Hi SizeGenetics, I purchased and received the SizeGenetics last week (order #100001467) and something is wrong with base adjustment screws and the metal base pieces they thread into because they both stripped the adjustment screws after my 2nd or 3rd use. I barely even adjusted them and they both stripped fairly easily, which surprised me because the top end of the adjustment screws that thread into the hex rods seem fine. I think the base metal pieces are defective. How do I go about getting replacement base metal circular pieces and the adjustment screws that thread into them? I am stuck unable to use my SizeGenetics until I get the replacements and I really want to get back to using your great product! Thank you in advance for your assistance

Hey sizegenetics, I ordered the ultimate system about a week ago and I ended up getting charged the full price ($398.95). When the order arrived last Tuesday (5-11-15) I noticed it was missing some things that were supposed to be included with the ultimate system, so I did not open any of the packaging in case I had to return it. I emailed customer support right away asking why those items were missing, and I also tried calling the 1-800 multiple times to no avail, and I still haven't gotten a reply to that email. So after all of this, I just decided I want to return it, and get my money back. I emailed them for information on how to return it a week ago, and STILL HAVENT gotten a reply. Also I still haven't gotten an answer on the 1-800 number ( I've been calling multiple times during business hours GMT). This has been really unfortunate because I've heard such good things about Sizegenetics. I just want to return it and get my money back. Could you please help me?
