How do you like the Mandingo Stretch with the Lengthmaster?


I've been doing the mandingo stretch with the length master for 4 months now and I want to do it for 6months before measuring.

I'm suppose to measure on the 12th of May which will make it 6 months of doing mandingo stretches for 1 hour daily. But now that i have the silistretcher, I'm thinking of using the silistretcher for 3 months before measuring. I will have to wait until 24th of June before measuring.

I will switch over from mandingo stretches to downward bundled stretches by 12th of May and I will do the downward bundled stretches for 6months just like I did with the mandingo stretch
 
After taking 3 days off to allow the pain on my left side base fade away, I've resumed training. I want to take it easy now because I think I streched with too much tension before.

Also I have stopped doing the mandingo stretches. I want to start doing downward bundled stretches. Below is what I did yesterday:

4 hours silistretcher

I stopped doing the mandingo stretch because of the pain I sometimes feel when I'm doing that exercise. I feel it at the top right side of my penis base.
 
After taking 3 days off to allow the pain on my left side base fade away, I've resumed training. I want to take it easy now because I think I streched with too much tension before.

Downward bundle stretching is going to be just as effective, if not more than the mandingo stretch. Switch it over today and let me know how it goes.
 
I've come to the conclusion that, wearing the silistretcher for 4 hours straight is overkill for me. The fatigue that comes with that straight 4 hours is too much. After the first 4 hours, I find it hard to finish my session because of the fatigue.

I did the mandingo stretch for 20mins after which, I wore the silistretcher for 4 hours.

But starting from today, I will wear the silistretcher for 2 hours at a time after each 20mins Length Master session.

Below is what I will be doing henceforth for now:

20mins downward bundled stretches
2 hours silistretcher

20mins downward bundled stretches
2 hours silistretcher

20mins downward bundled stretches
2 hours silistretcher

If after doing this above routine I don't feel too much fatigue, I will proceed to sleeping with the silistretcher.

The silistretcher is so powerful, you have to be cautious with it.
 
You may want to try my new methodology called the Reverse Pyramid Hanging/Stretching. It plays fatigue in a much different way. The theory can be applied to any type of stretch. I I like the idea that you’re riding out the fatigue by sleeping with the SiliStretcher.

I only slept with the silistretcher once. I think the fatigue might have come from the combination of mandingo stretch and the silistretcher.

So now that i have switched over to downward bundled stretches, let's see if I will get that same fatigue. It's more like a pain on my right side base lig

So now that you switched over be sure to take good mental notes of how things are going. I think it’s a smart move and it’s very powerful exercise.
 
I so much love the downward bundled stretches because downward is the main direction to stretch with the highest intensity with the length master. You can hardly hurt yourself when doing downward bundled stretches but same cannot be said for the mandingo stretches.

Today I wore the silistretcher for 6 hours and did 30 mins downward bundled stretches

20 mins downward bundled stretches
2 hours silistretcher

10 mins downward bundled stretches
4 hours silistretcher

So the fatigue and pain must have came from the mandingo stretches. I will do this downward bundled stretches for 6months.

I did bundled length master rolls for 3 months last year. From 14th of April 2018 to 14th of July and then I measured immediately and saw my 8 inches bone press. Do you remember? I haven't measured again ever since.

I first did 1 hour daily downward bundled stretches with the length master from January 14th 2018 to April 14th 2018.

From 15th November 2018, I started doing 1 hour mandingo stretches and I did it for almost 5 months. I just stopped doing mandingo stretches yesterday.

My penis is very long now despite fat pad but I'm not going to measure until 1st of July. I'm very sure I will see at least 8.5 inches bone press penis.

I will see more than 8.5 inches by the time I measured come 1st of July. I haven't had sex this year though.

I've decided to start training length and girth on the same day since I have all the privacy in the world. I will start girth exercise on Monday night.

Check your post girth measurement to be sure that you’re getting as good of a workout with both girth and length before you make a permanent decision.
 
Well, I didn't take any measurement before starting girth work. I'm now training length and girth on same day. I'm only using the length master and bathmate for now. I've done two sessions so far.

I will start updating my log again from tomorrow.

I hate measuring too soon.

Well don’t measure too soon but make sure you do have a regular measuring schedule. I suggest every 90 days but that’s completely up to you.
 
I am really looking forward to measuring and I'm wondering if I'm at 8.5 bone press. We will see what happens when I measure.

I’m praying so the 8.5 my brother! You deserve it you’ve put in the work! As a matter of fact I hope you hit 9 inches!

Dude what are your stats right now i remember when you started years ago..cant beleiev you are so huge right now are you 9.5 right now??


My last measurement was in July last year and it was 8 inches bone press. I tried measuring again this month but the extreme upward curve I have now is making it difficult combined with my fat pad.

