Today's Monday, and I'm lookin forward to a new week of Penis Enlargement. I just checked out DLD's slow-squash jelq and I think I'll incorporate it into my girth workout along with the Supra Slammers and regular jelqs. It looks more like a kegel to me, since the clamp hand doesn't really travel up the shaft much, but what's in a name?

I'm gonna stay with manual stretching for my length routine, though I may look into something new if I don't make new gains. I haven't made any length gains since I restarted Penis Enlargement after my 3 week layoff.

Workouts are goin great. For length, I'm continuing with just manual stretching though I think my newbie gains have slowed down. For girth I do 30-40 min. of various girth exercises, mainly focusing on Supra Slammers and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s. My girth is definitly gaining, but I"m gonna hold off measuring for the time being. I'm just focusing on getting some great expansion during the routine and hopefully the temporary increases will become permanent over time.
 
I seem to have reaggravated some tendonitis in my right wrist from the grip pressure necessary for manual stretching and the squeeze holds used for girth. I've stopped doing length work, and instead am just doing girth work. I'm doing a succession of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s and Supra Slammers, with jelqs in between to move the blood around. I'm getting great engorgement during the workouts. I have a hard time making it to 30 min. though, w/o really wanting to blow my load. Doing these exercises at full or near-full erection is like blue balling yourself. It's a mental game though, and I'm winning it most of the time.

As for length, I plan on ordering a Vimax stretcher and letting the machine do the grip for me. I should be able to pick back up with my length gains and won't have to sacrifice my wrists. My length has dropped to 7.5" from an all-time high of 7 5/8". I'm not too worried though, since girth has always been more the issue and I'll be back in the length game in about a month.

I also have some new motivation. :) I just found out a girl I went out with a couple times last summer is going on the same beach trip as me this coming summer. There's maybe 20 people going, and only 14 beds... so she asked if I wanted to share a bed. I don't wanna get ahead of myself, but I think I have a good chance with her. I hope I'm a solid 8" of BPenis EnlargementL and 5.5" Midshaft girth by then. I have a solid 5 months to get there...
 
My girth training has again hit a new level of intensity. This is actually scary intense, and I hope I don't injure myself. My routine is as follows: 2-3 min. of light jelqs just to warm up my penis, followed by 30+ minutes of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s. I've almost entirely cut out Supra Slammers because the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s are just more intense. I've been doing these [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s for about 3 weeks now, but today I switched my clamp hand grip so that my palm is facing the hand which presses on my glans. Before I only clamped the base in a backhanded grip because I wanted to get as far as possible down the shaft. I've found with the 'forehand' grip I can grip almost as far down the shaft, but I'm able to push against my other hand so much stronger. My hand is stronger in this position too, so I can hold the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] much longer. Today I did these exercises for about 35 min., and I was holding each one for up to 3 minutes.

The better grip and longer hold-time resulted in an expansion I've never seen before. My cock just looked enormous during and after the girth session. I got some fluid buildup just above my grip point and also in the area between the circumsion scar and glans. It looks like my penis is wearing a turtleneck. lol I'm not sure if this is a good sign, but I think it shows I really worked it out.

I measured girth today, as I've had 3 days off and hadn't measured in a while. I came in at a solid 5 1/8" at the circumsion scar, which I think is an improvement. I measured my previous 5 1/8" girth on the same day as a Penis Enlargement workout, which probably boosted it an 1/8" or so.

That is pretty common when doing extended girth workouts. Happens to me. I take it as I sign I have done a good workout. I also have found that incorporating some Horse squeezes reduces the fluid above the circ scar since you are gripping there. Looks like you are on the right track to really fattening up your hog. :D
 
I've done 4 solid routines of girth this week, but plan to take off tomorrow. These routines of mostly hardcore [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s, uli's, and a few jelq's are really hard on my penis. I have some skin irritation near the base where I grip for the clamp. My penis is much darker in the area above the point where I grip, and the original white color in the area behind it. Overall my penis is just really sore and tired, but fortunately nothing I'd call an injury. I expect it'll be ready for more balls to the wall workouts after this weekend.

It's Monday, and I'm back into a fresh week of Penis Enlargement. I took off the past 3 days first b/c I was too sore, and then the weekend came so I had no privacy. I would've liked to have Penis Enlargement'd a bit Sunday, but alas the living situation isn't gonna let that happen. One more month til I'm in a real apartment...

