It would seem as though you cant have good days without some days being really bad, I guess, its the balance. Today was an even worse day, trouble at home and I lost it at work and just broke down in front of my boss and it was so embarrassing. Shes a really nice lady but it really took my focus today. Some days are like a paper clip that you bend out of shape and you then try putting it back the way it was; you can try all damn day but its going to be a crooked paper clip. But that makes the good days worth appreciating somehow....

Mate, that's a nice routine. The buil oil do much for expansion? The 1tsp arginine would be about 10grams right? Do you take it by itself on an empty stomach? I started mixing it with my other stuff, so noticed the effect died down a bit. Now, I'm back to taking it by itself...the pump is back.

Thanks man, Im not sure how much 1 tsp L-Arg is..., yes I do take it on an empty stomach though. The biul oil is pretty kick ass but not Im not sure if it does give me anymore expansion than otherwise wouldnt because I do so much exercise to my penis during the day that when I do use the biul oil, yes my penis is always looking bigger to me, and the biul oil feels great on it, but I wouldnt say its the answer u know.

Mate, we will! So will you! I read your comments on the buil oil, so that encouraged me to buy some. Will use it to jelq the head to make it huge. 1 teaspoon arginine is about 10grams. I drink half a teaspoon = 5 grams. 10 works better as it will help with HGH production as well.

On a side note, don't let anything frustrate you. Use that aggression to grow that dick faster. The power of the mind is greater than our supplements and exercises combined. Keep up all the good work.

Had my 1st injury today and that from being fuckin lazy. But today I was going the whole 30 min without doing anything but applying more pressure. Ive done this before but usually it goes fine. Heres a couple links I like for head expansion. Also DLD has a method where you squeeze off the extreme base in uli formation, in fully erect state. You then with the other hand squeeze the head so the blood leaves; release uli hand so the blood can flow through your shaft. Then you kegal your penis full of blood: This will make your head expand and then squeeze the uli hand again.

I do these almost every time I jelq and it really works! I do about 10 - 20 a day depending on how Im feeling.

Day 70: Part II

Just finished 600 jelqs with native leech oil. I think I discovered a new exercise that I like.

During my jelq routine I usually end up getting 100% erect, at this time I need to stop so as not to ejaculate. Today I did 1 jelq, flexed, 1 jelq flexed, etc etc/ once I was at about 400 Jelqs. This was helping me hold an erection without touching my penis like flexing a kegal. It is something I have wanted to do my whole life and I think this will help me get there. It looks like I may have gained a 1/2" bone pressed actually just like 2 points under 1/2" so that would be about 1 3/4" bpel from the side= incorrect how to measure/ how Ive always measured....

This exercise had my cock looking very big. New pics will be up at 16 weeks to compare with my 8 week pics.

So my concept is where I would usually stop and wait for the erection to subside I flex; something like a kegal. So instead of letting the erection subside I do another kegal to keep me on the brink of ejaculating- 1 jelq: flex. repeat.
