So I figured it was important to get a Journal going other than the personal one that I am keeping. It's not a daily journal, I just use it as a template to motivate myself to do it.

I started back up in mid-January, following a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] stretch routine. I will list my journal contents here below for starters and my own reference:

PA ROUTINE (Began approximately mid- January)

  • 10 [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] A-Stretches 5 Left, 5 Right, 30-60 seconds
  • 10 [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] double hand A-stretches, 30-60 seconds
  • 10 Bow and Arrow stretches, 5 left, 5 right, 30-60 seconds
  • 10 Double-Handed Down and Outs.

Eventually, within a week, I moved to 30 minutes of stretching focusing on these exercises above.

for the past month 20-30 minutes. 200-600 jelqs, 50-100 forced jelq bends. (a sort of modified Phase II - I did something similar to this back in 2008 and gained a 1/2" in 6 months. Sadly, I lost it because I didn't cement my gains<:()

I've been toying with different ways of jelqing because of erection issues I've been having with meds I'm taking. Luckily, my body has acclimated to the dosage and Penis Enlargement has helped tremendously with my EQ as I knew it would. I could possible ask about getting some Viagra, I'm just worried about drug interaction with what I am taking. I'll look into that soon...

  • 20-30 minutes. 200-600 jelqs, crab jelqs, 50-100 forced jelq bends. (1-4 Ulis if my EQ cooperates)

Ask away for the terminology, as I just typed the most convient thing that came to my mind at the time. The Crab jelqs are done exactly like a regular jelq, except you use a pinch grip with your index finger completing the jelq along the top of the penis (the Dorsal Artery) and the thumb completing the jelq along the bottom (The Corpus Spongosium). I have been doing OK grips since I've been doing Penis Enlargement since 2003 and decided to switch off and on.

I wish I was as dedicated as those on the forum and now I am. I was recently diagnosed with ADHD, which explains my sporadic appearances on the site and lack of dedication to my routines. I am trying to use these exercises as a template to build something big. I might consider graduating to Phase III in the coming months, or at least incorporating it into my 30 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 20[/words]-30 min stretch routine. Any assistance would be great

Since my methodology seems to be all over the place, I need suggestions from the gurus for help for these specific goals:

increased head size, larger girth in both the mid and upper shaft (my base is where I have the most girth) and the bane of my existence, length

My pete is fairly conditioned sticking with manual stretches and I've been staying away from clamping, hanging, and pills. I did just purchase a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] because I want my girth exercises to be more fruitful and hopefully get some length gains with those intense stretches. Did my routine yesterday, except I broke up my jelqing session into 2 halves. I did my first 200 jelqs in the morning, stretched 20-30 mins later on in the day. I did a lot of manual and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] A-Stretches and Bundled A-stretches with kegeling. I realized how crucial that really is. Did 200 more jelqs then 100 jelq bends. DLD suggested I started kegeling, So I've begun 100-200 1 sec squeeze, 1 second release, 50 5 sec squeeze 5 release and 1-2 30 sec holds as of this past Wednesday. It's so easy to forget to do them! Anyway, things have been great, doing my routine and all. Actually have time tonight, so I'm going to do another one.

I might have overtrained a little bit because I'm feeling some shrinkage, but I barely ate anything, so I'm going to right now.

So I have trouble kissing and telling but I figure it's an anonymous board here. Anyways, I met up with this girl last night and after a few drinks, we came back to my place and we fucked. I just finished my routine and tried something interesting for my stretches. I've been doing a lot of variations with stretches, mainly to try to shock my ligs to see if I can gain quicker. I have a belief based on my on-again off-again past with Penis Enlargement, that my ligs have developed some great muscle memory. As an analogy, I noticed that when i lift, my coordination and strength shot back up to where I was at my peak very quickly (in roughly 2 weeks), however, gaining in the long run takes incredible determination and variation in my routines. I'm going to use this hypothesis that my muscle memory is pretty well established as a basis for my variations in stretches. Through the course of my Penis Enlargement and tracking my journal, I will have a better understanding of how my body adapts to changes as I progress with my routine and review the most nominal gains.

