I find many many things amusing while hanging weights from my penis... especially those things that help me smile or retain motivation at the lunacy of it all.
 
Well, I've finally reached that point when hanging where tissues begin to fail. It took 13lbs for me to actually reach a point were I was forced to reduce the amount of weight I was hanging in order to perform subsequent sets. Although, as according to the template routine I've posted in this thread, I am supposed to do 6 SD sets per day, my penis is just far too sore to allow me to do this. Have you tried to hit the BTC angle as well? I notice a much different soreness coming more from the lig attachments on my pelvic bone where at SD the ligaments running from the bone to my tunica become much more stretched at the base of my penis.

You tried moving your balls around having them on top of the chair, or yeah try getting a stool and putting your feet on top of it, or use a table. Ya know put your feet up.

If there is anyway you can manage it - even if you do one hard session of sets a week from my experience it pulls from a very different angle and will help you gain. But if only SD is what is happening I am sure that will work too.
 
I'll keep experimenting with BTC, yet, I'm getting some good feelings from SD and SO with the rice-sock. I suspect that these angles are, within themselves, sufficient.
 
Well, I'm up to hanging 15lbs SD. My penis adapts very quickly to any introduced, novel stress. It's quite unfortunate. However, with 15lbs, I was again forced to reduce back to 13lbs to hang subsequent sets. I'm thinking about replacing the SO rice-sock secondary angle with either OTS or SO with a pulley rig; it can't be good to pull the penis with a great amount of force over a fulcrum, effectively smashing, for twenty minute sets, the corpus spongiosum and proximal nerve bundles.
 
So guys a little rundown.....I have been inconsistent to start this thing with a friend passing and a new job *HOWEVER* I have really decided to kick this thing in high gear lately, I mean really. The last 3 days have been the best Penis Enlargement workout days of my life and I am really experimenting with shit now. Hangin at about 1 to to hours of intense hangin and about the same time allotted for manual stuff too....In other words I am pulling the shit out of this thing and really wanna live up to this intensity. I am sick of just doing a half hour here, and hour here, a day off. I am going every day, and hard now like the real gainers. I got visions of doing some crazy shit like gainin an inch in like 3 months. We shall see, but I can say this I have never been so damn motivated in my entire life. July is the first month for me, and don't you worry I am hangin as I type this very message, 22.5 lbs over my leg. It's fuckin screamin too, aproachin the 20 minute mark ;)

yeah i know it but i got high hopes as my tool has never felt like this before....although just noticed a black dot near the tip, wonder what it is?
 
I wonder if the black dot is a bruise or a region in the glans where cells have died (the Bib hanger, if used incorrectly, can put a lot stress on the glans). Anyway, why are you hanging weights that cause so much discomfort? Seems to me that you will just injure yourself and cause yourself to have to break and decondition. Beware overtraining also. BTW, you are using a Bib hardcore right?
 
I mean it's tiny but after a day of pe'n I always try and notice differences, it's the size of a pore, very small. on't you think goin as hard as possible is the way to tear the ligs up and elongate? An experiment I am doing. About the cells dying, it's hardly noticeable on skin only, will it replenish?
 
About the dot, I don't know. Could just be a slight dermatological abrasion of some sort. Concerning the 'I'm going to do things as hard as possible' experiment, just be careful, 10inchadvantage did a similar thing and actually lost length and girth. In fact, he's still trying to recover form all of the stress he placed upon himself.
 
I have been off Penis Enlargement the last 5 days as I was hit with a bacterial infection ... like strep.

Anyway I am just checking in and about feeling better. Will get back to the work soon )
 
Still at it, hardcore for 2 weeks now (late start due to some circumstances), but I am still hammering away at least an hour and a half each day, heavy too. Oh an my black dot went away too :cool:

Okay, as stated, I'm so in I am determined to make my penis longer. I have been hangin hardcore for at least an hour a day with at least an hour of manual a day. I have a low lot and say today I did a half hour over the shoulder with 30lbs. then another ots for 20 minutes, then two more sets at 20 lbs. over my leg each side, that's an hour and a half...along with about 500 wet 60% erect jelqs and 50 DLDs, all with off and on wrap to keep penis extended for longs and an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] off and on throughout when I go to the bathroom.

