Hey guys,

So I started Penis Enlargement a year or so ago, but after a month I had to stop for various reasons. I've started again now, and I believe this is actually a learning process as much as it is a physical process. I say that because I have developed some beliefs and routines that I did not realize at first. Although these are pretty much all written on this website, it took me a while for it to sink it.

So my goal is to have a penis that strippers would love, and by that I mean a pornstar like penis (something like Mandingo, Shane Diesel, or Mr. Biggz; although I know these are all different shapes and I might not get there, these are my goals to shoot for). These are my current stats:

BPenis EnlargementL: 7.125 in at most on a good day
EL: 6.0in to 6.5in
EG: 5.25in

I don't have specific goals in terms of a ruler measurement, but I guess something like 9.5 by 6.5 would be around ideal. I'm willing to take this as a part of my life just like body building, and I hope it works out. That being said, with body building I realized my (and probably for most others) biggest issue has nothing to do with the actual lifting. It has almost everything to do with my DIET. When I have dieted and worked out properly in the past, I've gotten MAD attention from the ladies. When I just work out an overeat a bit, not so much.

After much consideration, I equate diet in body building to ejaculation in Penis Enlargement. Although DLD and many others say it is okay, I have found based on trial and error that ejaculation seems to set me back and is like taking a few steps backward. That being said, I am fully committed now and will not ejaculate more than once a month (considering I am single). Over the past week I began clamping, and in so doing I realized that I can replace some of the desire to ejaculate that bugs me with clamping and otherwise expanding my girth. It is like a substitute for masturbating for me.

This is my basic routine, and I don't follow it strictly. Some days I do more, some days less, but always at least a little length work, girth work, and kegel work.

1. Length Work. About 25- 30 minutes of timed stretching. I also do a few short sets of the mandingo stretch and whatever else I feel like. For me it is all about feeling a decent stretch. Most days after stretching I use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jim[/words]'s wrap for 30 minutes to an hour to keep the stretch. I also wear loose clothes and underwear, so I am sort of into the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] thing. I might also in the future get a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] to supplement my work by strapping it on at high intensity for an hour at night while I'm reading or doing something else.

2. Girth work. The major new thing I have done that has REALLY helped is clamped edging. I do this for something like 10 minutes at max intensity, then take off the clamp and dry jelq and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]. Then I do another set in the clamp and another of my post clamp jelq/SSJ. When I get my own place shortly I will add in wet Jelq's with vaseline (which I did last year and think are EXTREMELY important for both length and girth). Also, at some point I think I will throw in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] in combination with my other girth work because I have heard together they make for a great pump.

3. Kegel Work. I used to do something like what the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] states, but now I just do as much as I can while paying attention to the PC muscle. I treat it like weight lifting, work until fatigue and give it rest, then do another set.

Finally, I also have goals for my body that I won't go into too much detail about, but that effect my Penis Enlargement goals. I am currently 6'2'' and about 255 lbs. Although that sounds really out of shape, I have consistently worked out for years so I pretty much look like a decently buff guy with a bit of fat that isn't cut. In the past when I was cut I got lots of female attention and clothes fit better, so I am going for cut again. My goal is to lose around 2 pounds a week until I get cut again, which should be around 30-40 pounds from now. That being accomplished, based on what I have read here I hope to lose at least 1/2 in. of my fat pad to better reveal that 7 inches (currently) that I hope to also expand through Penis Enlargement.

Alright, so the day before my first post I got head and ejaculated after about nine days of not cumming. Then during the courses of that same day I proceeded to jack off and ejaculate about 5 more times. I say that first because I feel it is a possible reason of what I am going to say next. For two or three days now I have had a serious case of pencil dick. By that I mean for some reason my erections are not nearly as hard as before, and when doing girth work I can't get nearly the same expansion. Also, before anyone reading this says it, yes I have been kegeling, and NO I don't think that's the issue because I was just fine in terms of blood flow about 5 days ago.

I skipped my stretching for the night because of this pencil dick and decided instead to focus on girth as a possible way to solve it. The girth session ended up being worthless because I couldn't get any decent expansion, and even while clamped I wasn't fully engorged enough for it to do anything. After half an hour of work my dick barely had any pump and it went away within ten minutes.

