About girth: my advice is to change something! If your routine don't give you gains, well, change. My original girth routine was wet Jelq, eretion about 50/80%. No girth gains for months. I changed. I introduce Compression, ULI (hand clamping) and wet jelq at 80/100%. In one month i gained 0.2" !!!!!!