When I measured last year, my fat pad was very little but right now it's big. I believe it's affecting my measurement. I've not trained for more than a week now.

But I will officially resume training with the size doctor tomorrow. I'm using today to learn how to wear it.
 
A 4 month block of time used constructively will produce good measurable results. I think we all should have time goals but that they should be realistic so they will inspire us to go forward. Setting up a goal that is not attainable will only discourage. I say set a massive final goal, even if it is to gain 5 inches, but to get there make tiny goals in time. This will keep you inspired and motivated as you work towards your dream.

Do you feel as though every individual has a max gain (much like bodybuilding)? I felt like an approx goal of + 3” from was a bit generous. I wondered what you’ve experienced over your PE career.
 
That's encouraging. I wondered if he completed the shrink experiment prior to the SRT d/t feeling as though he had reached genetic potential. That's encouraging though. I estimated my starting lemgth to be about 5.75" (didn't measure at start) and my short term goal is 8.25" with long term also being 10. I'd be more than happy with 9, however, if I become discouraged. With all this wishy -washy talk my final answer for goal is 8X6. I was wondering what the physiologic process that takes place during the cementation of gains.

i was 5.75 years ago never imagined i could get bigger i have been trough really complicated mind processes and disbelief,i fantasize a lot too about my penis size,but i have taken lots of breaks its been fucking hard since then, nowadays im almost 7" bpel and feel small as fuck.Id be really happy whit a 9x6".The physiologic process changing the internal structure of the penis deforming ligaments,suspensory ligaments,deformng the tunica all those exercises are going to change the shape of the penis and penis will have a reaction to that,
Consistency can really help us out,that will create permanent changes in our penis anatomy imo..

Awesome, brother! I’m hoping to cross the 7” thresh hold before too much longer (6.25 ATM). I bought a SG and have been working up to 2,000 tension. My goals are based off the manual 10% increase at 400 hours use 2 months= 6.875” by June 29 and 30% increase at 6 months (1200 hours)= 8.125” by Nov 29.

Of course I will be performing other exercises daily on top of the min 6 hours of the SG. I ordered the SRT package and I’m really excited to follow that program.

The only limitation is how long you live. If you continue to train you continue to grow. You’ll die before you tap out your gains. Granted they will be slow but they will happen.
 
Ever since I decided to stay consistent with my length work (14th January 2018), I always make sure I avoid measuring. I only measure once in 6 months and each of those time I measured, I end up taking at least a week or even a month break.

I tried measuring about 9 days ago but my anxiety will not let me get a solid erection so I gave up and went on a break.

This morning, I decided to start training again and I did the dld blasters for 15mins. Immediately after the routine, I measured my flaccid length and saw 8.1 inches bone press and I didn't even press it too hard.

The last flaccid measurement I did I saw 7.2 inches and that was around last year 14 July. I'm very confident that my bone pressed erect length will be very close to 8.5 now cause I'm sure I'm longer than 8.1 inches bone press.

With that being said, I have decided not to bother myself with too much length exercise. I will just stick to using only the length master (The length master is the best length device in my opinion, very quick and extremely effective). I will do the dld blasters for 1 hour from today 19th of May to 19th of August after which, I will look for another length exercise to do for the next 3 months.

I didn't gain too much in the last 6 month's because I did mandingo stretch for almost 6 months and then I did downward stretches for at least 2 weeks followed by a 9 days leave.

My advice with the length master is that, you should always change tour routine every 3 months if you want to keep gaining at a steady pace. The next 6 months for my length master training is codenamed "killer instinct mode". The last part of my length journey.

Even if I measure by 19th of November and see 8.5 inches bone press (I'm confident I will see more than that) bone press length, I will be 100% satisfied and focus on girth.

Note: Do not joke/skip erect stretches. I have been doing them consistently especially in the last 6 months. I used to do them at least 4 times week, before but in the last 6 months, I've been doing them every night. I noticed how it brought out so much length for me and I also saw huge gains at the base of my penis after doing the mandingo stretches for almost 6 months.

Please do your erect stretches daily if you gain. Believe me, it will help bridge the game between your flaccid bone press and erect bone press measurement.

Sorry for posting here, not hijacking, but huge-girth, your last post made me start a thread about erect stretches, in which noone have answered yet, so I will copy/paste what I asked there: " Do I have to try and maintain full erection, throughout the erect stretches , or is it ok if I lose some erection.This is what I do.I get an almost 100 % erection, kegel the head, grab it, and pull hard outwards.Now If I try to relax my Pelvic floor, aka Reverse Kegel, I cant maintain 100 % erection, it naturally decrease by 10-20 %.Is this ok, or I should kegel for the entire one minute, in order to keep max erection the entire time? "