Anyway, I did a solid 35 min. girth routine of all [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s and a few jelqs in between. I'm holding upwards of 5 minutes now. I'm not getting the fluid buildup, though I still am seeing the discoloration in the shaft above my grip point. I might try using some creams that I've seen suggested. I'm not too worried at the moment, because I start to see it fade after only a couple days off. It's not even all that dark, but it's noticeable b/c the first inch of my cock is the original white color.
 
I've been keeping up the intensity with the Penis Enlargement lately. I got to do sessions through the weekend b/c of roomates going home for Easter. I'm getting in atleast 5 sessions per week, which should be plenty enough for growth. I'm still not doing any consistent length work, due to my wrist hurting from all the gripping. I'm going to look into hanging when I get my new apartment, and some much needed privacy. I was considering buying a Vimax to replace manual stretches, but there's some mixed reviews on here about its effectiveness. There seems to be more enthusiasm and experience with hanging. A bib hanger is only like $90, which isn't as bad as the Vimax. I already have weights, so I wouldn't have to worry about those as an expense.

My length has stayed consistent at 7.5" through this period of relative inactivity, so I think that's a permanent, cemented gain. I can't wait to bust through the 8" mark, that'll be a huge milestone.

No other news at the moment. No injuries or problems with the dick; only the dark discoloration that seems to fade in my off-days. I hope it's not permanent, as it looks sorta funny. I've added in some more jelqs during the girth routine with the hopes it'll move around the blood some that's causing the discoloration.

Manual stretching has been hurting my wrists, so I'm gonna switch over to hanging soon when I move into my new apt. and have more privacy. I think I'll restart a routine of simple jelq's when I begin again. In the meantime I'm still 7 1/2" X 5 1/8" which isn't too terrible.
 
I"m all moved into the new apartment, with all the privacy I need. :) I plan on ordering the Bib starter hanger in the next few days, and start in with a hanging routine for length when it arrives. It seems my size has decreased somewhat during the layoff. My length is a touch under 7.5 and my girth is back to 5"... I need to get back into a routine sooooon!

On a sorta related note, that ex I mentioned on page 2 is coming to visit me in a few days. It should be a repeat of the good experiences I had last time, where I had really improved my erection strength. I've been Penis Enlargementing off and on the past couple months, and not making any progress whatsoever. The newbie gains have stopped at 1/2" length, and I'm ordering a Bib starter to break into some new gains. I'm a bit wary of hanging, but it seems like a great way to acheive gains. The idea of having a consistent, predictable force pulling on your penis seems a better plan than using your hands, where the force cannot be consistent or predictable. In addition, to break out of the average girth I unfortuantely am plagued with I plan to do girth 5 days/week, involving an hour of Uli and jelq exercises.

I hold the Uli/SSJ for a very long time, this time I did 3 sets of 20 min. each. I'll hold a tight Uli, kegelling in more blood as needed, and occasionally push down on the head to get a nice [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]. The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] tends to push blood out of the penis, so after I hold it for 30 sec. or so, I'll kegel more blood back in to keep a nice erection for the Uli. My penis stays engorged for about 20 min., when I stop to do a couple minutes of jelqs. I do this to move the blood around and discourage over darkening of my upper-shaft, which has been a problem.

I got a really great workout doing this routine and I plan to continue. I measured mid-shaft at 5.5" post-workout, the highest I've ever seen it. Some of this was likely fluid buildup, though, but regardless this was the thickest my dick has ever looked.

Tomorrow I'm sending away for a Bib-hanger starter. It should give me some new length gains. :)
 
Took 100 mg generic viagra before my routine and had the best girth workout I've ever had. Clamping hard, I measured my full expansion at 5.75". After the routine, my penis is still 5.5", and hopefully I can get my normal, rested girth up to 5.25".
 
I have my Bib starter hanger now, and I used it for the first time last night. It's definitely a well-made piece of equipment. All the construction is very solid and it's pretty easy to use. I'm still playing with wrapping techniques, but I managed to do a couple 20 min. sets of 5 lbs. last night. I sorta figured with all the guys hanging 10, 15, 20+ lbs. that this would be easy, but 5 lbs. for a newbie is really intense! Along with my dick, I feel like my whole crotch area was stretched. I'm sure this is gonna restart my length gains and get me past that 8" BPenis EnlargementL mark. I can't wait....