I'm at that point, I'm going to hammer away and keep all rulers out of sight til the 8th of August with this intensity, and if I don't gain sumthin noticeable in length I may just....I dunno, I luv the feeling of Penis Enlargement as I workout as a bodybuilder, my penis is sore is like my muscles being sore I like it, but my muscles get bigger easier seemingly, whereas my penis does not. I have high hopes of hitting that lengthening stride but it never seems to come? At all.
 
Thanks for checking in. I am still in but recovering and not ready to hang. Unfortunately I am very weak and my body or mind cannot gather the necessary motivation to do anything right now. But I am reading the posts and looking forward to feeling better so I can get my life back on track in many ways... and of course with Hanging!
 
Yea, I'm in the game now. How long's this running for? My starting stats as of today:
7" non bp erect length (Standing)
8.25" bp erect (standing)
8.75" bp flaccid stretched (standing)

I'm posting (standing) because when I measure seated, I can get a full 1/4" more length on all measures, and I feel that is not as accurate. Sort of like calling "base girth" your actual girth when you're wrapping the tape around your turkey neck, and loose base skin which can add an extra 1/2"+ of false girth.

I plan to track my bp flaccid stretch as my main indicator of new length gains, as that has always proven the most effective, and accurate indicator.

I think mixing it up and maybe heating might be the missing links for me, as I had never heated before. good experiment to see if it's the deal or not. keep it up guys, have everyone try and get in serious by end of july or say aug 1st. I need to take all my measurements (flaccid, bp, nb) as I am usually too scared to measure, but since I have already come to grips with no gains I'm gonna sack up and do it all this week, then nothing til month to month for like a year. I'm determined to join the inch or two club. It has to be possible.

It's definitely possible. You just need to stick to this stuff. I can tell you from personal experience that dragging it out forever by starting again, stopping again month after month will only make it take much longer to get the gains you want. I've been at this stuff off and on for around 8 years now. I could have finished in 2-3 years if I'd just been a LOT more consistent.
 
Sounds good Still. What, though, do you suspect that your stable routine will be? Also, to answer your above posted question, I suppose that it would be fitting to continue until about Labor Day (sept. 3).

Right now, nothing super impressive. I'm getting back into this after many months off. I'm working with 10-12.5lbs for as many sets as possible. That translates to 2 sets with the 10lbs, and 1 set with 12.5 yesterday. Today I've done 2 sets with 10lbs so far. I'm shooting for 3-4 more sets today. Most likely will hang Monday-Friday.

Haha, I always laugh at how comparable your situation is to mine. I get a full 1/4" more sitting rather than standing. How is your girth going? Great to have a Penis Enlargement legend going in on "the project."

Oh comon man, I'm hardly a 'legend'. I've just been at this stuff for 6 more years than I should have been lol. Girth is good, but there's less focus on it now. I'm Still clamping a couple times a day, and after I finish hanging for the day.

Makes me wanna bang it out even more, got a good thing goin as far as dilligence and hard work, gonna stick with it every damn day.
 
It is good to see we have a few people still in and doing this. I just had to share. I am hanging right now!!! After a 9 day stint of nothing I am glad most of all to have recovered my will to some degree. I could not even imagine the why's or actually doing Penis Enlargement I was so hurting until yesterday. So I dont wanna waste any time and still am going to push to my 9bpfsl goal!
 
I have a question about cycles of fatigue and wanted your opinions. It seems like hangers who get the best results really push the fatigue and have to lessen the weight ... a lot for a few days. It seems hangers who do not have as much success hang more consistantly meaning both time and weight.

I feel like really taking as many sets as it takes to focus on breaking down the ligs, tunica, or whatever particular area seems like the best approach.

what thoughts do you have?
 
Hey guys I have decided to try to become a part of this hang-off we are having.

Ive been hanging for about a month or two with a homemade bib. Basically since I'm at home with my parents for the summer I am limited to hanging late at night when they go to bed. This means that I hang for about 45 minutes 4-5 days a week. I have worked my way up to 7.5lbs so far.

I have ordered my bib hardcore starter (Since my homemade is hard plastic and metal I think I am conditioned enough to use the hardcore...plus I think it hangs on tighter).

Once I get back to school in late August I will be able to hang whenever I want as long as I want so I will be trying my own program.
5 min x 15 lbs
10 min x 12.5 lbs
15 min x 10 lbs
20 min x 7.5lbs
25 min x 5 lbs

I am going to do this for about 3 days a week and then one day with heavy weight and less time each set and then another day with less weight and more time and reps.

