I'll stick to the 5x5x3. The Bathmate arrived today... Can't wait to check things out.. I will start some normal pumping sessions and afterwards I'll do DLD hardcore stretching.. But first getting used to it..

take your time and ease into it and work your way up to full intensity. There is never a rush!
