Yeah, the sensation is definitely different than air pumping. My hang after wards is engorged with blood (man does my dick get friggin' red) and is not puffy at all (indication of lymph fluid). I am hoping that it will help me gain, as you know, I am on my last legs with Penis Enlargement.

Moving forward, here is what my routine will look like:

Andractim application: 2.5 grams morning and evening (5 grams total), 1 day on/1 day off.

On Andractim Days:

15 minute Bathmate Pumping
15 minute alternating Jelq (60-80%) and Erect Clamping

On non-Andractim Days:

15 minute Bathmate Pumping

Today is Day 2 on the new DHT cycle (1st day off).
 
I haven't been able to get anything permanent yet from the Bathmate, but with the daily expansion, it's bound to start to stick sooner or later. On a side note, how old are you? I think there might be a age/development cut off point in terms of results from DHT. To be honest, if you could apply it during puberty, I think the results would be unbelievable, I wish I would have known about it years ago! I think your routine sounds good, apparently it's good to apply the DHT after a workout, I think post Bathmate would be optimal, I plan on applying my second dose after my Bathmate session at night. My original order of Andractim didn't go through, so I've had to re-order. They said I was supposed to get an email saying that it didn't go through, but I got that email an hour after I re-ordered, so I hope they were referring to my original order, and not saying that my second order didn't go through, it's getting pretty confusing! Anyway, I hope your EOD routine works with the Andractim, I know down-regulation of receptor sites kicks in after a period of time with any extraneous introduction of hormones, and that a recovery period is then required to allow the receptor sites to become receptive again, I just hope that a day is enough for you. I'll be interested to see how it pans out for you. Hopefully I'll be able to contribute in a week or so if I can ever get my order worked out:)

Hey Douglas. Im sorry to hear about your struggles. I wanted to address your sleep issues first. I drink something called sleepy time tea from any local grocery store and it works magic on restless nights. If u feel like ur going to be stressed in bed around 10pm or so drink a few glasses and by midnight u should be fast asleep. Its inexpensive and I use it all the time since I have trouble sleeping too. Sleeping suck and can be addictive this is an herbal tea and promise u will love it as much as I do. Also be careful not to drink anything that has caffeine like a coke or anything sugary this will keep u up and wont even be aware thats what it is. Also my therapist taught me a great way to clear you rmind. Its a lot like meditation and it works wonders just try it yourself!

Part of the reason I dont think youve gained is because your routine IS NOT very intense. You can think of it as weight training. Have you ever seen someone workout that is really muscular at a gym. They must make it their life. They spend hours their, take muscle building supplements, eat a special diet, read about it, dream about it.. etc etc.

Now u see the fat person at the gym. They spend 20 mins there twice a week. They dont eat right, they think that it is impossible to get in shape and by thinking it it becomes their reality. That must be what DLD means visualize what you want and it will become real.

I have been off Andractim since April 12th. Today is my 5th day off. My friend is in town for another few days and I will abstain from exercising and supplementing till I can get back on a dedicated routine.

Here is another reason I dont think you make significant gains. Ive read as your penis tears and grows the worst thing is to let it heal= no growth. There is no time for busy/lazy weekends, no friends in town, no vacations. No one is going to kick your ass into shape for u. You are only stopping yourself. So if you really want it and I mean REALLY Want IT, U have to give up thinking its just going to happen if u do a couple mins of Jelqing and some ADS once a day or every other day.

Heres a tip for you. Theres so much in Penis Enlargement you already have tested many methods but its no where near the end. What Im doing is taking supplements (L-arginine) and Leech oil. Thats the easy part as well as something like the Titan pills. Next I never take a day off. If I feel fatigued I go easier but I dont skip a day or two thats wasting all the hard work Ive done and its too easy to slip away and turn into weeks and months.

Mix your routine up. Do stretches, Jelqing, kegals, Bathmate, ADS, hanging. And dont always keep it the same. Different stretches, Bathmate before or after a workout, kegals all day or 100 reverse kegals and 100 kegals.... hang every other day, edge 3 times a day once a week... etc etc

The point Im making is switch it up and step it up. It seems your routine only takes 80mins.

