This will not happen, I have done them for years an there is no evidence of baseball bat unevenness. Maybe some other experienced men can give their opinion.

I get myself fully erect. Once I have an optimum erection I will kegel as much blood into my penis as possible than with one hand (as shown) I clamp off at the base. I need some room to move the blood around so I will squeeze my glans releasing a small amount of blood than I clamp off again. The hand clamped off at the extreme base slowly and intensely jelq up maybe an inch. Once in this position I take the heal of the other hand and squash the blood from by head downward against the hand clamping. I am still applying upward pressure with the clamped hand as the heal of the upper hand continues to push the blood around

I thought that it wasn't recommended to jelq when fully erect? What do you mean by squeezing the glans?

When during the exercise do you bend the penis (as shown in picture) ? When semi-erect?

You should not jelq 100% as a newbie because it can increase the risk of injury however once you are used to performing exercises, there are quite a few of us who jelq at very high erection levels (increases the intensity in my opinion).

It really depends on the individual.

If you are comfortable jelqing and are performing many reps in the proper manner then you can afford to try a few SSJ's and slowly increase the number.

If you are not comfortable fully with normal jelqing, then you are not yet ready.
 
Just a tip.

I like to do a SSJ right before clamping. It means my penis is very fat which gives it a big starting size for some hardcore clamping.

Highly recommended.
 
Actually I've got a question too. When Doing a SSJ, should you have the foreskin rolled over the glans or pulled back just underneath them. I do it with it pulled back but I think it restricts a bit of expansion. Thoughts?

I pull back although i have no problems with expansion.

Best left for the last exercise or superset with jelqing once in a while. By squeezing the head, it releases blood through the bottom grip so what's left will be able to move a little more freely. Less chance of hurting yourself.
 
New here, but not to Penis Enlargement. Glad I found this thread. Ill be incorporating this exercise for girth in my routine. Ill post again after.
 
Can someone explain this exercise to me? Am I trying to squeeze my penis together vertically, pushing down on my head, as if I were trying to crush a beer can?
 
What I do is grip the extreme base of my penis like a Uli and I prefer to keep it clamped for a couple of seconds and unclamp just a little bit and then kegel some more blood in. I want as much blood as I can into my dick and keep it clamped tightly. And yes, the action is similar to crushing a beer can. I take the palm of my hand and squash it down slowly while taking the other hand and pushing it up.
