I'd stop taking it personally. Most men have gained tremendously without the use of supplements. Try Yohimbe, natural Viagra. I'm in the process of getting some myself. I hear it works wonders. But always be careful and take note of side effects and how you feel.
 
Sounds like acid reflux. Pick up some Prilosec, available at any drug store, take that for a couple days and the pain will be gone. They will cost you about $20 a month but they are worth it.

Day 31

I wouldnt say Ive finished my workout for the day yet.

But Im going to put down what I did and finish tonight.

Day 31: Part 2

Holy shit what a Jelq session. I fucked that shit up. It took everything in me but I got 300 and like 30 min of edging.

I had such a spiritual experience on my walk tonight. It happened when I saw this really skinny guy across the street. Standing at a red light walking toward me. I was turning the block and right when I started to turn the corner I saw him jet towards me. I had my hood on my sweater so I couldnt see him once I turned so I looked to my left to make sure he wasnt running at me and he had Vanished!!

Hell I htought maybe he ran so super duper fast he was down the block already but I would have heard him running behind me?!!? I would have seen him by then he was only out of my view 2 seconds!

The rest of the walk was an eerie sense of something new Ive never felt. It was like I was on top. Nothing phased me. That really cute girl is here we never got to hang out Im gunna go

Thats one thing very interesting that happened to me last night. Another thing I realized is in 2003 I had an amazing experience on E and it begin my journey to this lifestyle of Penis Enlargement. What I ate for dinner I thought I was cooking some good meat but it turned out to be full of fat and greasy I was very disappointed. I didnt have very much but I didnt realize how greasy it was until I had already eaten two ribs. I had that with a piece of pork, a green salad I made, 1 tbs dressing, 1 cup of baked beans, 1 baked potato, 1 glass Hawaiian punch. Also last night 2 granola bars, 1 bowl cereal, 1 orange, 2 handfuls mixed nuts. That was all after I posted part one of day 33. I also did get a 1 hour walk which I finished in 45 min for the first time. I hardly took a break at all today and it still took 50 mins. But I stretched longer than 30 secs about half the stretches. After that 6 A-STRETCHES.

Also a good way to get motivated and stay that way is get yourself to commit to 14 - 30 days of a solid routine (I'd say at the least 1 hour a day), if you follow this pace in 14 days you will see something change. Give it another 14 days and you will see twice that. All that you will want to do is double that and then triple and so on... Thats really what makes me do it daily. Ive seen a change and it became faith and that makes me put in the time and work. Finally the next best thing to do is set a realistic goal. Maybe 1/2". Make it fun and dont rush. Just push hard and you can have it too. If I can you can.

Day 36: No School No work

I thought I had work today and busted my ass this morning getting most of my stuff done today and then found out they changed the schedule so Im Freeee ;) yAA