That said, I've been getting very creative with Penis Enlargement lately. I know that many people have discovered, rediscovered, reinvented, remixed etc. "new" exercises that others have been possibly using or known for a while. Either way, copyright issues aside, I was searching for a way to get a better A-stretch using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] and decided to do something interesting. I put my whole package through the hole, balls and dick, and decided to try an A-stretch this way. I pulled my dick down and kegeled and reversed kegled like any A-stretch, making sure that I split the difference between my balls. The stretch was incredible and really hit my PC muscle really hard. I felt a lower pull underneath my scrotum and good burning sensation within the ligs along my perenium (the chode, gouche, etc). I included a few pictures of my member and myself posing for the exercise. As an important aside I did not experience any scrotum discomfort with the stretch.

Other than this interesting exercise, my jelqing session was lack-luster because of an ingrown hair at the base of my penis. I completed my set but it was bothersome. Luckily I removed the hair before I started, but the spot was still sore during the exerices. I should have let it recover, to prevent getting another one because of my Jelqing, but oh well. I got excited with this new exercise and wanted to finish my session! Word to the wise: Don't shave before you jelq, it will only lead to ingrown hairs. Do it afterward!

I measured just a little while ago. I'm excited that my bone pressed flaccid length went up. I'm hoping that's a sign of erect gains to come. I realized that 6.5 for a short term goal is a bit lofty but hey, I've always been a girth gainer as opposed to length. I figure that can be my long term goal as well, but we'll see how I fair soon. I have also started a kegel routine, where I try to do 2-4 30 sec squeezes, 50 5 second squeezes and about 100 1 second squeezes. I'm going to keep increasing the 5 second squeezes and the 30 second squeezes in the beginning and try to "rep out" with the 1 second squeezes. We'll see how it goes. Now that I can multi-task better, I can do these exercises now without them disrupting my concentration like they did in the past.

I meant to take pictures and I will do that tomorrow, since I just whacked off. I couldn't help it after getting myself up for measurements. I'll try to post soon but this week has been brutal with mid-terms. I'll keep you all posted!
 
Took a little vacation from Friday til yesterday with Penis Enlargement. Met up with some old friends and some awesome times ensued. This was a well deserved break.

Also, I'm going to experiment using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] within the bath once I get a drain plug for the bathroom, as I expect to get a better pull from this method. I did 10 minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] as a warm-up, using my Cable clamp from when i used to clamp to prevent my balls from getting sucked up into the tube. I then did 100 Jelq bends and 150 jelqs for my jelq session (about half of what I usually do). The pump was incredible! I need to incorporate a girth routine into it and see where this goes. Holy shit! Once finished with my final 10 minute session in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] after the jelqs, I was as flaccid as I normally am at %60 Erection. This was the same experience that I had before I grew in erect girth and length in the past, great tell-tale signs of growth for me. All I could say is, AMAZING! I know, I don't want to get overzealous and I will be careful, but you can't blame me because of the amazing results from this product! Sorry about the lack of posting. This weekend was crazy with working during St. Patrick's Day here in the states and Daylight savings time. I haven't been able to do anything since this past friday though here's what I've been up too today.

I stopped experimenting with my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sessions and I have decided to stick with 5minute warm-up session followed by a 20 minute post work out. It's extremely long but it gets the job done. Even after not doing any [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]/manual work since Friday (for a good 4 days), I had a great flaccid hang in the morning. Erection quality is coming back as I am getting used to my meds and continuing with my kegeling sessions. Anyways here is my set-up:

That's what I'm going to try. I'll try edging later on at night when I have some me time. This set literally takes 1hr 15 to 1hr and 30 minutes depending on how I do it. I know it's pretty involved, but since I live with a roommate and he's at work during the day, I'm rocking out alone during that time.

I filled it up in the tub then put it on and wore it in front of the computer last night. I was doing some edging before and decided to try the B-mate with an erection. I entered it at about 60-70% erection and pumped for 15 minutes. The expansion was pretty awesome. I was about 1/4 inch longer and noticeably thicker around the mid and upper shaft. Lovin' it man!
 
Alright, I did the above work out yet again and enjoyed a good work out session. I am considering getting pre-wrap and athletic tape for my Penis Enlargement endeavors.