(Warm-up)
5 minute warm-up
3 minute jelq
2 minute clamp

(Workout - repeat 4 times)
10 minute pump at 3" with heat (non-erect)
3 minute jelq
2 minute clamp

Finish with 5 minute edging


In 2 years you should now an hour a day isnt going to do much. So if u want it go get it
 
Just got out of the shower from my Bathmate session. It's my DHT day off so I will not be applying any.

I took less breaks with my Bathmate and experienced a little fluid build-up toward my urethra. Did some 60-70% erect jelqing to facilitate removal for about 5 minutes. During my jelq session, my penis felt significantly thicker to me, so I took a small break to measure mid-shaft girth: 4 7/8"-5" (1/4-3/8" pump)! Now, I know that's not much for most of the people here, but I usually don't experience pumps like this in 15 minutes; it usually takes longer and is always the result of lymph fluid accumulation. I don't know if this will translate into permanent gains, but it certainly seems more promising than the 3+ years I have experimented with pumping (and I even used the Vaculogic QS7).

Towards the end of my pump session, My penis was half-way between the 160-170 mm mark. That places me at approximately 6.5" while in the Bathmate. Let's see how this improves.
 
About to crash for the night. Just wanted to report that I am experience a nice flaccid hang (5 1/4" length x 4 1/2" girth), a nice heavy feeling, and lots of warmth. Excellent PIs so far - I hope this keeps up. :)

Thanks for the feedback, Turnover. However, I don't think its necessary to Penis Enlargement for over 60 minutes a day. You can say what you want about how muscle tissue/penis tissue grows, but the truth is, no one grows from a workout without some kind of rest - and everyone is different, some need more some need less. Trust me on this, I work as a Personal Trainer. This applies to strength training and Penis Enlargement. I have sustained injuries as a consequence of hitting it too hard and too frequently. Moderation is key.

Today is day 3 of the 1 day on/1 day off DHT + Daily Bathmate. Results are looking good. My flaccid is hanging around 5-5 1/4 x 4 3/8" (L x G), and feels warm and heavier. Already applied my first 2.5 grams of Andractim and am looking forward to my Bathmate + manual workout routine this evening. :)

I did blue whales for 20 minutes a day for 3 months and solidified 1/4 inch gain (not newbie gains). I also put on my last 1/4 inch girth with clamping 20 minutes every other day so it's just trial and error for gains.

That is odd that your penis can take this type of training with no issues but the Bathmate is causing problems.
 
I kinda agree with you on that DLD. Of all of the Penis Enlargement methods that I have used, the Bathmate holds the most potential - for now. I hope it stays that way. :)

Funny story: Last night I took a shower with the Bathmate for my usual 15 minute workout. After securing it to my unit, the bathroom door opens... my girlfriend walks in. I guess she had planned on sharing the shower with me. Well, when she pulled the curtain and stepped in I said with my back to her: "You're not going to want to know what I am doing..." As I slowly turned around with this giant plastic cylinder hanging off my crotch and the shower strap secured around my neck like some sort of asphyxiation device, she laughed out loud and said: "What the hell is that? Another one of your toys?" She knows I have been Penis Enlargementing for years (unfortunate for her, with no benefits :( ). I smiled and said "We'll see how this one turns out..."

I planned on telling her about the new toy after I experienced some gains... oh well! :)

I'll tell ya, I never thought something so simple as the Bathmate could be as powerful as it is. One of my best Penis Enlargement investments! I love it and I have both models:)
 
Day 5 of phase 2:

Scheduled day off from DHT. Did a Bathmate session for 15 minutes this evening - this time in the bath vs. shower. Effects appear similar, though I definitely feel more comfortable sitting in a tub for 15 minutes vs. running a shower (hate wasting water). Flaccid is hanging quite normally right now.

I think I may switch over to baths. I have heard that Epsom Salt is a great way to detoxify the body, which would be a nice perk. Does anyone think that their might be any negative effects on Penis Enlargement?

