Im still with you J. I still think this is a great idea and good for motivation.
I will hang with 12.5 lbs and do:
20min straight down
10min left leg up
10min right leg up
20min BTC
Total of 60min

Then at night when I do my other stretches like the Newbie strecthing routine and DLD blasters after I do those I usually do a 10min set straight down with 15lbs. Then I go into my girth routine. Usually takes me about 1 hour.

I try to hang every day but my night routine I do 3 days on 1 day off.
Like I said I think this thread and idea will give me alot more motivation and a better commitment(which I have been lacking lately, not with hanging but with my night routine)<:(
So with this idea Im ready to commit myself 100%

Just got my stuff in, starting right now. I have been ADHing so far since 1:30, with about a 5 lbs pull. Man, I'm not sure if this is the best idea to be hanging when my dick is so fatigued. I have let it rest for a full 48 hours though. I'm not planning on going over 7.5 pounds for a long while. Perhaps I should keep a light hanging and ADS routine to let my penis heal more in an extended state. Then once it's rested, I should start up with hanging more gradually. What are your thoughts?

Sounds good, IF, your dick is able to heal in an extended state. I, on the other hand, have just about given up with the vacu-hanger; it keeps sliding of my cock (waiting on that Bib).
 
I'm in folks. I'm gonna try a routine that hits high angles only while doing limited number of sets day and night of max weight I can tolerate. This is all with the inclusion of a cool ADS supplement I'm doing. I lift pretty seriously, and I dunno I have wanted to give this type of routine a try to try and blow the roof off length gains for myself, I think I need intensity whereas overtraining is not an option for me. I think for my body the harder I stretch and the longer I'm in extended state, the more I grow. Let the hangin begin.
 
heck yes I am still in! been traveling but still hanging and knowwww I have made gains. because I am not measuring more than once a month though I won't be able to say what until June 20th.

Lets keep hanging... anybody play xbox 360 and hang haha?

It's OK only for a very limited number of angles and weight-levels. That is, whenever I try to do something more with it than it was engineered to be capable of, it slips or in some fashion or the other fails and totally pisses me off, which, I suppose, can only be expected. I'm really just clamping, then, until the Bib arrives.
 
Not to knock Vacu-type hangers but I didn't have the patience for them either when I tried it. Bibs *NEVER* fall off, and if I take the time to do it the last thing I wanna do is worry about how good it's gripping/pulling if and when it even stayed on.

i figured i would pipe in with my to date thoughts on the bib vs. vacu-hanger. i have had the vacu for 2 months and the bib for only 2 weeks.

i do heavier weights (15lbs) on the bib for sets of 20 mins. this damages my ligaments for sure. i try to do 6 sets daily. In addition i try and do 2 x 60 minutes on the vacu-hanger daily. this too damages my ligs severely.

so i am sore and have been for a few weeks. my ligs were like iron and it took me getting used to the hangers before i think i can really make some gains. but we will see.
 
2 week plan (quick summary):

6/9/07 - 6/22/07
6 20 min sets daily with BIB
*usually I do these in 3 sets of 2 format
*currently using 10-15lbs depending on fatigue
*all BIB hanging done btc or sd

also-
Vacu Hanger:
60-120 mins daily at 8-10 pounds resistance
usually 2 sets daily
angles for this type of hanging so and ots

Goal: for my 6/22 measurement I am hoping to go to 7.75 BP which would be a .25 inch gain in 30 days. I am not going to put 8.0 past what is possible.

fyi I am not giving up my girth training despite all this hanging. I am doing 30-60 minutes nightly of clamping and pumping.
 
I'm so in it's not even funny....*AND* I was going to suggest that I don't measure as often if you guys were to measure every two weeks cuz I have an anxiety problem when it comes to measuring as odd as that sounds. I'm gonna work up a good bp measurement this week and post and possibly not measure again til the 90 days is over. This is my most serious routine to date, and basically I'm going to hang heavy as fuck at high angles in combo with DLD blasts (some, but less girth work) and all suplemented with ADS action. I'm feelin good about this, I'm lookin for one of those amazing spurts of like .8" in 3 months as I think it's possible if ya really just hammer (which I've never done for more than 3 weeks or so), but have some tools to help me manage my time better to do more with less privacy and hand time needed. Now to grow!! :s

yea basically it seems like the people interested in the hangoff are going pretty hard core at least for now. I know Penis Enlargement is not yet a team sport, thank the good father haha, but it is good to do this with other people who want and are willing to succeed.

I just bought a 2.25 pump and have had my second tube graduation!!! I can fill the 2-3 inches at the base of the 2.0 (which holds 6 1/4 girth) and want to keep training that.

I can say when I look back and read posts of people who have had success at this I see a few consistent things. Tell me what you think of the order if there is one....

1) They started with a positive attitude and were determined to succeed
2) They thoroughly studied Penis Enlargement and found what worked for them
3) They worked their butt off

and in the end... They grew a bigger penis
 
OK. I'm hanging 7.5 lbs SD off my bed mattress as I lie here right now. Will be wearing my ADH setup today as well for 3-5 pounds SO when sitting, SD when walking.

Been a while since I have hit the ligs. If I make it to 9" by the time school starts for Fall then I can claim I have gained 2" in length in 3 years! I'm still hoping for that .5" gain though. Gosh I should be in class right now, but doing Penis Enlargement is more productive than going to a summer community college test review session. I can't believe how slow community colleges move compared to universities!
