35-40 minutes of all kinds of stretches
+1additional hour wearing a mummy
because my FSL-EL difference is 0.4 inches (you should have at least 0.6 to switch proportions of jelqing/stretching).
.. I do this everyday I can - meaning if you dont have the "notion" to do Penis Enlargement and you dont want to, you wont get the max. erection and your training wont be effective
