Have done a workout everyday since the last post.

Each one was roughly 3 sets of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] 5mins to 17.5 max.

Did a slow german stallion style [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]pmp[/words] set for 30 mins before a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] workout and achieved my max length in it which was 18. Need to do that more.

Did 15 mins reds frendoz today w the bib after my first [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] set. Did 2 more sets of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] after

Things I have added recently
Added the red [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] 3 days ago. MUUUUCH more intense. Getting much more FR and have trouble using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] anymore as my girth is getting to the point it is too much for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words]. Get 2 sets in with it now before I cant take the pinching [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiters[/words] anymore.

Have been DRY pumping with a pump I used to use alot. Cool thing is that now I BARELY fit in it. Used to take alot of pumping with it to girth it out. Now I have to squeeze to fit in right at the start and I get to use it for a length tube. YYAYYAYAY!!! Very cool progress to me. I also am longer than the length I had marked on it that was once my max. My length seems to be getting longer by using it also. After using it I jump into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words]. As I stated before I cant really fully compress the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] due to [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] bit being intense. I have tried to use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words] but still hate it. It doesnt suck in my nuts now but it doesnt feel right either.
Added in the SSJs again a few weeks ago also which helped increase the girth dramatically.

Havent used the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] lately. Want to but havent made time and the girth of my head hurts in it now.

Hey man! Ya, I am still around. I read the posts but dont write as much these days and I got out of the habit of keeping a log. I was doing some cock ring erect stretches, they are the shit! Im sure you can do them with clamps as well. Im not remembering the name DLD gave them.

Whatever I am currently doing is getting my length to progress, which as you may have run into isnt as easy after having done pe for awhile. I contribute a good portion of this length gain to the erect cock ring stretches.

Aye I have my dick to much in my hands to make a log ^^..I instead go for quality question and response.

Ah well after the initial newbie gains its all about smart hard work. Im doing "runs" where I escalate the exercises over some weeks and then slowly fade them out for 2 weeks stop totally for another week and ramp them up again but in a different way(length/girth focus etc.). Dick is changing..but slowly.

Clamped stretches and bends are easy to do once conditioned. The harder the stuff I do the better my EQ and random errections ..:cool:
Always wondering about other peoples experience who go to to the max, which clamped/cockring stretches are. I miss Redzulu :(
