIGHT .. just a few clicks, a cock ring is much better. Just to slow the circulation down slightly so during the day/night when you get erect it stays in the penis longer and hence keeps those tissues and chambers fuller and larger with blood which helps the recovery and growth phases.

Thanks man, jelqed last night for about 20mins to the left using various grips and the right chamber was huge at the end :) Last night during stretches, I did not stretch to the right at all. hey red. Haven't asked a question in a while. I planning on getting back into the swing of things. And ima go ahead and do dry jelqs at night and wet jelqs in the night. But I'm considering switching up during the night between girth busters and dry jelqing. Wet jelqing will last about 30-35 min. What you think about that as a workout ?

Hey Red. Ok ive got a serious problem that has been haunting me the past couple of weeks. Ive been Penis Enlargementing for the past 2 years or so on and off, and i am uncircumsized. Ive been mainly trying to get my girth up, especially for the past year or so. Lately ive been noticing that i am developing "turkey neck" from clamping. So far it isnt too extreme, but i know it will get worse if i keep clamping. The skin of my penis is generally looser than it used to be as well. What i wanna know is, is there a non-surgical way to go about getting rid of the turkey neck? I dont wanna stop clamping but i feel like i have to in order to prevent further streching of the skin. EXERCISES EXPLAINED

Warm-Up/Down
A very important part of your program will be the Warm-up and Warm-Down. During this process you will be preparing your penis for exercise. It is important to warm up in order to loosen the ligaments and increase good blood flow. There are many different ways to accomplish this here are a few:

Heating Pad: A conventional heating pad works very well for warm-up. You can pick one up for under $14.00 and they create the perfect heating supply for warm-up. Wrap your penis in the heating pad, plug it in, set a comfortable temperature and relax for 10-15 minutes.

Hot Wrap: A hot wrap is a quicker, less expensive way to warm-up. With a standard washcloth fill you sink or tub with hot water. Soak washcloth until hot and wrap penis. Re-soak rag as it cools. This process should be done for about 5 minutes.

Oil rub Warm-up: With some basic baby oil heat in hot water or microwave very quickly (making sure it is not burning hot) when desired heat is reached work this oil into your penis in a deep massage. This massage should last 5 minutes.

Hot Tub, Shower or Bath: A warm-up can also be done in one of the previously mentioned places. If time allows a nice 10 minute soak really loosens things up and prepares you for exercise.

Basic Stretching
After your warm-up in a seated position prepare yourself for your stretching routine. With an ample supply of Baby powder on you hands grip your penis just below the head. Go easy at first and over your first week, as you become comfortable, increase the stretching strength to 100%.

Basic Jelqing
With desired lubricant (I highly recommend Vaseline) cover hands and penis completely. At this point you will want to have about an 80% erection (semi-soft) Now in a seated position with your palm down grip your penis with the standard OK sign grip. Gripping your penis at the extreme base and a tight grip, force the blood from the very base up to right below the head in a sliding motion. When your first hand reaches the bottom of your head the second hand begins the same movement. This is a strange movement at first but over a few sessions it will become second nature. With each passing day increase the intensity ever so slightly. The goal of basic jelqing is too enlarge girth, add length and improve general penile health.

Why would I want to do kegel exercises?

• It can help prevent leaking urine when you sneeze or cough

Testicle Health
Testicle Health Stretch will help your penis to hang lower in flaccid state. It will also increase blood flow to your testicles and aid in sperm count. This routine should take no longer than 5 minutes but the benefits are many.

With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. This will also aid you in any kind of early warning signs of testicular problems.

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

i have been jelqing every now and then a month ago and did notice that i was hanging a little longer, but then stopped just curious if it would stay but didn't. but this week i have been jelqing every time i take a shower first day i did 100 wet jelq's, 2nd day i did 200 wet jelq's, 3rd day i did 350 wet jelqs, 4th day i did 500 wet jelq's and did notice my penis erect looks thicker and skin on penis looks like it is stretching as far as it can go looked kinda wierd to me at first but i see i gained,but it looks like my length got a lil shorter or maybe just look like that to me since my girth looks to have a fullness to it. so today the 5th day i did 600 wet jelqs. so should i rest from jelqing for 2days or 1 day? i also started to stretch 3 sets each left, right, down, straight forward. not really doing all the stretches from dld [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] yet but will. i am 5 erect lenth and was 4.25 erect girth(last i checked before i started jelqing). i want to be around 7in erect and 6 girth. would you say my routine with dedication i can achieve? i have not did another measurement yet waiting for about 3weeks.

Just a quick question about kegels: When I do them when pissing, I get the feel for it, but when just sitting around, if I do it, it's as if I'm constricting my anus and I'm not sure if I'm meant to try and isolate the cock end of the PC muscle and not the anus end??
