Hey dld I have a question that I need your input on.
I recently started to squash all the blood out of my glans when I Ssj.
I get plenty of expansion , more then when I leave the glans a little filled ,plus I can hold the Ssj for longer when the glans is empty. Do you know why I get more expansion when I squash all the blood out of the glans?
Also after you've clamped off at the base and let a little blood out of the glans , how do you squash the head ? Not bend in all directions Because I know you switch it up when you Ssj, whAt I mean is do you squash the glans straight towards the other hand or do you sort of push the glans down, because I tried doing it both ways and I found that certain ways of squashing are less compressive then others ! hi guys

is there any kegelling involved after you have clamped off and are halfway through the exercise???, is this part of how you can maintain good pressure for two to three minutes???

It is always smart to kegel while doing any girth exercise as it introduces more blood into the penis. More blood=better expansion.

Also...is it important to clamp as when i use my hands near the base. i can feel blood being pushed through them as i cant grip tight enough??

That is how the grip feels, you just need to hold in as much as you can. Don't become overly obsessed with this, are of concentration should be the blood in-between. You should start at 100% and slowly start the exercise when you subside a bit. I like to be as close to erect as I can while still flexible.....maybe 90%?
 
I just incorporated SSJ to my girth routine.My routine is 3x15 min of clamping and in between sets I just kegel/masturbate to get some fresh blood in. Last night though I got fatigued and felt like I won't be able to do my 3rd clamping session so I decided to give SSJ a try ,all I have to say is that I was/am AMAZED at the expansion!LMAO When clamping I always get 0.3-0.5 in expansion when fully engorged but yesterday after SSJ for the first time my girth went beyond 5.5 inches ( expansion over 0.5 ) :)

The best part is that at this moment,10 hours after the session my penis still looks bigger !

Very impressed with SSJ and will definitely keep them in my girth routine !

DLD,

I've been following your threads and exercises for a little over a year now and seen some nice gains (1"+L / 1"+G). However, I do have one slight issue. It seems that one area about 1-1.5" in the upper middle of my shaft that is lagging from everything else. While doing exercises, I can expand to close to 6.5 in girth but this middle section is a good 1/2" less. Just can't seem to get the expansion in that area I do right below the gland and bottom half of the shaft. Is this common and is there anything I could do to help this area gain more girth. Thanks in advance and BTW, LOVE the site...:)

Slow Squash Jelqs are fabulous with spot training. I suggest using the SSJ and make the stress point at the needed area. This will stop gains from happening outside the area and help thicken up the area you want to grow.

Thanks much for the advice DLD... I use SSJ regularly but I'll shrink the target area for a while and see what happens. Thanks again!!
 
I find doing the Slow Squash Jelq (SSJ's) while clamped is simply amazing. It gives brilliant engorgement and when combined several hours after a Bathmate session or pumping session in general, you will notice the difference. The SSJ is the 21st century variation to the Horse Squeeze, taking that classic to new horizons.
