Also a good way to get motivated and stay that way is get yourself to commit to 14 - 30 days of a solid routine (I'd say at the least 1 hour a day), if you follow this pace in 14 days you will see something change. Give it another 14 days and you will see twice that. All that you will want to do is double that and then triple and so on... Thats really what makes me do it daily. Ive seen a change and it became faith and that makes me put in the time and work. Finally the next best thing to do is set a realistic goal. Maybe 1/2". Make it fun and dont rush. Just push hard and you can have it too. If I can you can.

Day 36: No School No work

I've gotta comment on this, because I want to help you. That "silk" soy-milk is terrible. There was a great soy article in Men's Health months and months ago, and a little research on the internet will reveal the terrible consequences of unfermented soy. MVM I appreciate the advice and heads up. I was leery to post my diet because I knew I might hear some negative feed back but now that I got some Im glad so I can be informed THATS GREAT!

I dont want to go through everything I ate yesterday and say why I ate it but I will respond with what I told a friend who told me not to eat the yolk of an egg. For me if I cut out all bad food too fast my body craves it. If I dont eat the yolk of an egg and day after day I cut anything out of my diet that has all the bad things my body was addicted to what happens is one day Ill eat something and Ill never go back in-turn gaining back weight. So I look at like this if I allow my self 1 can of coke, or a pesticide filled apple It keeps me from craving sugar or at least Im actually eating an apple or eating a healthy egg and not horribly fattening greasy french fries which I would kill for fries I love French FRIES! Although I hear u on the soy milk I heard it can make u shrink down there I and told my sister that when she brought it home. But at this point Im the biggest Ive ever been in my pants and dont mind a couple glasses of soy milk once in a blue moon.

Ever since Ive used leech oil my penis has become ultra sensitive during Jelqing and edging. Im constantly stopping and letting the urge to ejaculate subside. I thought this worked really well and will probably make this my morning routine.

My family is kinda upset and seems to be mad at me when I dont feel like Im doing anything to deserve that. It just feels like people are ganging up against me EVERYWHERE. And it has been all happening lately from people who dont know each other so its really tripping me out. Im not acting any different really. I am a really quiet person and I feel like others may just be jealous. Its relly hard for me to deal with that.

On the other side I have really felt better listening to KRS 1. His shit is insain.

Im going to go and jog and that always helps but I swear someone is going to try and kill me if I keep ignoring all the drama.

I need to vent because its like with my new feelings of my penis - the confidence, and mental ease, the stress relief, the pride, complete comfort, happiness, etc etc, It seems a lot of people around me dont know what to think of my higher attitude. And what I mean by that is I am not conceited in the slightest but I have found a smile on my face in the eyes of rudeness or an unhappy or angry situation..

The best way to deal with rude or angry people is to smile and ignore them, in my opinion.

Fartlek was first created to train racers for cross country running, but it can be applied to any sport or need. It's a Swedish word, meaning "speed play", where the changes of speed, pace, and all the associated shocks for the body simulate the cross country race conditions, such as slowing down when reaching mud, sprinting to jump further etc. Basically it's a mix of easy running and faster running, but it should be all planned as a routine of it's own, you'll see why.

You'll need a stopwatch, or a timer of some sort, and it's good to run on grass. I did it, beats pavement and circuit any day.

I asume you have a decent beginner fitness level so I guess you'll be able to follow this routine:

no pauses between the sets, except for stretching:

- 5 min jogging, after that stretch calves, hamstrings and quads for 5-7s, not longer, warmup ankles, knees and hips
- 15 min easy running, warmup - not jogging, running
- 1 min fast running (not sprinting) followed by 1 min very slow running - do this 5 times
- 5 min easy running (faster than "very slow")
- 1min fast running & 1min very slow running - 5 times
- 5 min easy running
- 1min fast running & 1min very slow - 5 times
- 10 to 20 min easy running or jogging for warmdown
- do the stretches for 20-30s

Beep test, or the bleep test is basically a test, like a Cooper test, only harder... Much much harder.

It goes like this. You need a length of 20m (some circuits have that length measured and drawn) and an mp3 track to listen to while you run. You listen to the beeps on the track, which come in determined periods. Between the beeps you need to run the 20m to behind the line, before the next beep you run back, and so on. You do this 7-9 times (various types of the test) and then you go to a higher level. Then the beeps come a little faster. You keep running untill you fail - which happens if you can't reach the line before the beep twice.
For armies the minimum required level is 6 or 7. Very fit guys reach 11+.

Be warned though, there must be a healthy balance between cardio and strength workouts for weight loss. If you do excess cardio you'll lose muscle instead of fat.

Both fartlek and beep test make your heart rate soar to new levels, so I wouldn't just limit these to just certain days, but I would also step up on strength training.

This is a great workout its wayyy more than I do now. It is good to have available I appreciate the advice. Im going to do martial arts and kickboxing this summer thats supposed to get you inshape pretty good :)

Avoid eating any kind of bread and potatoes, that's shitloads of carbs. Also sweets, that's just even more sabotaging sugar. Instead eat lean meat and drink whey, you need to lose energy but keep/build muscle.

Yeah it will probably mean you'll have to sacrifice favourite foods, but in the Balcans where I'm from there's this saying, that we usually say to those all-talk-but-no-play women: "You can't fuck without being penetrated."
