So since Im at 9 weeks today I thought Id go over my routine step by step. So this might be a longer post than usual but Im tired so I might forget some stuff.
When I wake up I usually start with getting a hot towl. Wrap for 5 -10mins

Bathmate[/words] I do this. Usually 300-350 but today was going well and I got up to 450. After Im done jelqing Ill do some head squeezes, foreskin stretches, jelq bends, and jelq to stay hard. I also edge for much of the time I spend jelqing. I jelq at almost full erection just soft enough to be able to squeeze my penis to feel the blood push through the shaft to the tip. Jelqing can go 15 mins or 45 mins depending on my time and how Im feeling.
Today I walked 30 mins right here.
Then I rest. Do whatever. Get online, go to work, go to school, watch tv, eat.
This is when I take my supplements.
1 tsp L-arginine L-orthinine, 1 Sizable, 1 fishoil, 1 SAM-e.
50 min newb stretches, 45 astretches. I do these before I run. If I have work or school or something Ill switch my routine but usually it goes in this order otherwise Ill jelq in stead after this. I take little rest during stretching. Ill hold a stretch however long feels right. If its a bad stretch Ill let go early and move on. If its good Ill hold it for up to a min. I do 1 set newbie stretches 15 astretches (or 10), 1 set newbie stretches 15 astretches (or 10), 1 set newbie stretches 15 astretches (or 10) Little 30 sec beraks in between a stertch if my hand cramps or my penis feels a soar.
Jog 40 min, walk 15 min, 20 pushups, 25 situps, thats all today and Im getting tired now so I going to try and get this done.
After that I hang again same as in the morning

What I Ate: 1/2 can tuna, veggies and pork, veggies rice beans and chicken, 5 bottles water. No wonder Im hungry right now!!
My goal is to eat healthy or another words- no junk food and no fast food. I allow myself a soda now and then and Ill eat fat free sweets cos my body still needs that. I eat certain foods because its what I can afford but I consciously choose the right thing to eat and Im proud Ive done this well this far.
Im really tired so Im just gonna go with out really making much change. I finished tonight at 11:30. My penis was looking much bigger tonight..... thats the shit