So, since this is a tremendous issue and I had made a thread about this same issue months ago, I am going to try to be scientific about finding out what the issue is. By scientific I mean looking at the possible variables and controlling all of them but one, which I will isolate out, to see which one is causing the issue. The following are the things that I believe may be causing my case of pencil dick. Part of my beliefs about these variables is based on what occurred in the past which makes me believe it could be one or more of these issues. They are listed in order of what I feel is most likely the issue, 1 being what I believe it to actually be and 4 being just a possibility that I don't even agree with.

1. 2. Too much ejaculation in a short period: This very well might be the case. I truly believe that ejaculation forces the penis into a state of retraction, at least temporarily. In my last post I already said I would not ejaculate more than once a month. Since saying that it has been three days, and I have not cum once, staying true to my word. After that, I'll check to see what sort of effect it has on my Penis Enlargement and EQ/blood flow. If there is very little effect, I'll wait another week or two more and then ejaculate about 5 or 6 times in the course of a day and see what effect that has. I'll do these tests over the course of months and then observe what effect ejaculation has on me (I guess this is anecdotal science, but it is still a scientific experiment).

3. Cold Weather: I live in city with very weird weather patterns. The temperature changes A LOT in as little as a day or two. This can mean going from the high 60's Farenheit to 32 the next day. Over the past few days since my pencil dick issue set in the weather turned VERY cold suddenly. I know cold weather definitely causes shrinkage, and since I work outdoors this would be especially true for me. However, I do not think this is the issue. In the past I have been in cold weather, but as soon as I was able to get inside a warm home I was still able to get raging erections. In fact, growing up I remember how much I loved to jack off during the winter time because I got nice erections and it warmed me up. So again, I doubt this is the issue, but it is a possibility.

4. Over training: I really doubt this is the issue. It could be that stretching hard for a long period of time caused me to force too much blood out of the penis. Or, conversly, that working girth too hard over a period of about 9 days fatigued my penis. Those things being said, I've actually been training less because of this case of pencil dick, and I don't think I was training particularly hard to begin with.

So, I am going to try to figure this all out and get myself back on track.
 
Alright. Read all of MikeShlort's thread. I have finally decided to start hanging. I found that when I began clamping my girth work got MUCH better (although I mixed it up with manual and clamped supersets). That leads me to believe equipment is actually a good idea. I'm still in my parents house, but I'm going to make it work with the hanging. To make my length gains quicker based on MikeShlort's ideas, I am setting aside girth until I at least gain an inch (and if I see it working I will continue onto a minimum of 2 inches before restarting girth). Since I am going to hang BTC and straight down while standing, those are the only manual stretches I'll be doing until I order the Bib starter. My cock was really stiff today and the Penis Enlargement I did didn't seem to have a great effect. I don't know if it's because I ejaculated like 7 times in the past two days or because I totally skipped Penis Enlargement since then.

20 Minutes Manual stretch BTC and SD to the left and right. Mainly with one hand gripping under the glans. A little bit of two hand work.
5 minutes of kegeling. About 125 repetitions.

Alright so I've come full circle on a few things and ended up back at the starting point.

My issue with masturbation is now basically over. I don't know if this is the case for others or not, but when I didn't masturbate for two weeks I began to feel kind of weak and really paranoid. After busting some nuts I got back to normal and started taking life more lightly. Also, I wasn't doing Penis Enlargement for a while because of some legal/mental issues, and while I was avoiding masturbation my flaccid penis became smaller than normal (turtling to the point of annoyance). Since I began masturbating again it now hangs slightly better. So, not masturbating is out at this point. My main issue now is that when I am unemployed and at home all day I tend to jack off at least 5 times a day. I want to limit ejaculation to once or maybe twice a day.

The second thing is man does this cable clamp work!!! After a few days in a row of about 10-25 minutes of clamped edging, my dick basically becomes permanently fat and harder than usual. I feel like I'm walking around with a huge dick in my pants. The problem, however, is that it hurts my ability to stretch. Even though I know girth is ultimately where it is at, I crave that long 9-10 inch penis (or dare say 11 inches?!?!?!). So for now I am setting all girth aside, EXCEPT, if I move out of my parents house I will begin to do 20 minutes of jelqing a day possibly.

Finally, as of yesterday I ordered the Bib Starter. I do agree that if anything is going to work for me personally it is going to be hanging. I already own a weight set from when I used to lift in high school, so I have all the equipment besides the hanger. I am going to start off slow with one twenty minute set at 5 pounds and work up to 3 sets of 20 minutes a day (7 days a week). That's a lot of numbers lol. So basically I am hoping this works and if it does I intend to continue until I reach at least 9 inches cemented. I want to develop a reputation in my future social circle as having a big cock, and length is at the moment where it is at.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hoping this works.
 
