I kinda live by the motto of pulling the shit out of my dick when I train but now I'm wondering. My train of thought is that I'm a hard gainer so I need to train hard, right? I was with Pandora and figured when I hang hard my penis doesn't hang as well as one might think right after, in fact it almost looks shriveled, but jelqin it out always works for a great hang.

So we can add this to the long list of questions, does pulling it as hard as possible for the most cumulative time make for better length gains, or does it make it harder in the sense of overtraining?

Are you seeing any deformation straight after you take the hanger off. Well I'm just telling you what I do when it retracts, I jelq then keep on hanging, it depends tho you know when you have done to much when you get the electric feeling or should I say you know when you have done enough, all tho I still try to carry on through this too.

No I dig what you're saying. These changes in BPFSL that we are discussing are not really at all visible unless measured. There is, too, that curious feeling of tenseness produced after hanging for long periods of time. I'm just questioning the paradigm, that's all.
 
Back to that point where I can barely hang shit and for like no time at all, as my penis seems to be real sensitive to stretching as of late....or it can't handle the stresses I'm capable of doing when not so sore, even manuals I'm going light on as usually my hand can't pull hard enough, now I'm not even pullin my hardest and my unit's getting sore so quick well before my hand/arms u know

Take it easy then. I still get fatigued easily from simple stretching, over a month after I stopped hanging.

I suggest that you take a break. Oh, and what kind of supplementation do you take (vitamins, whey etc)?
 
I would also, speaking from my experience, take a break, with a good supplement and girth program. I personally like taking tadalafil (Cialis) along with various natural herbs to help. I have also been doing 100 power jelqs everyday, as long as I'm not sore in a bad way. I must say after a month break I feel like a newbie all over again. I think I'll order a BIB hanger tomorrow in order to target this "second half" of my penis which isn't very pliable. It's always fun doing those experiments to see what will happen. I'm just hoping for another inch in length and I'll be good.
 
I went with the standard BIB hanger and have no complaints. Too bad I dont have one of each (BIB starter) to compare. I liked the idea of the standard hanger more because of the distribution of pressure along the penis especially at heavy weights.
 
I have never been limited by skin stretching on the BIB. Especially being an ex-vacu hanger that pulled the skin from all over town.

It for sure limited me and was intimidating at first... but was second nature very quickly.

My thoughts would be if you feel the tunica can be stretched out as well with a larger hanger, there would be no reason not to have the extra inch of surface area to disperse the effects of weight.

However, if the part of the tunica the BIB covers is not stretched out as well, the BIB starter would be better assuming you could still manage the same weight I would guess.
 
Hey I am wondering what kind of total gains we can make as the hangoff team over the next 60 days (starting aug 1 ending Sept 30th) for the BPFSL. If you dont mind sharing where you are at lets post them and in 60 days see what kind of total gains we can all make. I am at 8.5 currently and project to be at 8.85 giving my current progress rate which would be .35 for the team haha.

for those who want in after the 60 days we could add something cheesy to our sig like "was a contributor to the 60 day 2 inch gain of Team Hangoff".
 
js: i am having a problem re: the bpfsl measurment. maybe something is wrong with me but when I measure my penis i take it too seriously. I jam that ruler as freakin far into me as i can and it hurts. the thing is... i get a consistant measurement when i do it this way because i know it wont go in my fat pad anymore.

because of this i am not going to be able to partake in the study of pre and post stretch bpsfl. I am afraid if i back off the measurement to avoid injury the measurements will not be entirely accurate.
 
funny you say that I will not measure until i can measure a 9bpfsl.

if you are int... i only want to measure bpfsl gains as they are way easier to measure.
 
Well, let's see.... Before the hangoff I was measuring consistently at 8", now, if I get a break (we have discussed post-hang BPFSL changes), I usually measure 8.1 or 8.2. However, as you well know, during this hangoff I have changed both my routines and ideas about hanging considerably. In that sense I have benefited greatly from this experience. I really do not have to restart all academic duties until September, consequently I'm making Sep. 5th the end of the hangoff for me. After that date, of course, I will be hanging, just not as much (due to lack of time).
 
