I find if I dont do a day or two, when I go back the motivation is less. I dont want to do Penis Enlargement everyday. I am going to have to find a way to keep the motivation high when I take needed days off.

5 minute warmup
1.5 gallon hang for 20 min, was easy even with the added weight, might add a little more

Manual Stretch routine

15 minute hang with 1.5 gallons, took 1/2 gallon off and finshed 5 more min

15 minute small pump
10 minute SSJs, dont know if Im getting used to the larger feeling and thats why I dont feel like Im getting as good off a pump or Im just not getting as good of a pump.