I think it's the suction that is creating too much pressure on my pelvic wall. I have a very low exit point in my pelvis and I think it just causes me some internal muscular strain that I don't get with other techniques. I wish I could solve it because using the Bathmate was starting to make progress. This is the same reason I quit using my air pump. No matter where I move it to I still get that feeling on the left side only.

Most of the scientific studies have been done for transgender men trying to grow their clit into a penis, but the tissues are made up of the same thing (which is why such things are possible) so the dosage should still be applicable. How did you derive the dose you are using? What dose are you using? One study said to apply 20mg three times per day, another said to apply 1 to 2.5 grams of 10% DHT gel per day (which would equal 100 to 250mgs). That's a pretty significant difference. Using andractim, if you are appying 2.5 grams twice per day, you are getting 62.5mg of DHT per dose, or 125mgs per day. To get the 250mgs that's the high end of one study, you would have to double the number of 2.5 gram applications of Andractim. Maybe doubling up would be beneficial. What are your thoughts on this?

Researching scientific info on DHT for Penis Enlargement is difficult to find. I mostly based my 2.5 g x 2 off of user experience and feedback. I may end up increasing daily dosage depending on my reaction. I wish I had more definitive information for you... the best advice that I have is pay attention to your reactions. For instance, when I realized that using it daily was not providing any positive affect, I took a decon break and then started phase 2: 1 day on/1day off.

After Phase 2, I will take another decon break and experiment with 5 grams x 2 for phase 3.
 
Day 6:

Wow... something crazy happened last night. I wish I could say definitively what caused this, but there are so many factors at play and the possible synergy between them. Possible factors are highlighted in bold.

Did two Bathmate workouts yesterday, each one prior to my DHT application. First session was short - 10 minutes. Second session was a full 15 minutes - without breaks (usually take a break every 5 minutes). After my second Bathmate session, I did my usual 20 minute jelq/clamping routine. I also added in some erect bends against my left curve.

Again, I had not been sleeping well for the past 3 days. Anticipating another restless night, I went to my local whole foods and picked up some sleep tea. I noticed on the package that it contains 675 mg of passion flower - I have read may have beneficial affects on Penis Enlargement.

I was exhausted by the end of the night... but my girlfriend was horny as hell and insisted that we fool around. I had a very decent erection, probably around 4.75" mid-shaft girth (I usually measure between 4 1/2-5/8"). After we finished, I downed the tea and passed out.

Here is the amazing part: About 3 hours later, I woke up to find myself ferociously sucking on my girlfriend's breast. This happens from time to time... through some sort of subconscious desire, I end up "sneak attacking" my girlfriend in the middle of the night - mostly while I am asleep. However, this time was different. I was frickin' horny as all hell and was sporting the biggest erection of my life! I wish I could have measured it, but I had work to do! She was still passed out, but soon woke up enough to let me vent my sexual aggression. It was crazy!

I figure I probably was sport something around 4 7/8" - 5" mid shaft girth. This morning my cock is a tiny bit sore, only to the touch.

Again, its hard to say whether the DHT, 2 Bathmate sessions (one being non-stop 15 minutes), erect bends, passion flower, or a combination of the aforementioned contributed to my killer chubby (relatively speaking). Something is happening and I hope it keeps up. :)

Today is Day 7 of phase 2 and have scheduled day off of Andractim. I will do a 15 minute Bathmate session (non-stop) while taking a bath. I noticed that if I keep the pressure moderate - pumping out 85-90% of the allowable water displacement - I significantly reduce fluid build-up. Respectively, I will now pump until I hit the half-way mark between 150-160 mm until my penis gets a little more conditioned.

Lastly, ordered some detox salts called "Masada Mineral Herb Detox" which has green tea in it. As always, Ill keep you guys posted on the new developments. :)

Hey DH, that's great, keep up that combo and let us know how it goes! I'm prone to the sneak attack too, except I usaully try a "forced entry in the back door" then when I wake up I hear about it and I had no idea I did it. I haven't had that in a while, but when I did, I had a ton of extra testosterone in me so I think there is a hormonal correlation, maybe that's the DHT taking effect. I'll let you know if this starts happening again when I get my DHT.
