Just like any penis enlargement you will need to learn and practice to make gains.

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds

After Stretching routine you will jump right into DLD Hardcore Stretches, this is the best time to do this and it can be a precursor to your girth routine.

Get yourself 100% erect and attach the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I like to use water in the chamber but this exercise can be done dry if proper pressure can be found or in the bath or shower.

Pump up to a high pressure. You will want enough suction that you can pull on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with intensity and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stays attached.

Once good suction is found you can start the exercise. It may be necessary to repump periodically to keep good suction for these stretches.

Upward Stretches: At an upward angle, using both hands, stretch the chamber upward. You will not be able to go straight up as the tube will get in the way so go as high as possible. do 3 stretches for 30 seconds each.

Straight Outward Stretches to Center: Again, be sure to have good suction. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Out to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Out to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Now, downward stretches will feel a bit different as you will be stretching and pulling-pushing against the erection angle (unless you have a low erection angle) EIther way, this will be the most intense part).

Straight Down Stretches: Again, be sure to have good suction and good EQ. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Down to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Down to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Basic Jelqing/Bathmate Super Sets

For First 2 weeks -
Two Sets of the following:


150 Jelqs followed by 5-10 minutes pumping.

After 2 weeks -
Two sets of the following:


300 Jelqs followed by 10 minutes pumping.

I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

Take your time, ease into these workouts. I want you to find your limits but do so over a few days time. If you feel able to go twice a day then do that. I have always been a pe junky and very addicted to training, so my methodology is the more the better. This methodology can get you in trouble with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]:) You do not want to over pump and end up with a lot of fluid retention, I think it best to do shorter pumping sessions matched with jelqing sessions of the same time. This will help you get your head around your limits and see how jelqing can greatly enhance a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session and help big with the fluid build up.
 
is this routine safe for newbies???? it just looks like it can be too much training for newbies....dont they have to condition there penis befor they do this....but idk....it looks like a solid routine though.

Yes, it is intense, but anyone can use this routine. It is a lengthly routine and if it seems to be too much for you trim it back a bit. Cut the entire routine in half in the beginning and add to it as you feel ready.

That is fine, try it and see if it is too much, if not rock it! A lot of Penis Enlargement is finding your limits and to do this you need to push the envelope. If you are a weight trainer you would not stick with a 5 pound curl when you can handle a 35 pound curl, right? In orer to progress in weight training you need to constantly be pushing yourself, the same applies to Penis Enlargement.

Yes, HardCore Stretches should be done erect. When soft there is not enough intensity given to the internal structures.
 
Would you do all of these in succession? That is:

Stretch -> DLD Hardcore Stretches -> Basic Jelqing/Bathmate Supersets -> Warm Down(PC Muscle Fitness Kegels)

Would it be too much to do consecutively? Er.. I mean, would it be better to split it up through the day or do it all at once?

Lastly, I don't have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] but I plan on buying one soon - could anybody explain what 5-10 minutes of pumping during the Jelq/Bathmate superset entails?

I just completed this workout for the first time and I think it is absolutely amazing! I still would like to figure out how to use [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] outside the bathtub, but the tub is whats working best for me right now. I got good pressure of 170 and noticed my penis was a little heavier afterwards with a slight girth increase. I'm going to put on my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] in the morning as well. I'm looking forward to 90 days from now to see my progress!

Well I'm asian actually filipino and i have a small penis about 4 inches in length and for the grith I'm am not sure i have to measure it later today. I have been using this routine (or most of it) for 3 weeks now.

6:30 AM
I start the day with warm up and the Basic Stretching in this thread.
I then jump into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] + padding + comfort strap for 45 minutes at a time for a total of 3 hours. Between times in I stretch up, down, left, right, and out till I am ready to go back in.

So from 6:30 AM to 3 PM there is no time I am not extended in some way.

3 PM:

I try not to forget the PC Muscle Fitness and have only missed it a few times.

I am only struggling with fluid retention and am thinking about getting a Monkey Spanker to help with that. I can do the normal jelqs and that is helping a bit. I cannot really do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] as my hands meet in the middle too fast (I am a bit short).

im confused with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. first i was wondering how do i fill up the pump when the water just flows out of the tip as im filling up the pump? te when i put my finger over to tip to keep the water from flowing out but when i pump it up almost all the water is out of the pump bout time i get to 160-170 and start strecthcing... no water is in the and then it seems that the pump pressure just goes back down quickly. Because it's not clear are you supposed to choose between either Hardcore Stretches and the Jelquing routine or do you do both? How long does the whole workout take and would it be best to separate the length and girth routine into a day and evening setup or is one consecutive workout best?

Also not clear but with the basic stretching, are you supposed to do 3 sets of BTC before moving on to 3 sets of Straight Down etc.. or do you do the stretches in the order you listed and start back at the top of the list 2 other times?

Really looking forward to diving into this routine tomorrow! (no pun intended)
 
I suggest you can start with making it really simple and do one set lasting 20 minutes daily with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Simply use it as set out i.e as a pump and just add in during the 20 minutes stretching to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] such as left and right but hold that stretch, you dont need to pull when you move left or right. Dont make it as such that the entire routine is stretching. I mix and match with stretches with pauses so that I can simply grow into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and use more pressure as the clock ticks with more reps on the stretching. Too much stretching may increase fluid build-up so go carefully, take your time and dont rush.

Wearing a condom inside the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] can help with fluid.

This is how I do it, never followed the exact plan in here but if you do then it must be followed as DLD lays it out and so the stretches are done in the order listed and started back at the top X amount of times. Its a TOUGH routine like all of his, which is why I had trouble doing them :)

If you like to split it up then do so, nothing wrong with that and yes length in one part of the day with girth in another would be fine. You can do that no problems whatsoever.

@ ^ Don't overdue it, you have to give yourself a break or it wont heal properly and you can injure yourself. Slow and steady gains is the best way, ESPenis EnlargementCIALLY if you want to keep them for a longer duration.
