Definitely have to take breaks. Usually when I start to feel fatigue after 10-15 mins. Then Ill remove hanger massage, kegal, rest 5-10 mins and do another hang as long as I can: usually 10-15 mins. Do you hang laocoon? Whats your routine like?
 
I dont really hang, but I do girth hammers weighed v stretch sometimes but only for maybe 10 minutes.
My routine lately has been newb stretches and sock stretches (I recently rediscovered these and I think theyre the only thing I can do to target my ligs).
Then fastsize [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for an hour or two, then 300-400 jelqs then edging. I havent gained in a while, so Im just trying to stay consistent.
 
Beautiful; consistency is where you will make progress also your routine is dead on! You will see more results sooner than later Im sure of it.

What I Ate: Really hungry today for some reason: 2 wheat toasts, 1 nectarine, 1 apple, 2 eggs with wheat bread, bowl of cereal, chicken breast, beans, apple sauce, more chicken breast and tortillas with beans, tea, 4 bottles

I have been CRAVING WEED AND A Cigarette and a drink FUCK its not easy

Forgot to add I did some naked sun bathing on my roof today. Trippy ass fucking experience. I kept feel awkward if a plane or helicopter would fly over but it felt really good and Im looking forward to doing it again :)

Day 79

We have a sale at my job and it is crazy so no walking or running but my ankle is still soar. Didnt hang today either and my penis felt really good getting some rest. Day 80

Thanks for the support everybody it really means a lot.

Had a super busy today, I came up again on some money. I think good karma has my back these days. I got an X-Box 360 so Ill be doing that with my new [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]JES[/words] soon to arrive :) I thought about trying to rip off a store today for some shoes, then I thought I shouldnt do that because things have been happening good for me and its really against my better judgment to be dishonest. I also realized why that really bad fight happen with my mom. When DLD told me pay attention to why this happen to me, I knew what he meant but I thought there was no reason except I have a dysfunctional family. Today I realized WHY that happened. And I feel like I can move on and Ive grown as a person.

The fatigue was a lot better today.

Thanks for reminding me ;) Even I forget that sometimes. I had a good time today. I hooked up my xbox 360 to the internet and downloaded nexflix. When I rode my bike tonight for exercise I felt so accomplished. Now if I could just get out of this house! I was feeling a little stressed out at work because I was feeling like I was a bullshitter that I shouldnt be so confident. But then I thought DLD is here everyday and he did it and that thought kept me confident where I was slipping today. If DLD wasnt here I may have lost some faith today with so much pressure from negativity in your face sometimes.

Small accomplishments, like you made today, will always get you back on track. We have to have bad days in order to see the contrast of a good day. If everything was good all the time we would have no reference to it being so. I try not to look at things as bad or good, more so as clues to what the next right move is. You are doing well and everything is as it should be.
 
Its good that you said that because today is one of those lower than remarkable days, but I have been keeping up with my fitness and I get stronger everyday.