Masturbation, for me is a very odd thing and one I explored greatly during Lent. I found that holding myself back for too long meant I ended up in a worst state then if not. I am celibate so my only sex is masturbation. It is a case of a happy medium for me. Too much leads to desensitization while too little leads me down a road of lust and harbored sexual tension. I hope to find just what will work best for me through these trials...I pray heavily on the obsession and hope God helps me in some way to master this discipline as I have so many others.

You're not alone with the turtling issue with the lack of masturbation, however. Seems like it's necessary to "reset" once in a while to get things back to normal.


Also, you don't have to worry about the clamp work hindering your length gains. You'll be gaining girth, but with the stretching that you've been doing the more blood flow will expand a bit of your length too. Edging this way is a great way to build up the expansion..

Hey I will tell you from experience as I am about 7 inches right on in length ,but at about a half an inch bigger in girth than you so not that much bigger than you. Strippers are just as clueless about size as any other chick. I have had many experiences with strippers saying my cock is big. Okay, so I got my Bib Starter yesterday, but I had to wait until today to use it because I didn't have the necessary rope. I went and purchased nylon rope earlier.

I tried a third set but I believe I didn't adequately wait until I was completely flaccid and I felt some pain in the glans a few minutes in so I stopped.

So here is what I think. At this weight it seems like a light version of a manual newbie stretch, but since it can be done so long with a consistent force I believe if anything is going to actually work for my length gains it will be hanging. I had an issue putting it on at first because I could only get it to tighten about a half inch from my glans, but when the weight was added the skinned pulled down and this caused the weight to transfer onto the glans.

The good: Seems like a great way to stretch consistently and with a growing force (as weight increases). I truly believe if Penis Enlargement works at all this will give me gains.
The bad: It pulls the skin quite a bit and there is no getting around this. I am worried that some of the force of the weight is solely stretching the skin and not the internals of the penis itself. If this is the case then I expect Turkey Neck to occur, which is not okay AT ALL. I am going to pay close attention and see what happens.

Oh and one last thing. I have NEVER felt sore from any kind of Penis Enlargement, EVER. This is still true as of tonight having used the hanger. I do feel a slight sensation deep in my ligs if I am not just imagining it, but still not sore. Maybe this means I won't gain : (

Lots of things to address here, I will have to get to it Sunday - I am going to bed and I literally work all weekend. So I can help you out in detail with this Sunday night.

First off - you're probably going to want to hang Between The Cheeks, not Straight Down. Straight down is less effective, and it's just a bitch for attachment point pain. It hurts me and I'm on my third week of hanging SD. It also causes more pressure buildup in the glans, which you are experiencing by reading your post. I only hang SD because BTC hurts my back (the way you have to lie down). Look into BTC hanging and how to properly do it. Register at Bib forum and ask him tons of questions.

Second - Start your wrap 1.25" to 1.5" back from the coronal ridge of your glans. Then place the hanger a 0.25" back from that (making sure that it is no more than 1.75" back from your glans). Any further gives you skin stretch, like you said.

You may want to try stretching skin for the first week, just to get some slack. BTC requires loose skin. Tight skin gets in the way - takes away tension from your ligs.

You need to be squeezing all the blood out of your glans - like when using an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], only extremely more important for hanging. Otherwise you get blood pressure buildup in your glans - not good! Make sure there is as little blood in your glans as possible.

The reason you are getting skin stretch is because you aren't tightening enough. There is a technique called "pulse pushing" where you tighten slowly and push the hanger down towards the glans until you feel it locking into the internal of the penis and grabbing hold. There will be some skin pulled down, forming "shoulders" on top of the glans, but this is okay. If you're locked into your internals, you'll feel it on the ligs (maybe not with that low weight but after 20 min you should feel something).

A good way to test if you are "locked in" is pull down on the hanger once it is attached to mimic heavy weight. Make sure that you feel it pulling properly.

In my opinion, hanging hurts more than anything in Penis Enlargement. Even worse than sticking a needle in my dick for PGE1, because it is consistent. But the good news is it only hurts as you're attaching it and taking it off. During the set, you should not experience pain, just discomfort. It's definitely a man's practice. But if you master attaching properly, you won't feel much pain. WHen I was hanging BTC, I found a way to attach that gave me minimal pain and I could bang out 8 sets of 20 mins in a row. Straight Down is a different story for me. To be fair, each time you change the angle of hang, you need to allow your attachment point area of the penis time to adapt to the stresses.

