I have a request. In some weird way this thread makes me wanna hang more. I want all of us to do our best to check in once a day ... just to check in if nothing else.

I am going to stick with 1,2,3 ... 8 (meaning 8 inches) because that is where I am headed. Shit I am even going to change my signature.

I could not agree more with double clamping. Why not? The only time i dont is when I am tired and want more of a light jelqing session. The single clamp on loose gets me somewhat erect without needing to focus on staying hard as much.

I am up to 17.5 pounds on the BIB for 6x20minutes a day. I earned tolerance to it pretty quickly I would say- faster than I would have expected anyway.

Did anyone take pre-hangoff measurements? Or recent? I am measuring on the 20th of every month and the time is nearing.

Excellent! That's the weight range (15-17.5lbs) where I started to really see consistent gains.

Well, it appears that I'll start hanging again in earnest today. Yesterday, in some way, apparently, I slightly injured myself clamping. Consequently, I'll neglect to continue clamping for some time in order to allow a properly long recovery period for what seems to be a mal-affected nerve. Although the Bib has not arrived (see above post for an explanation as to why this is the case), I will use my vacu-hanger in the meanwhile.

Stillwantmore, considering that you've just ordered a new hanger, and, when it arrives, undoubtedly, you will want to test-drive it... you should join with our efforts here. You would be a big boost to our nascent community here.

I have a question about angles... I am going to post the following angles I hang with, maximum weight for 20minutes, and percent of my total hanging. Currently I only use 3 angles. Do these Figures seem reasonable?

straight up - 10% - 11 pounds
straight down - 15% - 14 pounds
btc - 75% - 19 pounds.

do you have any recommendations on what I should be focusing on or is continuing to exploit the btc angle still where you would focus?
 
If the BTC angle is what's working, why change it? I only used BTC and straight down (while standing up), and gained my 2" of length. Granted those gains happened with a VERY on again, off again routine spread out over 5 or 6 years which could have been done in probaby 2 years or less with more consistency.

I have a question about the btc vs sd angle - I feel a slight pull on the side of my groin on the sd angle that prevents me from more weight. It is not painful but does limit me weight wise. I am going to be smart and let this adapt of course but was wondering if this was common or heard of?

I think I can handle more with the btc only because I have done it way more. I know you have heard it plenty SWM but congrats congrats on 2 inches - those type of gains tell me this is possible and make me continue the hard work.

I remember similar challenges when hanging. Sometimes it was nearly impossible to recline back (after upping my hanging weight by a pound or two) into the BTC angle, with the skin pull, and new more intense pull from the increase in weight. With straight down, I faced similar issues occasionally.

There are ligaments that run along both sides of your penis and anchor into the pubic area. That is most likely where you are feeling this slight pull you describe. I'd suggest sticking with a weight that is more comfortable for a week or so longer, and use a 'trick' of sorts that I discovered when hanging. This 'trick' lets you increase the resistance you use when hanging, while not actually adding weight to your hanger...and it helps a LOT with transitioning to the higher weights. While in the middle of a set, you simply pull down some on the hanger with your free hand. Hold down on the hanger with as much resistance from your hand, and for as long as you can tolerate. Then, ease off, and just hang with the weight for a few minutes before repeating the hand pull.
That 'trick' helped me several times when I felt I was ready to add more weight, but when I tried adding more weight only found that I had to back down again.

I like that idea. On a lot of my hangs I use a bungee cord looped around something with a fish scale attached. When I rotate the poundage by tightening and loosening the bungee cord, I can just tell the damage is extra special haha. And it is easier to do than adding an removing weights.

You gained 2 inches from hanging? I love hearing about more and more guys that have gained a good amount of length as that is what I am shooting for.

Still waiting on my bib too.

So every 30 days I am going to measure. I am going to stick with BPFL for now as I just do not enjoy trying to stay hard with a ruler by my penis. Of course that is the most important measurement to me, but this seems more consistent and accurate. I am under the impression that as long as my BPFL gets better everything else will too? I cannot imagine why not but thoughts are welcome.

Anyway I have had what looks to be a 1/4 inch gain in 4 weeks. I think this is pretty accurate as I really pull my penis and jab that ruler into me until it hurts. I could not have added more on either measurements at least on those sessions.

Why are you measuring from the side in the last photograph taken? Additionally, your goal... is 8 inches? - I suppose NBP?

Good call on seeing that - I didn't even notice I had done that I was mashing so hard. I can tell you though... Earlier when I took this picture 8 1/4 was the max I could pull from the top - even though the pic was at a different angle.

I just redid and I pulled 8 5/16 - 1/16 inch more than earlier. The world is a mysterious place haha... but I am glad I redid!!! Now I have to change my signature.

BTW - My new goal is going to match my measurements. 9 BPFL.

no worries at all and thanks for the props. I realize if I am going to post photos I am going to need to do it consistantly for like comparison. I am someone who would actually would prefer to take a little less of a gain for now so it would be in the bag for later - but I am going to have to call it as I see it with my eyes when it comes to measuring.
