So I started Penis Enlargement a year or so ago, but after a month I had to stop for various reasons. I've started again now, and I believe this is actually a learning process as much as it is a physical process. I say that because I have developed some beliefs and routines that I did not realize at first. Although these are pretty much all written on this website, it took me a while for it to sink it.
So my goal is to have a penis that strippers would love, and by that I mean a pornstar like penis (something like Mandingo, Shane Diesel, or Mr. Biggz; although I know these are all different shapes and I might not get there, these are my goals to shoot for). These are my current stats:
BPenis EnlargementL: 7.125 in at most on a good day
EL: 6.0in to 6.5in
EG: 5.25in
I don't have specific goals in terms of a ruler measurement, but I guess something like 9.5 by 6.5 would be around ideal. I'm willing to take this as a part of my life just like body building, and I hope it works out. That being said, with body building I realized my (and probably for most others) biggest issue has nothing to do with the actual lifting. It has almost everything to do with my DIET. When I have dieted and worked out properly in the past, I've gotten MAD attention from the ladies. When I just work out an overeat a bit, not so much.
After much consideration, I equate diet in body building to ejaculation in Penis Enlargement. Although DLD and many others say it is okay, I have found based on trial and error that ejaculation seems to set me back and is like taking a few steps backward. That being said, I am fully committed now and will not ejaculate more than once a month (considering I am single). Over the past week I began clamping, and in so doing I realized that I can replace some of the desire to ejaculate that bugs me with clamping and otherwise expanding my girth. It is like a substitute for masturbating for me.
This is my basic routine, and I don't follow it strictly. Some days I do more, some days less, but always at least a little length work, girth work, and kegel work.
1. Length Work. About 25- 30 minutes of timed stretching. I also do a few short sets of the mandingo stretch and whatever else I feel like. For me it is all about feeling a decent stretch. Most days after stretching I use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jim[/words]'s wrap for 30 minutes to an hour to keep the stretch. I also wear loose clothes and underwear, so I am sort of into the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] thing. I might also in the future get a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] to supplement my work by strapping it on at high intensity for an hour at night while I'm reading or doing something else.
2. Girth work. The major new thing I have done that has REALLY helped is clamped edging. I do this for something like 10 minutes at max intensity, then take off the clamp and dry jelq and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]. Then I do another set in the clamp and another of my post clamp jelq/SSJ. When I get my own place shortly I will add in wet Jelq's with vaseline (which I did last year and think are EXTREMELY important for both length and girth). Also, at some point I think I will throw in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] in combination with my other girth work because I have heard together they make for a great pump.
3. Kegel Work. I treat it like weight lifting, work until fatigue and give it rest, then do another set.
Finally, I also have goals for my body that I won't go into too much detail about, but that effect my Penis Enlargement goals. I am currently 6'2'' and about 255 lbs. Although that sounds really out of shape, I have consistently worked out for years so I pretty much look like a decently buff guy with a bit of fat that isn't cut. In the past when I was cut I got lots of female attention and clothes fit better, so I am going for cut again. My goal is to lose around 2 pounds a week until I get cut again, which should be around 30-40 pounds from now. That being accomplished, based on what I have read here I hope to lose at least 1/2 in. of my fat pad to better reveal that 7 inches (currently) that I hope to also expand through Penis Enlargement.
