BTC - would you say I am wasting my time hanging and should be doing something different?

I am just curious based on your experiences... I have had slow but good results with the BIB, but am always open to things that work.

Seems monotonous doesn't it? I'm pretty sure you can attempt the winch technique with other hangers, but I'm really not sure...

After the winch technique, I hang about 3 pounds in complete agony (with a smile on my face the whole time). Fatigue is easily realized with this unique pull. If you watched the videos, I work the winch above the penis and below. The feeling of switching up to the complete opposite pull in one simple motion is incredible.

You can watch the weights hanging and stretching the penis, or you can try the Winch and watch your penis being pulled out of the body and held, or increase the pull with a simple twist in 2 distinct ways.
 
Yes the BIB is hard to explain to other people so I prefer to do it alone. I want to try this technique as well!!! I am ready to add something to my length routine just for sanity's sake!!! )
 
Have any of you guys done a hanging regimine with ample rests days, such as every other day? I find that my tunica is still sore even two days after hanging with the BIB. I take this as a sign of intense training so I don't dare hang when my penis is feeling any type of soreness.
 
10 - i think that is the million dolla hanging question and I am not sure what works best. I find hanging daily with light days and hard days once recovered works well for me but I don't really know the best way. For sure after a day of pushing heavy weights there should be soreness the next day I feel.

If I take two days off from hanging I have a hard time hitting fatique durring my first two sets upon returning. I also do not feel much soreness throughout the day (I wish I did). So, I never purposly take rest days. You may be experiencing soreness from your hanger due to improper wrap, hanger placement or adjustment.

Nah, it's the same fatigue feeling as my vacuum hanger.
 
I don't get you, that is when gains are made, it's only when it turns into unbearable pain that you stop.

But I suppose if you can't handle it, then you will just get use to it with time.

Weird, you jelqing some, cause you know it's a whole different ball game with the Bib.

You need to jelq first thing before any set's or after all of the sets or when you feel the urge to, also check out B.T.B jelqing.

I find a mini clamping session (one clamp, 10 min without too much pressure) to help after doing several sets on the BIB as well as jelqing.
 
I've found that getting off my ass and just walking around a bit between sets returns circulation better than *** jelking.

I stay wrapped between sets so regular jelking is a mute point as well.
