When I relocate I will be able to decide whether its length or girth training for the rest of this year due to privacy. This decision I will be making by the first week of February.
 
I think you have a decent lenght already, but if you want to get more lenght gains is up to u..Besides if you have cemented those gains you can go for the girth gains.....:)

I wasn't feeling well before but I'm back now. I even did one girth session yesterday. I'm starting slow to avoid any error this time.

I have finally bought a new [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words] extreme so I want to resume training today but this time I'm concentrating on girth only. I found a way to avoid the waist pain I experienced earlier. I'm thinking if I should create a new progress log. I'm on a journey to max out the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words] extreme. I will update this thread or create a new one once I'm done with my first session tonight.

I am yet to use the win vac modded version of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. I want to start training first with the extreme and when my body finally gets conditioned to the training, I will use the win vac mod and compare the expansion with the extreme.

I need to change my routine, maybe that is where my problem is. I will appreciate suggestions from you all.

How strong was your EQ during the pumping session? My suggestion is to get to 100% and try to stay there as long as possible while kegeling/RK the entire time...intense but effective
 
i used the andropenis pointed to the floor 4 hours a day 2 on 1 off cycle and the base of my cock exploded, i stopped PE for 3 months and those thickness gains are still there

I would give yourself more time getting used to it. I think you will become more proficient within a few sessions. With the 5x5x3 workout you should see at least .25" of expansion and as much as an inch.

You are very correct. I believe my erection is where the problem is too. I need to stay erect while in the pump. I've never given kegel or Reverse kegel. I will have to give this a try

Seriously though. I messed up a few times with masturbation and adult entertainment and through each time I learn something new or a better tactic to why it happened and what to do about it. Anyway, i found a women's sex blog on woman with masturbation issues. First, my case; I really do not lust to often in public, I will see an attractive girl look and look away, near allowing myself to covet. As a matter of fact, I have no issues with sexual sin for anytime other than at night right before bed.

Back to the women's blog. She went into why we masturbate and she stated that much of the time it has nothing to do with sex, masturbation is, most of the time, from a different source. This peaked my interest as I immediately agreed with her, my masturbation rarely centers around an urge I had due to lack of sex, lusting, coveting, over-active libido, etc. She said that it usually stems from one of these areas:

- Hunger
- Frustration
- Anger
- Disappointment
- Loneliness
- Discouragement
- and most impotently Tiredness or Intoxication.

These sexual falls I have always happen when I am exhausted and I have taken my sleeping medications. (hence tired and intoxicated)

So I was able to identify the reason was my medication and being tired. This puts me at a great disadvantage and it becomes easy to fall into a trap when we are in this state. She went on to give advice to how to deal with this, which I found to be very helpful. She said that ritual or habitual ways of living need to be broken to confuse the mind. In my case the shakeup was taking my medication, getting into bed, and put on a music or a wholesome movie (putting on a movie means I have to get up and change the switch on my box to change it as I have no remote, something that would just be too much effort). This is completely different than what I would do before which was keep watching TV through the medication kicking in, leaving my faculties completely open and without defense, end up watching some secular TV show which would lead me to look for something more sexy until I reached adult entertainment and masturbation.

So identifying why I do what I do and thinking of a way to mix it up has been a very good strategy for me. I posted in the women's blog but I am not sure if they will publish it. If they do I will post it hear as I got deeply into the subject.

The points you gave up there are very valid. I don't masturbate because of sexual urge, I masturbate because I feel lonely and some times I feel depressed or discouraged. These are the reasons why I masturbate. But now I have a girl in my life and through we have not had sex yet but I no longer masturbate because the loneliness is no longer there. I've been doing kegel ever since I made my last post. I will resume training today and inform you guys how it goes.
