you know what...I'm feeling like I could get in a 20 minute set here at 15 lbs. Then I'll retire for the night. Gotta get up for the downstroke tomorrow morning.

All right I have done 1 20 minute 15 lbs set and now I am doing 1 20 minute 10 lbs set. All these are SO. I'll update later this afternoon if I ended up doing more.
 
All right...just finished reading three chapters in my comp course and also did:

2 20 minute 15 lbs sets 5 20 minute 13 lbs sets and 1 10 minute 10 lbs set. All SO.

did the 2 10 lbs 20 minute sets tonight and am beat...but tomorrow my cock is going to be begging me to stop hanging. I'm going for 3 consecutive hours of hanging tomorrow night. Absolutely no dual sets though which kind of sucks but hey I feel like this is probably just as good if not better.
 
I can't do it tonight....did my regular hanging session though as of late

except I did add one set....

3 20 minute 15 lbs sets SO
5 20 minute 13 lbs sets SO
 
Fuck your a nutter , i was hanging about an hour a day but wasnt getting results so i uped that to around 2 1/2 - 3 hours a day OTS to see if that works :)

Your hanging heaps and its obviously workn , nice workm8 !
 
lol...well hell I got fuckin 3 papers to write that I have to have in by Thursday and one in by Tuesday so I have sit here anyway...might as well gain some length while I'm at it.

I'm hanging right now and I'm feeling like fatigue is settling in finally. This is the fourth 20 minute 15lbs set of the day. I'm usually like clockwork with fatigue so I guess today is the day that I will either switch to hanging strictly SD again or move up in weight to get to fatigue faster with SO angle. I'm thinking SD at 15 and 13 is do-able but I'll have to see first thing tomorrow. Or if I have time tonight I'll try another session and see how long it takes to reach fatigue SD with 15 lbs. Probably not long...I guess this is going to be a bit of a challenge for me to guess appropriately.
 
I did hang SD tonight and am finishing off my last set for the night....

I did 4 20 minute 15lbs sets SO and 3 20 minute 13 lbs sets SO

Then later I did:

1 20 minute 15 lbs set and 2 20 minute 13 lbs set all SD.

My LOT is now 7. I'm not sure I should be going back to SD then...I'm going to try SO for a little longer. I haven't been at it that long so I'll just keep adding weight. I'll probably move up to 18 lbs sometime next week probably Sunday.
 
Ok here's the deal for me the next few days...

Tomorrow I will do 4 20 minute 15 lbs sets SO and 4 20 minute 13lbs sets SO

Then Wednesday I am going to stop and rest, but will do 300 wet jelqs.

Then Thursday...I will do the same 8 sets I've done the last few days...until Sunday and will attempt to move up to 18 lbs SO.

I'll see about a routine after the max is established again.
