It will do because of fluid build-up, so firstly use LESS pressure when you pump and go slowly for the first 5-7 minutes in the tube. Once your finished do a quick clamp session, don't need a clamp either just use your hand to manually grip around the base and get to a full erection and give it some squeeze and kegel fresh blood in. Do it around 10 minutes and than afterwards apply some warm water to the penis. The fluid should not be a problem now and you will see the odd proportion as you put it, from too much fluid settling in around the penis as it becomes flaccid because it has gathered in the erect state (Larger) and so when it becomes smaller it just balloons out. Ok, so I got the burst injury and it all healed up in less than a day (I still pumped). I have however altered my method and would like your thoughts.
Originally, for the first 3 1/2 weeks, my technique was normal i.e insert penis into pump and pump away. The result was that I got to 180mm in the tube (which is an inch bigger than my EL), girth was hitting the sides, but there was also massive fluid build up and retention.
What I do now as an experiment in trying to reduce fluid build up, is to tie-off my balls and scrotum so that as little ball sack gets sucked in as possible. The result is that there is definitely less fluid and it doesn't retain for as long either, which I see as a good thing. However, whilst in the pump, I only reach 170mm and the girth isn't as much.
Now, my theories are that the fluid build up was a result of excess skin being allowed in and thus more room for fluid to mingle. Also, (i'm uncut) the foreskin was acting as a kind of dam just before the head and thus, fluid was being contained at that point. In tying-off the scrot, I therefore kept the skin stretched and allowed little to enter the tube. In addition, the length was reduced perhaps because of the frenulum attatcHydromaxent not being given as much leeway.

ive found that getting 100% erect and pulling the balls down low while entering and pumping low for 5 mins then abit more for 5 mins and then full pressure for the last 5 mins helps me now, i do try to kegel alot through out also and started to do 5 mins of jelqing before also, i do get abit of fluid still but noway as bad as i did before, just squeeze in a ok grip under the gland to remove the fluid.

Belief in valid forms of penis enlargement largely comes from personal experience. It really makes no difference what someone claims if the product is working for you. Yes I think he needs to re-word that as according the NHS here in the UK 5-7 inches length is regarded as average. Its probably because he's 9 inches now that 7 inches looking back in time seems small, that's how I see my old size now when I look back to what I have now.
