I have been doing Penis Enlargement for about 9 months and have decided to FINALLY do a log. Easy wasy to keep track of my workouts and progress or lack there of.

The routine I am on currently I really like. It appears that I am gaining length at a steady slow rate now. Which is way cool because that has yet to happen.


Current Stats:
Erect Girth 5.5-5.75 Depends on day and fatigue factor. Started at 5.0

Flaccid Girth 5.0-5.25 Its cool that I am bigger now flaccid then I was erect.

Flaccid Length- Dont know dont really care. Im a shower and dont need to work on this.

Erect Length- I have a bitch of a time measuring this. My cock senses the ruler and hides. My best estimate for BPenis EnlargementL is between 6.5-6.75. NBP I dont know for the same reason.

NBP Flaccid Stretched Length- I measure it by making marks on my desk after each workout. It has grown about a half inch since starting. To measure the marks is 7 inches. Started at 6.5.

My Current Routine:
Started approximately Jan 24th 2005

5-8 minute wet warmup.
20 minutes hang with BIB hanger using 1 and a third full gallons of water. Approximate weight 11 lbs.
5-8 minute wet warmup.

DLD's Newbie Stretching routine minus the upward stretches(30secs 3xs each direction). Cant get a good grip and I always seem to hit the penile nerve. Ouch.
Mixing in some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] routine. No real consistency as to what I do though.
5-8 minute warmup

20 minutes hang with 1 gallon and sometimes 1 and 1/3.
5-8 minute wet warmup

15 minutes Pump using between 5-8 hcg.
5-8 minute warmup

10 minutes wet jelqs with rubber cock ring, mixed in with slow squash jelqs. About 2 minutes jelqing, 30 sec [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words], then repeat. Seems to really do some girth expansion.
5-8 minute wet warmup

15 minutes pump
5-8 minute warmdown

Takes about 2 hrs.

I havent clamped in about 2 weeks and feel really good. I think not clamping after having been adcing for awhile has stimulated some new growth.

Had to modify routine because of couples holiday.

4 Wet warm ups mixed in 5-8 min
4 sets 20 min hang with 1 and 1/3 gallons.

Forgot to mention I did a 15 min pump routine with no warm up last night and bled in the pump from my pee hole. Grrr. Reminder to do warm up.
 
Today my workout was fucked up by the air conditioning guy. Wasnt supposed to be at my house today, so I had to cut the workout shorter than I would have liked.

5 2 handed Down and outs. Really liked these(altered how to do them though) I didnt place the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] on the chair, I put it under my thighs and pushed down with my thighs to add intensity.

20 min hang- added about a lb of water. Was actually intense and was watching the clock for when I could take it off.

Big Penis Enlargement day today.

Added a line on my desk, so that means my flaccid stretch grew about 2 mm. Very cool. New routine is working.

Also made a line that is my goal by March 15th. Which will add a 1/4 inch. Should be attainable.

I have to agree with you on that note homie! [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] give me in 10 minutes what I could never get out of 30 jelqing. I just wish more guys rocked them, their potential is lethal.
 
Decent routine today. I think taking cialis is actually helping with the girth. That and the SSJs.

Yes DLD they rock. If more people did them they would definitely be less complaining about having trouble gaining girth. I dont really do any other exercise besides pump for girth and it has been quite impressive.

Forced day off. Got my new cylinder today. Very cool. Too large for me unless I do the SSJs prior to wearing it. The smaller one I fill up too fast though. I think it will work out very well to do the SSJs then pump with the larger pump.

Didnt feel the workout today. Kind of blah, but. I was able to mark a new line on the desk. I found a way to comfortable all day hang without loss of circulation or discomfort and still be able to pee and what not. So I did that all day today.

Took a day off today. Just didnt seem into it today and I felt like I needed the rest. Plus adding in that it was very difficult to get a good pump yesterday, it just seemed to add up to a non workout day.