I tried this a few years back when I started back up with Penis Enlargement from Sept. 2007 to about May 2008. Even with changing my grip, using Baby powder for better grip and pretty much everything else, I still don't get the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] that I did with my wrap. Thinking back, I'm not sure where I read this on the hanging forum or if I came up with this idea myself, but I decided to use the soft foam pre-wrap and then apply athletic tape to get a better grip on my piece. I remember this working really well as I gained about a 1/2 in from this. I was measuring at 7.5 NBPL at the end of those sessions, following the same routine I did above, minus the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] of course. I know that I can get back on track with this and get back to the old lig burn I used to have! (by the end of April 2008 - I remember there was a rumor going around that I had a big dick at college :cool:)

I've been using pre-wrap and post wrap for my stretching routines to help with grip and have noticed a big difference in the ligament stretch and pull I feel. I know it's working and it feels like I'm focusing now on retaining the stretch as opposed to the grip. I will continue to experiment with the wrapping procedure so that I will not have to worry about any glans damage. So far so good, although I had about 3-4 red spots recently but no glans discomfort. Good sign as opposed to glans discomfort and lack of grip.

My Erection quality is now through the roof! I can maintain stronger, longer erections with thicker veins. Because I enterthe [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] flaccid, I've noticed a lower flaccid hang when I'm relaxed. I can't wait to see what the tape says in come the Wednesday after this. I hope that with my new stretching method, I will be able to get back to where I was in a few months and excel beyond!

I took a break yesterday and was incredibly horny the whole fucking day! I definitely think it was because of the increased erections. Took a break yesterday and did a lot of work. I have been busy with school and this week and the next are crazy with tests and projects that are do.

I did do my routine today. I focused on stretching, doing the 100 kegel warm-up, regular DLD Blasters for 20 minutes, then about 10 minutes of the wrist rollers( again the description is on the site on how to do these, except they are not called this and I forget the name of the exercise?:( ). I did a 5 minute B-mate session, then 50 Double bend jelqs and about 100 jelqs. I then did a 15 minute session where I tried to pump to the maximum volume.

I realize that I can't pump completely to this volume without some pain in the base because my base is to big for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] model. I'm getting the ring saround the base of my shaft, indicating I need to upgrade. I caved in and bought the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] model today. I should've purchased it in the first place but didn't think that I would need it and that my girth was fine to fit into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] model. That's an ego boast though! I can gain girth like a fiend by my ligs are like steel; hence my focus on length and stretching. Another positive: The wrap is great and I now have it down to a science, creating that ligament pull I once remember when doing with the DLD Blasters 2 years ago.

I'm back on my way and this time, I'm going to break plateaus that I can never imagine.:cool:
 
Alright I did a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session yesterday, and judging from the mm approximation marker on the B-Mate decal, on pushed my limits to 185 mm (7.2 inches) yesterday. I was there for about 5 minutes. I should have eased myself into it like I have in the past, but I got overzealous yesterday. I only did about 50 DLD Double Jelq bends and 10 slow squash jelqs and no stretching yesterday. I was excited yesterday and decided to focus on girth instead of length, thus no stretching.

Today I did my full routine, and pushed my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session to about 185 mm (7.28 ") again today. I'm aiming for 190mm (7.48") by the end of next week, but right now I'm staying in the 180-175 (7.0-6.8")range comfortably. I'm trying to expand as much as possible with my length except the base of cock keeps filling up the tube and I'm getting painful rings. This prevents me from pumping to the max since I'm having trouble distinguishing the slow ache that you're supposed to feel from the expansion from the pain caused by the base of my penis. Thankfully, I'll be getting my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] in the mail soon. Looking forward to the day that comes in! I'm really excited about this. I tend to gain girth incredibly well, but I want to get length. I'm hoping that pumping to the max will help me to achieve this. If not, I'll end up with incredible girth and hopefully some length!

On another note, I have not experienced any fluid build-up or the dreaded "donut" effect from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] as some other air pumpers have described. Another good reason why I'm so excited about this product and my upgrade!
 
I did my full session yesterday. Surprisingly, I had a good session even though I was feeling sick. I passed out for 12 hours last night. Woke up with a good flaccid hang. Good signs of a new size!;)

Wednesday is also my measurement day. I have restrained myself from measuring for the whole month since I've gotten my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. So hopefully, I'll get some results.

I also know now the exercise that I was using in my routine. the wrist rollers are actually the Blue_Whale stretches. I can't do them with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] because the hair that grows on my shaft (yes, my dick gets stubble:P) is always rubbing against the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words]'s PVC and it's feels like sand paper. I've wrapped some athletic tape around it to prevent the abrasion, but the manuals I find, do a much better job.

