My girth training has again hit a new level of intensity. This is actually scary intense, and I hope I don't injure myself. My routine is as follows: 2-3 min. of light jelqs just to warm up my penis, followed by 30+ minutes of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s. I've almost entirely cut out Supra Slammers because the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s are just more intense. I've been doing these [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s for about 3 weeks now, but today I switched my clamp hand grip so that my palm is facing the hand which presses on my glans. Before I only clamped the base in a backhanded grip because I wanted to get as far as possible down the shaft. I've found with the 'forehand' grip I can grip almost as far down the shaft, but I'm able to push against my other hand so much stronger. My hand is stronger in this position too, so I can hold the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] much longer. Today I did these exercises for about 35 min., and I was holding each one for up to 3 minutes.
The better grip and longer hold-time resulted in an expansion I've never seen before. My cock just looked enormous during and after the girth session. I got some fluid buildup just above my grip point and also in the area between the circumsion scar and glans. It looks like my penis is wearing a turtleneck. lol I'm not sure if this is a good sign, but I think it shows I really worked it out.
I measured girth today, as I've had 3 days off and hadn't measured in a while. I came in at a solid 5 1/8" at the circumsion scar, which I think is an improvement. I measured my previous 5 1/8" girth on the same day as a Penis Enlargement workout, which probably boosted it an 1/8" or so.
