Girth is rockin!! Do less achieve more. Do wet warmup mid set helps!

Did 3 sets of hangs today because I had the time. Wore vimax for 1 hour yesterday.

Routine today:
10 min wet warmup
20 min 2.0 gallon hang
10 min wet warmup
20 min 2.0 gallon hang
10 min wet warmup
20 min 2.0 gallon hang

10 min wet warmup
10 min horses and jelqs
5 min wet warmup
10 min horses and jelqs
 
So you think doing 20 minutes of girth total is better for you? Do plan on doing this every day or no? I was thinking about cutting down my time and seeing my results.

I have been doing 5 days on 2 off. It has been working very well for me. I like it alot better than when I was doing more.

Routine today:

3.5 hours vimax
 
Length went well. Wasnt really in the mood for girth, so the beginning of it didnt turn out that well, but I found some good long lost adult entertainment and got into it. Added an extra set of hanging.

Good to see you are hanging more sets. I can't wait until late august when I get to really start hanging... Let me know if you keep making gains in girth on just 20 minutes of actual girth work.
 
The girth work is going good.

Does measuring fuck with your head?!? Its been fucking with mine. I feel huge in my hand and then I measure and its not what I think. FUCK!!!
My post girth work will put me over 6" most of the time, but it feels like it should measure bigger.

My routine yesterday was an all day dick kicking marathon. It cried for mercy and I screamed NO and beat it down again. I did an extra set of hanging, some clamping which I havent done in awhile and some minimal pumping.

12 min 2.0 gallon hang(nature called)
10 min wet warmup
20 min 2.0 gallon hang

3-4 hours ADC with restimulation about every hour
 
Been very busy as of late. Didnt have time for a full workout. Got in a decent length workout, but girth suffered.

Added weight to the hanging.

Took off the long bar on the vimax and put the small bar back on. The long bar was too hard to get on. I put the rope one about an inch behind my glans, so its more difficult to get on with the long bar. I added some stuffing into the white holes in the vimax so it will extend further even with the short bar.

Wore the vimax for an hour today.

Routine today:
10 min wet warmup
20 min 2.0 gallon hang
10 min wet warmup
20 min 2.2 gallon hang

5 min wet warmup
10 min horses
5 min wet warmup
 
Yesterday I wore the vimax for about 3 hours. Today I wore it for 1hr.

Todays Routine:

10 min weet warmup
20 min 2.3 gallon hang
10 min wet warmup
14 min 2.3 gallon hang
10 min wet warmup
20 min 2.0 gallon hang
10 min wet warmup
20 min 2.0 gallon hang

5 min horses(wasnt in the mood) then 5 min pump, then ADC for about an hour.

My long lost thread.

Since I was here last:
I have air pumped with a Kaplan pump since roughly 2005 on and off w a bit of clamping and gained about 3/4 in girth and maybe(optimistically saying this) gained a 1/4 in erect length.

What I am into these days:
STARTED Tb500 today. Started with 2 ml of saline solution mixed w 2 ml of Tb500. Pain levels in my body are my neck and mid back under my left scapula. Pain level 3

--Bathmate [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words] brought me back to Penis Enlargement. Glad I encountered it as I love it. Great girth gains from this. I can achieve 6 3/4" with this with fluid.
--Have tried the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] and had less fluid and less discoloration but didnt get the girth gains and EQ wasnt nearly as good as after an [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words] session.
--Have tried the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words] and have trouble with nut pain and discontinued use after a few sessions.
--Just received the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] today and have to say I feel it pulling more at the base and length seems to be easier to gain in it than any of the others. I girth out of it quickly though and look forward to the day I hit the top which I am about 1.5' from doing.
--Just figured out how to do expressive stretching with the pump 2 days ago and the length gains feel like they are now finally going to come. This is after years of feeling like I am spinning my wheels and saying fuck it and not doing length exercises anymore. Which I haven't done anything for length for years.

Current bpel 7"
Current mspumpedeg-(dont know what my normal non pumped girth would be) 6 3/4" with fluid

Current goal:
Bpel 7.25"
msPumpEG 7"

End goal:
Nbpel 8"

Shorter workout just now with potentially more later. Went for girth today mainly as I am headed to the lawyers house later.

--Did some kegel/reverse kegel action to get there.
--After did about 1 min of 90degree rotated SSJs. After doing this I had a dark bubble/circle midshaft that resembled what a large mole would look like. Only slightly tender to the touch. Stopped SSJs and did fireman rolls. Dark spot is still there.
-- 15 ish minutes in [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words] as the girth was causing too much pressure to maintain it in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Herc[/words]. Established a medium pressure pump and stayed there so as not to further terribly irritate the "mole". Didn't seem to make it better or worse.

Appreciate it! After reading through my log from a long time ago I was really glad I wrote it. I wrote a post the other day about hiring you for an hour to talk on the phone to design a program for me. I am currently without a program and I know you could help me gain much faster if I could do that.

Todays routine:

Kept it short today for 2 reasons. Time and wanted to allow the "moley" to heal.

Did 10 mins in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Herc[/words] at a moderate pressure 170(visual not touching the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]herc[/words] and allowing it hang low)
 
Didnt do much today.
2-10 minutes sessions in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]herc[/words]. Need to switch to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x40[/words] after the first length based [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]herc[/words] work. With expressive kegel/reverse kegel got to a level visual of 175 in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]herc[/words].