So my roommates girlfriend was in our apartment earlier today, I couldn't get my stretching routine in at all. I just did 100 Double Jelq bends and 100 jelqs with a 10 minute B-mate session in my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words]. I felt like I couldn't go a day without doing Penis Enlargement, so I did an abreviated routine. Again, while searching the forum, I realize that I haven't been using the DLD Slow Squash Jelqs but instead the Isolated Compression Squeezes. I realized the difference when I finally found the link for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s here. I know I've been following up almost daily just doing my routine and trying to get big.

I'm trying to focus on getting length more from my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and I'm considering using a condom to try and keep the base and rest of the penis from expanding. Kind of like a compression vest for lifting, but with pumping. Been thinking about this for a while and I may try it soon. Another thing on the To Do list

I'm moving my measurement date up to this Wednesday because I can't help myself.
So far I'm trying my best to stick to my routine without any outside interference. The pre-wrap and athletic tape stretching technique that I have been using has helped tremendously with my grip. I need to post a thread on that with some pictures when I get a chance. For now, I'm having trouble finding enough time to post and do my exercises.
 
I'm taking off today because I have so much do for homework this week. I will also measure next week to let you all know if there were any increases. I did measure my flaccid gains today and found that I have increased! Here are the results

I have been having trouble with my erections because of my medication. Since my dosages had increased, I have had some erection difficultly lately. I haven't been able to do anything since Saturday because I've been sick. I had an ear infection set in Sunday morning. Early monday morning I woke up and my ear was bleeding, so I went to the doctor as soon as could monday morning. Not knowing what the original Bio-Oil's like, I have to say Wal-green's version is pretty awesome. It smells like flowers but goes away after a while, leaving your skin feeling smooth. I haven't tried jelqing with it but I hope to tomorrow and I'll mention it in my next exercise post. Luckily, I can keep this in the bathroom without raising any suspicion about what I use it for, unlike the olive oil my roommate found.

All right folks! I've been busy trying to find a routine that is best for me. I'm not a fan of repetition and I prefer the RedZulu's way of doing routines (i.e. focus on the exercise over a set time frame like 30 minutes of A-stretches, for example). So I decided to change when I use my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and how long I do based on what I've found out yesterday.

So I stretched for 30 minutes (A-stretches for about 10-15, then Blue_Whales for about 5 min. then finally, V-Ses's using a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] for about 5 minutes), I warmed up in the shower for 5 min then did 5 minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] to warm-up for my jelqing. I did 200 jelqs, 50 double force jelq bends and then did 20 minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Finally, after the incredibly pump, I thought, what the hell, I'll do some squash jelqs. Holy shit, that was amazing. haha! I was able to throw my towel over it just before he came in so he thought it was my clothes. If I would have hung it on the door knob like I usually do, he would have found it. Points 1, 2, 4 and 5 have been what I have noticed the most (From DLD's post: Base Girth, Erection angle, Orgasms and Type of soreness respectively. )

  • Base Girth: My measurements say it all! I feel much thicker at the base and I can maintain rock hard erections now and more sustained than before. I have also been lifting, which is a big plus for blood flow. Even before I was lifting, my EQ was going up. All these combined have helped me to maintain incredible erections
  • Erection Angle: I have noticed that my erection angle has stayed the same buy my upward curve feels more pronounced. I think I'll have to start doing more upward stretches to get that gain.

I made it more than 10 minutes today in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretching. Awesome! The only draw back was, I get some fluid build up. The silicon sleeve does a great job at preventing this, however any skin just about the sleeve is subject to the water blister/fluid build up. I haven't had any water blisters yet, however I have had the donut effect. My head was incredible engorged today after the session. I thought it might be the fluid build up but it didn't feel like the fluid build up i've felt on my shaft at all. I feel like it might be growing, hopefully adding to my overall length!

The object of the sleeve, if I haven't mentioned before, is to increase the midshaft and head of my penis similar to the boa constrictor method that Red suggested. I feel that this is probably the best way to do this for myself, since the condom method wasn't comfortable at higher pressures in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Once I resize my pictures i took of me wearing the sleeve, I will post them in the journal.

Not a full session sadly, but at least I did something. Even if I can't get a full session in, I hope to get about >20 min of stretching in. The only issue that I have is, I like using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] so much because it's so easy and fun! I just have to remember that stretching will yield the length gains much more readily than the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Since I'm predisposed to girth gains, I should focus on stretching.

Otherwise all is well, just disappointed that I haven't been able to get some quality sessions in within a week. I'm going to keep pushing though
