Mayo is gross, I just use mustard to add flavor to tuna.

Do not buy a fat loss drug! Diet and hard work should be your way to lose bodyfat. Save your money.
 
I think you should eat more meat mate, if I were you I'd eat chicken breasts, sweet and juicy unlike turkey, if you want to spend some money drink a whey shake after a workout.

Turnover, you have completely inspired me. I'm recently separated from my wife and it's rough taking care of a 4 year old and a 7 year old alone with 50% custody. I'm gonna start my own journal like you have going here. I've really slacked quite a bit since we physically separated but I'm starting to get the routine down with them. I need to make myself a Penis Enlargement schedule and stick to it. I'm working on losing weight and getting in better shape. I'm not that bad off physically but I wanna improve it quite a bit.

Hey Steady thanks for sharing, once you get in a "Steady" routine you will feel better about not only yourself and your situation but changes will come and it will clear your head of some of the struggles ahead in your future. Some days I REALLY dont want to run but since its become part of my day I go anyway and I always feel stress leaving my body and I feel like not only is my body changes but Im growing as a person aswell as spiritually. Im here man and a lot of the guys here are some of the best supportive companions you could have anywhere which is especially rare on the internet. So since Im at 9 weeks today I thought Id go over my routine step by step. So this might be a longer post than usual but Im tired so I might forget some stuff.

Jelqing can go 15 mins or 45 mins depending on my time and how Im feeling.

Today I walked 30 mins right here.

I knew a dude that would walk around Venice and get things out of trash cans and curbs and he would take them and sell it to people on the beach and I actually saw him do this- he sold an old tackle box full of junk for $20.
