Back in my drinking days I had a tanning episode that is pretty epic. I lived in the same building I worked and it was owned by my family so I kind of abused my privileges and would drink pretty much 24-7. This particular day I was about half way through a gallon of 100 proof vodka at about 12 noon:) Drunk as fuck I made my way up to the roof of the building to catch some rays. I was laying on one of the fold out lawn beds. I had the bottle on one side and cigarettes on the other. Now, this building faced route 9, a very busy highway and you could see me up there pretty easily. As I said, it was noon so there was a fuck load of traffic going by. I passed out with a lit cigarette and it must have fallen into my lap. I was wearing a pair of male stripper leopard underwear. The cigarette feel onto my crotch and set fire to my underwear. The cigarette fell onto the chair which must have been soaked with vodka because it was engulfed in flames. So I am standing up on the roof, flaming panties, balls hanging out, lawn chair in flames, mid afternoon. Traffic stopped and everyone was looking at me frantically throwing the lawn chair off the roof. The fire burnt a massive hole in my undies so my junk was hanging out. I must have looked like some Neanderthal that just discovered fire in the worst way. Soon the fire department showed up and the rest is kind of blurry.

Im always watching for planes while Im layin up there and its the most awkward feeling like it feels like someone is going to walk over to me and say "what are you doing?" But literally no one can see up there no one except planes and helicopters but what are they going to do, "Hey you down there, your naked!"

What is your schedule for eating? Is this all 1 meal once per day or it this throughout the day?
 
I eat when I can. Ill try and get a full breakfast in the morning, and sometimes I might miss lunch, but Ill have an early good size dinner. Then sometimes cereal at night and throuout the day Ill snack on stuff like apples (fruit), yogurts, granolas, wheat bread. I dont have a lot of cash for food so I do the best for what I got. Im starting to see some good results though like definition in my arms, chest, legs, and upper stomach but I will have a lot of loose skin.

Day 87

It has taken me about 20 mins to get to this page >:( -Having computer trouble sucks. I have work in the morning; Im pretty tired right now, but Im having a lot of fun with my new Xbox so its not even effecting me BUT my family is being a major pain these days. So Im struggling with that. These exercises are some of my favorite times of the day. It gives me something to look forward to, and Im feeling more confident and healthy everyday.

Ive been sleeping a lot better without the L-Arg but Ill start again tomorrow since I have most of the week off Ill probably take it 1 week on/1 week off

Thanks Turn! I ask because my eating habits have been odd and I wonder how bad it is for me. I eat only once a day, in the evening and it is usually a small meal.

Day 90

So much happening all the time. I got a notice from my mom that I had 30 days to move out. Im not sure whats going to happen I put upa pretty good argument and she seemed to back down. Shes really disfunctional and just really loves a fight. I may not have to leave but if I do I will be taking Penis Enlargement with me. Thanks DLD, that really means something to me, my sister gave me the idea of calling 211 and in my area thats somewhere that could help with low-income housing. I have a feeling somehow that I am going to be okay this time. Ive been doing everything right and have never felt so strong in my life.

Aside from that Ive said before in this thread that ever since I started Penis Enlargement it has felt like the universe has been trying to tell me something. At first I thought it was trying to stop me, but what Ive been seeing is karma has been on my side more and more these days. DLD you would actually see better changes if you ate smaller meals throughout the day like turnover. If you only eat once and not very much your body goes into more of a survival mode and will tend to hang onto fat stores because it doesn't know when the next meal is coming. That is why anorexic people tend to have no muscle but still have extra fat because their body thinks it needs the fat. (not that im saying your anorexic but you get the idea)

You are so right but it has been such a challenge for me to change. I am SO BUSY all the time. I wish [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] was self sufficient but I can't really depend on steady income from the site so I am pressed to do other things to turn money. I currently have 6 business's I am running and I am as dedicated to each company as I am to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] so I would love to have 6 more copies of myself:) I really need to get back on my game and set some time aside to eat and exercise. Thanks for reminding me of the importance of my diet, I need that to be told to me so I get my ass in gear.