(in addition to jelqs and/or light pumping and/or lazy ass stretch)
(I know that hanging over 20 minutes is looked down upon, but when I hang with 5lbs or less, I usually don't get cold or lose feeling)

Until then I want to join this hangoff with a 5 day a week 2-3 sets of 20 minutes at 7.5lbs program. This is also incorporated with at least 30 minutes of jelqing a day. I also try to stretch myself whenever I get a chance and I just purchased a pump today. I plan to use the pump very LIGHTLY and for a short amount of time after I jelq to supplement the jelqing.

I guess I will report back every week or two.

do you find it funny that of all the angles that provide the best gains it happens to be the most uncomfortable and least productive (as far as doing other things) angle?

my 9 days off...

so I still have a sore / semi-torn left susp lig. I dont think this is anything I need to worry about but there looks like no heavy BTC poundages in my near future.

I measured (unofficial as the 20th is official haha) and was at the 8.5 barrier for a bpfsl measurement. However I have lost 10 pounds since this virus so my fat pad has gone down and I dont know what was less fat and what was more stretch.
 
Today so far, I've got:

(All 20 Minute Sets)

10lbs x1 I do a lighter set for my first 20 minute set to allow the wrap time to compress during hanging and 'set' so to speak...I've always found that I hang with the hanger tighter after the first set due to the wrap compressing. It's also easier to tighten the hanger more for the consecutive sets (just a little more but it makes a big difference in comfort with heavier weight) vs. on the first set.

12.5lbs x2

I had to shower, and go run some errands, so the wrap came off. I'll be re-wrapping, and basically repeating the above 3 sets here in a little bit after I eat, and then go hang out (well not with my hanger) by the pool for a little while.
 
3 sets in for me so far today.

2 X 16 min @ 30 lbs ots
1 X 18 min @ 35 lbs ots

......tonight I plan on hitting some over the leg action along with some DLD's.
 
Three sets for me today as well. I simply do not have enough time to do any more than that today; yet, of course, beginning tomorrow, considering that I 've gotten all of this vacation shit out of the way, I will be hanging 6-9 sets per day. The sets I am hanging currently are circa 11lbs, SO.

naw, i initially thought I was ready for the hardcore starter but went with the bib starter after all. Thing works great as grip, stability, and pull from the hanger is not my problem. My tight ligs are the damn problem lol....again we shall see, I'm going at it hardcore as ever and not measuring for 6 weeks.
 
Its kind of a long story. Yet, are some of the key reasons:

(1) Lack of comfort. I don't truly have the materials to organize a comfortable and convenient BTC setup.
(2) Loss of FSL. See my discussion with Bib on this matter over at his forum.
(3) Minimized erection quality.
(4) I don't like to have something busting my balls, such as, for instance, a rope attached to 10-15lbs.

this seems correct to me as well. I know I have actually added more penis length from tunica on the base of my penis (the first half) rather than where the BIB clamps down because of a few freckles. I have also gained from the lig area but that is different.
 
lately I have kind of abandoned the traditional 2 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 20[/words] set method even more. I find that after each hang with a short rest i am able to do more weight. so, more sets, less time per set, and less rest right now.

I am concerned with reaching fatigue and this for me works. I constantly have to add weight during a set and can reach 17 pounds at the end of a session in which i initially felt a strain at 7.5.
 
Okay, yeah, which ties into what's goin on with me....feelin like I'm hangin (in a flaccid state) pretty well these days and seemingly have more "goin on" down there. Like more skin etc, veins, hopefully this is a good sign.

yes that is what I started having anyway as i noticed the initial gains. Shoot if i pull my penis to a BPFS i can actually see where the ligs attach to the tunica and I know this didnt happen before.
 
I just got back from Penis Enlargement Depot (Home Depot ;) ). Bought myself a piece of 18" long 3" diameter PVC pipe. Had some morbidly obese bull-dogga who works there (lesbian she was wearing a ring with a tell tail rainbow on it) help me cut it. I washed it well with some dish soap, and am going to start using it as a fulcrum while I do my SD hanging starting today.
 
Hey SWM2, do you place the PVC pipe on top of your legs when you do the SD (that does not sound possible) or do you rest your legs over the PVC pipe?

I use a 1 inch PVC on top of my thighs when I hang SO using a pulley under my desk. I am just not long enough to hang SD with the BIB starter hanger SD with a fulcrum. The hanger rest on top of the fulcrum.
