nope i split mine up. i usually try to pump or in your case clamp. first thing i wake up. as i always get such a morning wood when i wake up so i take advantage of it then.

i would usually pump and adc with the sheaths in the morning and dry jelq inbetween the pump sets.

my morning set usually last 1hour approx.

then at night when say im on the phone with the girl id hang then or hang about 12am when i get some piece and quiet to myself so i can concentrate more.

im gonna now start trying to stretch even more throughtout the day.

I started to clamp about a week ago, I'll do it like 3x daily for about 10-15 mins. each session, I don't put the clamp to tight and jelq away, the expansion is pretty cool. I'm pretty sure doing it spaced out like this is for good gains, this so the penis doesn't get a chance to reduce in size, it stays in that pump, and little by little permanetly. check it out.

Have you told her how you feel and I mean really told her your true feelings about the situation i.e. not feeling wanted, etc... If not sit her down and pour all the feelings out, not in a 'I'm really desperate for a fuck' type way but from the heart.

After that ask her to open up to you too. This might be hard for her if she's very shy but if you open up first then maybe she will follow.

I don't know if all this will work but your best bet is to try and let her know how you're really feeling about the situation on an emotional level. I'm sure if she realises that your hurting that she will feel bad and want to help sort things out.

You might still not get a fuck but it just might help you understand her more. If there's a genuine reason then you will wait but if she's messing you around then at least you'll know and maybe then it might be time to let her go and move on.

Maybe it's just that because she's so shy she is frightened of making a fool of herself, or you thinking she's not good enough. Just as we men have our insecurities she do women.

Just remember that when someone is acting in a way that we don't like or understand there is always a reason. Most of the time if we try to find out why then we realise that it was nothing about what we originally thought and things begin to fall into place. Basically what I'm saying is communication is the key.

I hope you get things sorted either by getting your leg over or at least getting to the bottom of her reluctance.
