By all means! Either potion of the workout can be used specifically to target length or girth. would i definitely see gains with this routines? because i have been disappointed before so just wondering. if i double on the routine because i am not doing girth should i do two sets of each stretches rather than one? i cant keep the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on for more than an hour, i lose blood flow from my head by then.

I am new to Penis Enlargement (first post!), and I also had the same experience as you with manual stretches. It was really a pain and put me off of doing them, although I knew they were very important for gains. I found that starting a session with a warm up of 20 repetitions of DLD blasters (a manual exercise) made my penis more jelly like and much less prone to spontaneous erections doing manuals. Also, doing manuals early in the morning, and treating it as a routine exercise, without any erotic thoughts, greatly helps. Use that sexual energy for girth work later in the day! I hope this helps.

WHen I first started Penis Enlargement I went all out from the beginning. I trained for hours a day. I only made incredible gains as many struggled with lesser routines. I say go for it, suffer, struggle and embrace the pain! The gains are waiting for you, go and get them! Penis Enlargement can start at any point for anyone, it really depens on where you want to jump in.

I have been doing this workout routine of gaining 1 inch in 12 weeks and am currently nearly half way through. I have followed it to the letter but desperately need your advise on two matters.

1. I live with my parents (both unemployed) my three sisters, and younger brother with whom (my brother) I share a room with, and they have begun to get suspicious of me having a long bath every day. They keep saying that they can't afford the bill and have told me to have it every other day. OK, your situation sounds very difficult on many levels and I am sorry about that. Since your schedule is limited you will need to work within the constraints of that schedule. I do have some advice that may seem strange but may help big time. If you are in school, work a job or have a library card you can always find a bathroom that is private where you can lock the door and do your business. I was in the same position at one time and I had to do the same. I found a bathroom no one used in the upstairs of my old job and was able to get an hour of Penis Enlargement in everyday using that bathroom. With the same logic, there are always handicapped bathrooms in public places that accommodate one person with a lock. This will give you an opportunity to get some decent work done. Hell, a private spot in the woods with a bucket of water would even work:) You got to get creative an find some ways to get around the schedule. The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] is perfect for you as you need no privacy for that. You could opt to do dry jelqs, in bed, after everyone is asleep on the days you can't use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], this will definitely fill the gap you will be missing. o what you can do and you will gain.

As far as [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Hardcore Stretches are concerned, you are doing them correctly from your description.

I am a uni student who commutes everyday from home and have a very tight schedule as I have responsibilities of picking up my brother from his mates everyday as my parents are unable to (due to illness) so its pretty difficult for me to find any time other than at night even if I do find a private spot at uni, but I will try to do the dry jelqs that you suggested.

Do you think that getting a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penis pump[/words] would help though??:( I really want to do as much Penis Enlargement work as I possibly can without arousing any suspicion and think with a good pump I could replicate the hardcore [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches and the girth blasters would be more effective.

Also, (sorry for the repeated questions) I described three ways in which I understand you describe the hardcore stretches. I have never trie them with an air pump, I would post this question in the pumpers forum and have someone test it first before you buy an air pump. You also can do Expressive Stretching, which is what HardCore Stretches are, using a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] or a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words]. I pump up to max pressure, I support the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] at the base with one hand and my other hand is pulling on the tube. I will pull straight out, straight out to the left and straight out to the right holding the same hand positions.

Will the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle jims[/words] strapping method be equivalent to or be close? I can usually get in a set of stretches and 2 to 3 hours of extending in the evenings but extending at work (10 hrs a day plus 2 hours of car pooling). I have less time now than ever but im more commited than I've ever been also. Every min I can get alone im trying to do something. I just tried a 3 hr session of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle jim[/words] deal and it seemed very productive and seemed doable at work.

That is up to you. I personally go 7 on and no off but you can tame it back a bit to 2 on 1 off or 5 on 2 off. Try it out and see how you feel.

I come out with the ideas and routines and it is up to the man himself to take part in that. I've only started this scheme yours, at 12 weeks 2.5 inches long there.
I can not do this in one day the whole scheme to work.
Can I split them in 3 days? Or will I get no result in this?

The workout is designed to be done everyday. It is a very intense routine and not many people can keep with it. Dld is convinced it will give the claimed results if followed strictly.

If you do half of it you probably won't get the result. You could try a 3 day on and 1day rest but even then its alot.
 
Hi, im new here. I was wondering if anyone has gained an inch in 12 weeks with this routine. It does sound like an intense routine, but one inch in 12 weeks sounds too good to be true
 
Hey dute welcome. For some men it is successful. I'm still training. Still no progress. I think this program is for advanced Penis Enlargement training. Quietly training and keep groing.
