Chicken breast are easy & great protien.

Well Im doing the best I can possibly do now. My mom brings home cake, donuts, hamburgers, ice cream etc etc literally all the time and I never eat any of it. She also considers my working out something that is not important and I should put it aside for more important things like doing chores. I just REALLY need to get out of this house. I cant because Im working really hard on staying sober, going to school and working so finding another place isnt at the top of the list right now although it is getting there.

I eat pretty well otherwise and I keep Some sweets in my diet becuz if I dont I will binge. Plus Im loosing about a pound per week which is the healthy way to lose weight and not gain it back :)

Thanks Girth Hammer its a pleasure having you along at my time on this site and the journey. What were you saying about fat free milk? I think you left the last part of the sentence out.

I usually add 1/2 a potato to veggies or a dinner as a filler, it taste good, and it keeps me from craving worse foods. And yes chicken breast is a fantastic idea. Thanks for the 411 :)
 
Hey man I'm the same. My family eats crap & I got into bodybuilding a few months back. 1/2 the food in the house is mine and the other 1/2 is there junk. Me & my mom/stepdad don't get along. Lifting is my way of venting. I hate being at home with these people I don't like. But you have to find something to motivate you and not let others get in your way of success.

Skim milk is the only REAL fat free milk. You get enough healthy fats from foods.

When you eat food, you bring in energy/calories. Your body needs energy everyday to maintain itself. You need to burn all the excess energy via workouts to avoid that energy (calories) to be stored as fat. When you burn more than you eat, you burn those energy stores but at the same time you need to repair muscles with protein or your body will use them as energy instead of fat.

Your mom is one of your classic persons in your life that tell you "you can't do that, you're uncapable, unworthy..", but that means you're doing good for yourself and want to keep doing that.

My father is like that, he is an uneducated redneck that thinks he knows everything better than anyone else just because he's a doctor. For example when I mention using Whey, he laughs at me because that's apparently just some useless powder that companies use to make money off suckers... you just need to ignore them and keep doing your thing.

Yeah she is the person that thinks the rest of the world is wrong and she cant figure it out. If everybody in your life is saying its You then it must not be everybody else...........? and Im not exaggerating she is all alone and has no more family except for us who live here and we all cant stand her. She is a perkaset, vicodin, sleeping pills, aderal, addict which she has gotten even worse since they gave her cymbalta... and all the other meds shes on for other shit <:(

I really need to get on my own but I have been pretty fucked up myself the last few years and have been getting on my feet. I was even homeless on the streets for 2 years in and out of shelters. I dont want to go back there and Im really working hard not to. She never used to be this bad, the rest of her family told me she was like this but I never saw it. And now that I do it is just really sad. I cant feel anger about it I just feel sad and scared because I might end up on the streets again.
 
O yeah and if your dad scoffs at muscle supplements dont pay attention to that because a lot of doctors discredit Penis Enlargement but they never do any research. So many people trust doctors because they're doctors, but the truth is they dont know a lot of stuff, they give you their opinion, but people take it as fact because they're "doctors". I learned that over the years with seeing Lots of doctors and finally I was like wait all these drs are all saying different things about the same problem... whos right? Sorry to hear about shit happening in your life man, mine wasn't picknick neither, and still isn't, but the thing I've learnt is that nobody really cares about you but you, nobody will pitty you, nobody will help you but yourself, you have to suck it up and do whatever needs to be done so you can get on your own two feet and show the world who the fuck you are!

Yeah GirthHammer here at my pad we got 7, 5 gallon jugs for water. It cost about 9 bucks to fill em I think but I stopped doing it because I hate carrying 7 full 5 gallon jugs of water into the house from the store, taking the time to fill them up, and then everyone in my house drinks em up in a week. So I just started buying bottle water which isnt bad 24 bottles for 3 bucks.

Also I tried a water filter which turned out not to be that great. But I dont mind paying for bottles. Thanks for the tip though doggie :)

If you want it bad enough I know you will do it although if my dick was as long as a ruler I might get fuckin lazy too! Just commit to a short workout routine 3 days a week and move it up to longer and more days after you get accustomed.... Thanks D. :)

I started with one 20 min session a day and when I felt ready I moved it up to 2 sets: one at 20 min then one at 15 min if I remember right. Both with lots of space in between throughout the day. Then when I felt ready again I would add a few minutes to each session. When I started seeing the expansion it just inspires me to push it to the limit every session. Im seriously considering it, since I should have a lot of free time this summer
the name comes from greek mythology. when the greeks brought the trojan horse to troy, laocoon knew it was a bad idea and threw a spear at it, so the gods sent two snakes to eat him and his sons. Im not sure why I chose the name, but I guess its appropriate since it involves big deadly snakes and thats what were all working for, isnt it? haha

Yeah I have been doing them for about a week and a half. I hear yeah on the getting hard for SSJs. By the third set it gets kinda difficult to get fully erect to do the SSJs. Haha sometimes I feel like im jerking it longer than im actually doing the exercises. The adult entertainment helps but after an intense pump session its difficult.

I understand wanting to show off the new and improved equipment, and by all means i feel the same way but to show it off to your family seems kinda odd to me. I guess i have a different relationship with them than you but i dont think id want my mom or sis checking out my goods, haha. I guess it would be kinda funny to brag to my dad as some point though. I know brown rice is better than white rice. As I said before you want to be healthier not look like a fitness model. Why are you worrying about the rice. As long as your not eating crap and bringing in quality foods.

Wow can I first start out saying how words can not describe the emotional roller coaster today. I was so frustrated, so discouraged, so defeated. Everything that could have gone wrong was, and Im not even in the mood to joke about it. It started off with a bad night and not falling asleep until after 3am. I woke up tired but well enough rested. It was picture day and my hopes were high. The afternoon time I decided to start the photo shoot and thats when things got messy. Next the issues with actual photos of being hard. If I got an erection long enough to take a pic I couldnt get the camera angle right, or there was a flash to bright, or the lense would shut, or the button wouldnt push or what reallllly made me pissed was I would get the percet erection, angle and lighting but for some reason the picture was cutting off the top or bottom!!!

So I dont want to go on and on and you know I could but I was also left feeling angry that my weigth looked almost identical and Ive worked so HARD I could really cry I was so just damn defeated. BUT ALAS I did my whole routine today and dont even plan on slightly stopping !!!!!

Alright so heres a before and after pic. I decided to put the other before and after pics up tomorrow I can take better pics these kinda sucked.

You can notice on the pic in my underwear the foreskin is nearer the base and in the after pic it is up higher. Ive grown about an inch NBP. I have ruler pics from 8 weeks but they are going to go up in another 8 weeks with more gains.