I have a lump, or a "bad spot" where the hanger is supposed to attach. Right at about 1.5" from the glans. So before, I attached below it (towards the head) - when I was hanging BTC. Now, I don't know where the fuck I am attaching it (for Straight Down Standing) to be honest. I think I must be attaching right above. Regardless, if you have this bad spot, then you need to locate it and figure out a way to attach either directly above, directly below or directly on it, without experiencing any pain.

The first month of hanging, I kept trying to attach directly on the bad spot and it hurt like fuck. I couldn't even do 4 lbs. Then I sent Bib pictures of me trying to hang, asked him a million questions and finally figured out to attach below it and I was able to move up in weight an gain a solid .25" in erect length.

I may begin to throw in manual BTC as I sit fit going into the future, but not now.

Also, Bib recommends no less than ten hours a week, which is basically a minimum of four sets a day and another extra set. At the moment I do not have time for this so I am going to stick to 3 sets a day everyday. Honestly considering that I once was only doing 25 minutes of manuals and that Dashdeming gained over 2 and 1/2 inches by only hanging one set, I think I will be fine with three a day. When I begin school I will possibly up the sets to four a day and just do SD while reading. I think the key here is weight tbh because as even Bib himself suggests you need to move up in weight until you begin to feel sore after the first two sets. I will measure again in a month and see the results.

I switched it up today. I have started to now sit down on the edge of my chair with a blanket underneath my ass. This is slightly more at the angle of BTC then standing SD. I think I feel that this does target the ligs a bit more, although I can't be sure because this weight is so light. My only issue is that it causes my dick to push down on my ball sack and basically split my balls onto two sides of the dick. Since this causes a bit of friction, I feel like it must lessen the weight applied a bit. Oh well, at least I can stretch while playing video games now lol.

Yes, it does split the sack with a ball on each side and does lessen the tension. But it gives a better stretch. It is the best angle for gaining lig stretch. Anyone who knows what they are talking about will tell you that. Lig potential is the easiest way to gain. Tunica stretch is much harder

So just to answer you guys that talked about the strippers, I guess a better title would have been "Size Queens Love Me".

ABSOLUTELY NONE. as long as you don't hang the weights and then place the weights on some object below you so that the weight is being supported by that object. Hmm, between you and MikeShlort I'm sort of at a loss. You say hang much more, he says it took him 2 months to increase weight to what I did in two weeks. I'm fine with sticking to what Bib recommends, which is a 15% increase each week. That actually would have meant that I would have had to increase by .75 lbs first, then by around 1 lbs. The issue, however, is if you continue this trend of 15% then as your weights increase the amount of weight you have to add each week also increases exponentially.

I am just going to stick to the weights I have and mix it in with what you said Youknowme. I am increasing by 1.25 lbs each week until I have to slow down. I had to ask Bib how to properly attach earlier today, but now I think I got it and it feels fine. I've done 6 sets at 7.5 lbs today, and since I moved it up away from my glans I think I am doing it okay and it doesn't hurt.

He's under the assumption you know how to properly attach. If you can properly attach, hang as much as you want. Just try not to advance too quickly without getting the full benefit of the weight. Once you hit fatigue on your first or second set at a certain weight, milk that. Also if you don't know the terms I am using in my messages when I talk about hanging you need to fix that too

bib also told me that 15% is a maximum. Once you're hitting high weights where 15lbs increase would be like 5 lbs, you don't have to go up by the full 15%. Just a maximum number to not exceed

Well TBH I have had a very good sense that girth can be expanded gradually because I have always gotten great results with girth work, even before I learned about clamping actually. The problem I am having is believing in length working. Although I will definitely spend years working on getting an insanely thick cock, I am desperate for a longer one also. That' why I set aside girth work to focus exclusively on hanging and length. Based on what many have said it seems plausible that I can gain 2 to 2.5 inches in length over a period of two to three years by hanging. If that is the case, that would put me in the range of 9-10 inches, which is something I would definitely be okay with. I am currently around 7 inches BPenis EnlargementL, more or less depending on the day and my fat pad (fat pad is still a slight factor IMO even with BPenis EnlargementL) and the longest I've ever measured is 7.125 inches.

