Ive been discussing the idea (with various people) of organizing a summer hangoff for the members here, at MoS. So, here it is. There has been a GREAT DEAL of expressed interest in hanging by numerous members, and, to a large extent, a revival of activity in the MoS hanging community. Let's cement this.

What is a hangoff? As I conceive of it, it is a loose confederacy of hangers committed to designing a routine, sharing it, following through (persistently) with it, and, finally, every two weeks, updating the board and sharing progress. In this way we can continue to spark interest in hanging, further develop the art by endeavoring to ferret out what works and what doesn't, and, most importantly, all gain together this summer! I say lets set a tentative start date at or around June 1st. If you're interested, just say so and we can, publicly, in this thread, eek out the details. Happy hanging everyone!

june 1st may be a wee premature for me. when do you cut for summer break?

I might start hanging again. My summer is so crazy already, what's another thing: full time engineering classes, work, getting back in shape after year-long injury, sports, chem Penis Enlargement...
 
I like the idea. I need to re-up on some of my supplies though. I have been ADH'ing with my knee strap with the chamber tied to it.
 
Even though I just started hanging I am definetly down with this. It will be some great motivation.

Nope. In fact its best that we use hangers of different kinds. Essentially, write out a routine and post it here, in this thread, with your starting stats (that is, at the start of the hangoff). EX: I am going to hang two twenty minute OTS sets at 20 pounds 3 times daily. Regarding the weight, I intend to increase weight by a couple of pounds every other week as dictated by fatigue and growth. Im hanging with monkeybar's vac-hanger modified by using a cable clamp setup. When I get some privacy (probably this weekend) Ill take ACCURATE measurements so that, if I gain at all this summer during the hangoff, it can be duly noted and inextricably linked to MY routine (as generically detailed above).

Understandable. However, you would certainly be an important asset, no doubt. Hopefully you can find the time.

Great. What supplies are you in need of? - the hourglass sheaths? Weights?

Sounds good. When you get the chance formulate a generic routine (rather in the manner as I have done it above), and, also, when you get the chance, take as accurate measurements as you can so that we can all know, at a later time, the efficacy of our routines etc.


Great to see so many have an interest. Looking forward to seeing some great gains this summer!
 
I'm not too well known on here but I have been really contemplating the hanging thing and this just may be what I need. Yeah, I think that's it, early June here I come the Penis Enlargement routine is getting upped a notch by incorporating some good hangin :s
 
Well, its good to hear from you alwaystrying. Welcome aboard.

Lets, then, decide to set the start date at June 9th. Any objections?
 
A hangoff - now that I am spending 3 hours a day with weights hanging from my penis alone at my computer, anyone and anything that is going to take time and help me stay focused on what this is all about...

I'm excited for this, ordered a bib. June 9th will be d-day haha, I'm also curious about the LOT theory so I'm gonna be experiencing with all kinds of angles since I think my LOT is low. Over the shoulder sounds pretty cool tho, I think I may like this way more anyway, and if this theory has a hand in my routine I'm gonna be doin lots of high angle/OTS, but it's weird I do stuff BTC and I get a good pull that way too? Are u not supposed to benefit from BTC if ya have a low LOT, cuz that's beyond a low angle if u know what I mean, just curious.....

I gained .5" from hanging BTC and SD and I have a LOT of 6.

No, the theory just states that if you have a low LOT (and exit point) you will probably be hard-pressed to gain as much and as quickly from BTC/SD angles as those with high LOTs and exit points.
 
I believe that the next logical step in preparing for the upcoming hangoff would be to formulate a specific routine that I intend to keep throughout the hangoff. Specifically, I think it is best if each of us can, in the next few days, formulate and post a semi-detailed routine which stipulates all the Penis Enlargement work (perhaps even tertiary work such as cardio fitness etc.) to be done during the duration of the hangoff. Following the posts of these routines we can, as a group, discuss and critically evaluate the routines. So, to set an example:

MY HANGOFF ROUTINE

Hanger: Monkeybar's vacuum-hanger with a cable clamp vice supplement.
Secondary Equipment: Static Stretcher

Penis Enlargement routine to be followed: Hang two 20 minute OTS sets at 20 pounds, three times daily (specifically, morning, evening and night). During the interim period, following and preceeding hanging sets (save when I sleep), I will wear the static stretcher device set to ~ BPenis EnlargementL; routinely, this should accumulate ~ 5 hours per day of SS wear (a conservative estimate).

Tertiary activity related to Penis Enlargement: 30 minutes of cardio, five times per week within target heart-rate range with an acceptable deviation of 5 or so beats.

I'll post updated stats tomorrow.
 
EDIT: I should add to the above that I intend to increase the total amount of weight hung per session two pounds every other week as dictated by induced fatigue. Perhaps I will increase more speedily, depending, as I say, upon induced fatigue.

80% of my time is going to be BTC angle. 20% is ots and so
*I received BIB today and may transition or at least partially

Anti-Turtle sleeve probably 4-6 hours per day

Biking 30-45 minutes per day
Power lifting 3x 20min sessions per week (Goal = 450 Deadlift lb and 300 Bench)

On top of this training I will be doing my Girth workouts late at night before bed
