@Dorsay, Mix your routine with a lot of kegels and your erections will be rock hard. The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] helps with EQ anyways, so you should be fine but you should ideally be kegelling every routine, especially this one.
You'll enjoy it but go steady and reap the gains.

It is very intense and will fatigue most guys but this is the idea, pushing your penis into gaining quickly. As Med said, Kegels are big in erections and this will certainly help. Yeah, expect to have to take a few days off. It will leave you with an aching base. Some days you'll be fine, other days it will catch up to you, but in the long run, it is well worth it. The best way to use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is as a super-et tool. I like to mix it up with Slow Squash Jelqs but you can use the basic jelq and do the same thing. I like this because it really stops much of the fluid retention and brings much greater tissue expansion. Basically do 1 set of jelqing for 5 minutes and follow it up with a 5 minute pumping session, repeat this 3 times.

Read the first post in the thread, it explains Hardcore Stretching. I suggest that the Bathmate is worked into the jelqing routine (5 minutes every 5 minutes) and I also suggest ending the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]/Jelqing routine with Hardcore Stretching. Your normal stretching session will remain the same. Work into this slow, over a few days, to get to know your way around the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

I just did a measure of my exact wanking hand position and it's saying 5.75. So i have gained a quarter inch since the start of the year. (I know measuring your hand is unreliable but literally, i know how i wank and 5.75 is my index finger and thumb making a perfect OK grip loop. No overlapping).

I feel i can do 1/4 inch of girth in a month on that routine but i don't want to get 6 inches in girth and be back at 7.4 inches BPenis EnlargementL. I want 6 inches MSEG and 7.6 inches in BPenis EnlargementL (That's saying i don't gain any length on the girth version).

The order is up to you and your schedule. I prefer to do all girth work in the evening and all of my length during the day. If I do girth first it makes it difficult to get into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] or get a good stretch. BTW, this workout is guaranteed to make you gain!

Thanks for the quick reply. Sounds like the 2nd one is the one I will start with. As far doing the Hardcore stretches before both the length and girth portions, is 2 times a day too much for those (disregarding available time)? It's not too much.

However if you're gonna do 2 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sessions, do shorter ones. So if you were doing a half an hour session at night, do two 15 minute sessions and split them up so morning and evening. Don't go in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] straight after a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session either. Stretch out and massage your penis after you come out of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] or your penis will look like a Jason victim when it comes out of the SizeGen.

I read that easing my way into it is a good idea, so I was planning on doing basic newbie stuff for a couple weeks and ordering one of these products. I'm a college student and don't have close to $300 to drop on both of these guys. My question is, if you guys (given your experiences) had to purchase just one of these, which one would give me better results, by itself?

I'm currently 21 yrs, and I'm approximately 6.4 in length and about 4.7 in girth. My final goals would be around 7+ length, and maybe 6+ girth.

Been on this for a while and it fucking rules. My biggest issue is that i sit with a ruler Everytime i have an erection because i cant believe the numbers.

Good question! Yes, you can use the Length routine only if you only want length (girth is the same).
