well 2nite is gonna be the first nite doing this workout. so my stretching will be a bit like this:

1 min stretch holds = 36 stretches - 4mins rest = 40mins

stretching will be as follows

1min each *

up
down
left
right
straight out
btc
over the wrist
tow stretch
bundle stretch(thts the twisting your cock one right?)

repeat above 4time with 1min rest between = 40mins

then hang for 20mins straight out and over the bed with only around 5-8lbs

then i will wet jelq for about 15mins and cool down with a cold wash :D to reheal the ligs in an extended size:D

basically i was sick of not gaining girth, so decided to give the natural pe of dry jelqing with bends, ballooning, holds, squeezes, etc. and i can honestly say i think my girth is getting bigger, the width is now bigger think its in the range of 1.8 now :D use to be only 1.75. a gain is a gain though.

had an excellent length session yesterday.

35mins stretching - various direction. those stretches were you twist your dick around. ( think its called bundle) are fucking awesome

20mins hanging - 8.8lbs straight out.

20mins wet jelqing in the shower - all %erection

felt like an excellent session yesterday.

got clamping and dry jelqing shortly now :D

still at my routine of npe and is working out well.

had a quick measeure today and was over 8inches and wasnt even totally erect :D so i have till 01aug until i measure and tht is 1year of pe.

been mainly doing stretching a lot 40mins+ a day wet jelqing 10-30mins a day in the shower. dry jelqing as much as possible and extreme ulis. kinda been light clamping to help promote girth gains. :D

but in all npe is working great for me.

never had stronger erections than i am getting now. as well as even more random erections in public. :blush: shows a lot of bulge when i get them and its hard to cover lol

nope pumping did jack shit for me!! all just temp gains for 24hrs, loads of red blood spots. messyness, not always pleasureable kinda painful sometimes and tht was at 7hg approx.

ive jacked it in. all i do now is stretch wet jelq dry jelq and extreme ulis. sometimes clamping if i have time.

kinda lacking on pe these last few weeks :( gonna get back into on monday.

have gained 1/8 inch woho.