I have been hangin and my penis is more and more tired over time. The skin, cc, etc.

I feel like I am still doing the right thing but the fatigue is slowly shifting from my ligs to my tunica. More and more.
 
Nice Airshy. My unit has been sore and I took the first full day off in like a month due to soreness and a nice rip in skin that's irritating the shit outta me, right below my head where the hanger goes......... ?:(
 
I can only laugh. We should rename this thread the hobbled hangers. Good luck getting that rip fixed up... i have a minor one that has nagged me too.

Maybe we should take that dude from Thunders advice and start filing the skin on our shaft daily to callous it up and make it like leather haha.
 
Yeah it's a bitch isn't it lol.....mine keeps opening cuz I tried to wrap it secure like a band aid then still hang but there's no foolin it as it still gets agitated and/or reopens with every set.
 
You know, that area had been tender and I guess I just screwed up. I had been going hard for over a month, and only recently (last 6 days or so) has this been an issue.
 
about 6 weeks ago I had that same opening on my head!!! I ignored it and kept hanging. Two weeks later it was gone. It never bothered me hanging, I just didnt know if it would close. I did ... and it looks like I was lucky.

When I started Penis Enlargement I remember reading about all of the people who got hurt and thinking... that will never happen to me. I have had four things come up! Nothing major but I have been smart and not made anything worse at least. Funny how that happens.

K, I'm back after taking a full 5 days off. The cut seems to be healed enough to start again as it kept reopening from my work hangin. I just couldn't stay away, and I want all of August, Sept, and all of Oct before I measure again. Revitalized :)
 
I measured on the 31st and have increased another 1/8 inch in erect length for a total of ¼ inch the last two months. I didn’t anticipate any gains this month at all as I was on vacation and couldn’t hang for about ten days. I did continue with the piss pulls throughout the day with some more manuals in the shower during my vacation. My goal was too try and maintain fatigue so when I returned to hanging I wouldn’t have to hang for several days and be forced to increase my max weight in order to reach fatigue again. This would happen if I took a couple days off from hanging in the past. I was shocked but happy when I returned. I had to reduce the weight on my first set. I was also shocked to see any gains. My thoughts when I started this routine was that growth was stimulated from the hanging and the short intense manuals spread throughout the day would retard the healing process till I could hang the next day. I was looking for ways to help maintain fatigue without several daily hanging sessions and, it seems to be working for me.

Another strange thing happened this month that I would like to share. I also measured a 1/4 increase in my mid shaft girth. This was shocking since I have been focusing only on length since I restarted Penis Enlargement back in February. I initially saw an increase of ¼ inch within the first month which I related to newbie gains. I’ve been at 5 inches mid shaft since then. The only thing I can relate to this increase is messing around with an exercise I read about on another site called “O bends”. I did these just a handful of times this month for about a minute or two in the bathroom before sex if I had a chance. I noticed it gave me a nice fat flaccid hang afterwards which I thought would be visually stimulating to my girlfriend. How can five to ten minutes of this exercise a month translate into any permanent gains? The last session of these bends I did was about a week before I measured. Does anyone else have any experience with this exercises or an increase in mid-shaft girth from hanging? I am tempted to stop doing these as I don’t want anything to interfere with my continued growth in length.
 
I'm going to be reducing the total amount of weight I hang to 5lbs tomorrow due to the persistant state of fatigue I've found myself in for the past month or so. Today I did two sets with 8lbs and experienced fatigue following only those two sets! Also, I took a picture of my BPFSL today with a new phone. The problem, though, is that I can't figure out how to get that picture onto my computer....

My motorola software is a bitch. I'll re-do the setup every few months and hopefully it'll work, if not I'll just have to wait. Too much BS to put up with.
 
i just wanted to check in - I was in Hawaii for the last week partying my ass off and now I am back to my real world. Including work, working out, Penis Enlargement, and way more sobriety than the last few days.

I was able to pump a few times out there just to do something but other than that let hanging go ... Tomorrow it continues
 
I have had a month with 2 weddings, traveling, and lots of work inbetween. I think things are settled down and mne and BIB can start hanging out a bit more.
