I'm too busy today because it is my birthday, happy birthday to me. I only did my length routine, another off day for girth. I'm still doing fine as long as I have not exceeded the 3 off days mark. I've made up my mind to add hanging to my routine starting from the 14th of April. I have all the weights available, I got them today. Below is what I did today:
