I want to kick start my girth work from 1st of April I'm working towards it. I created a food time table with no fat at all. I'm praying and hoping I can live by the rules of this time table. I will start following the food time table by Thursday or Friday. Do not cut out all fat completely your body requires a small amount for the creation of testosterone in your body. If you want to keep it healthy you can get fish oil, coconut oil, or even just a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. You get my point

There is still little fat in the time table I made I just added yam and into the time table. I will be eating yam twice in the week and I will be eating fish for dinner some times too.

I read kingsnake progress log where he said he did high cardio exercise like running instead of jogging. I'm going to give this a try because I know I will burn more calories by doing so. Tonight I'm starting girth work no doubt about that. But he didn't say anything about diet.
