I dont really understand, I never get the urge to ejaculate when im jelqing. What level of erection are you jelqing at? Maybe you just jelq at a higher level than me. I try to stay around 50-60 percent erect.

Had a super busy today, I came up again on some money. I think good karma has my back these days. Thanks for reminding me ;) Even I forget that sometimes. I had a good time today. I hooked up my xbox 360 to the internet and downloaded nexflix. When I rode my bike tonight for exercise I felt so accomplished. Now if I could just get out of this house! Back in my drinking days I had a tanning episode that is pretty epic. What I Ate: 1 tuna sandwich wheat bread, 2 peanut butter and jellys wheat bread, applesauce, bbq chicken I made, wheat toast. ICE CREAM!!- low fat, some laffy taffy and gummy bears.

Note: yesterday I did 100 'twists' and the day before that I went on a walk to the park with my sis that took 3 hours.

And last night I ate like 40 saltine crackers before bed grrr I thought I only ate like 20.... with watermelon- that shit was the bomb

What is your schedule for eating? Is this all 1 meal once per day or it this throughout the day?
 
I eat when I can. Ill try and get a full breakfast in the morning, and sometimes I might miss lunch, but Ill have an early good size dinner. Then sometimes cereal at night and throuout the day Ill snack on stuff like apples (fruit), yogurts, granolas, wheat bread. I dont have a lot of cash for food so I do the best for what I got. Im starting to see some good results though like definition in my arms, chest, legs, and upper stomach but I will have a lot of loose skin.

Day 87

It has taken me about 20 mins to get to this page >:( -Having computer trouble sucks. I have work in the morning; Im pretty tired right now, but Im having a lot of fun with my new Xbox so its not even effecting me BUT my family is being a major pain these days. So Im struggling with that. These exercises are some of my favorite times of the day. It gives me something to look forward to, and Im feeling more confident and healthy everyday.

Ive been sleeping a lot better without the L-Arg but Ill start again tomorrow since I have most of the week off Ill probably take it 1 week on/1 week off

Thanks Turn! I ask because my eating habits have been odd and I wonder how bad it is for me. I eat only once a day, in the evening and it is usually a small meal.