The methods may be different but I'm using the girth as an example. It may be harder to achieve than girth, but if the girth of the penis can be permanently increased by stretching of the tissue, then so can the length.

Thanks DLD. It was a very good feeling to have made gains in length for the first time since I originally found out about Penis Enlargement and this site over two years ago. Oh, and one more thing about OTL. If you position the weight properly, you can actually control the level of stretch by moving your leg further out or in closer. This always you to intensify the stretch to your liking and is very good. The only downside is it builds up quite a bit of pressure in the glans and forces you to stop after a bit.
 
Alright, so I still had the problem today, which I now believe is fatigue either from too much weight or over working.

I explained to Bib what I felt was going on, and he called it "true fatigue". He said 8.75 lbs is my current max weight, and that I should look into getting smaller increments to increase by. After those first two sets where I had trouble I waited an hour and tried to lower the weight to 7.5 lbs and begin again, but that fatigue was still too much and I had to stop after a minute or two again.

For now I am going to not train tomorrow and pick up again the following day with 8.75 lbs for the first set, or drop it down to 8.25 lbs if I can find the proper 1/2 lbs weight. This will be the first day that I have done less than three sets, and tomorrow will be the first day I have not trained since starting hanging nearly a month ago. It had me a bit pissed off, but at the same time I am also glad that for once I have pushed to fatigue and know what that feels like and that I can now begin to truly focus on my Penis Enlargement work and make gains intelligently.
 
You really should just drop down to 5 lbs and hang as many sets as you can, milk that fatigue while you still have it..... If you take days off and hang less sets, your ligs will strengthen and then up goes your max weight...

I'd kill for true fatigue. I hang 6 sets/ day every day and I still haen't hit true fatigue due to attachment point issues. So milk it while you have it, if you actually want to gain. Just drop the weight

TBH if this was anything else I would listen to you and push through, but it's my dick. I really do not feel comfortable with the feeling I am getting, and I truly feel it has been overworked. This is coming from a guy that used to lift 7 days a week and LOVED the feeling of being sore. I actually went out and bought a 1/2 lbs fishing weight today, and I am going to use that to move up in smaller increments from now on.

Even Bib's response to what I was saying gave me the impression that it is in my interest to rest for a day. Trust me, I love the results I believe I am getting with hanging, but not at the risk of fucking up my penis. Sometimes resting when you feel pain helps you grow faster in every field of life, and I believe that applies especially with Penis Enlargement.

You have to take into consideration that I have been hanging for around 20 days or so non-stop, which could cause fatigue in some more than others. Also, and most importantly, after only 20 days of hanging I was already doing nearly an hour and a half of hanging at 8.75 lbs. That may be fine for some, and hell one could just as easily strap 45 lbs to their dick, but I believe I over stepped my natural limit for the time being. I figure I need to slow down so as to let me penis adjust to the different weights.

As much as it pains me I am going to take tomorrow off and start again the following day at 7.5 lbs. If I do that two days in a row and it doesn't fatigue me, as was previously the case, then this time I will increase by only 1/2 lbs to move up to 8.25 lbs. From there I will try to do 4 sets at that weight, and if it becomes an issue I will try to only do one or two sets at that weight a day and do the rest of the sets at a lighter weight.

Wow, so I just can't go a day without hanging. It's kind of nuts, but I just had to do something today even though I said I wouldn't. First off, I went out and got a 1/2 lbs weight yesterday, which is a smaller increment to increase with. Previously the smallest I had was 1.25 lbs, which was the smallest barbell weight I could find and actually ended up being a bit too much to increase by when my weight total started to exceed 7.5 lbs.

What I plan to do at these higher weights is to sort of build up my ability to hang at a weight not by dropping weight down, but rather by cutting out sets. This is not what most people do from what I gather. Usually they do a heavy weight for a set or two and then drop down drastically and continue to do sets.

I, on the other hand, plan to at first cut out sets and later just add sets until I can do 4 full 20 minute sets without feeling it bother me at all. The main reason is that I think by putting my penis through less time under tension at first I will allow it to heal more while at the same time continuing to get a workout in. 2 sets at a heavy weight and then 2 more sets at a lower weight is still a bit too much tension, so I'll just gradually build up.
 
Alright, so I believe things are now back to normal. I am able to hang for the full set relatively comfortably, while at the same time I still feel a good stretch.

I am going to stick to this weight at least three days beyond the week that I normally give to a weight. I might even go so far as to wait an extra week with it. I want to be fully adjusted to it before I move up again.
