Hey mate, how's it going? Congrats on the sticky and the mod status. How's the gains going? keep up the good work. I'm back on my routine now....will be working from home, so have plenty of free time to try new things.

Hey there jseses how was your trip? Yeah hard work really pays off in more ways than one. I gotta be honest there have been a few days the only reason I even did a work out is because of the inspiration of this journal. A couple things Ive learned are to give myself enough rest time to heal. When I workout I do what feels right; now that I know its real and works I really enjoy doing the exercises, and I switch it up more.

Laocoon I thought that might be it too but I had the pain in my throat 2 weeks ago before I started smoking. A vaporizer would be the shit bc Im not even allowed to smoke here and I have been in my room which is not cool at all.

MVM you're not lazy you just havent been here and trying to map out specifics in my journal are like trying to find this piece of hay in a stack of needles....painful? Yes I will say so from experience. I dont concern myself with measurements atm.

All I cared about was could I bpel measure from the side 8"?

When I got to 7.75" almost effortlessly and then started forcing an -8/8" I really started getting into my workouts physically and willingly. Rather than a forced routine. Its a lot more erotic with all the extra kegals I can manage to flex. Last night was crazy Im just lovin life right now.

I didnt do any Penis Enlargement yesterday mostly is was a forced decision bc I always want to but I can just tell I need to let it breath. I did do my physical exercise and wrote down I ate. What I Ate: mixed fruit, 2 wheat toasts, 2 quesadillas on tortillas cheese, sour cream, thats all I can remember Atm and all I wrote down.

I should give an explanation to whats going on with the changes in my routine, but I cant get the privacy I once had and Im working really hard to write everything I do and eat everyday accurate and updated. Todays routine was all separated by breaks and I wrote down every time I started and finished. I started this afternoon and now Im off to bed and I just finished my last set of the night. Ive been busy and no a lot less privacy but keeping up with what I need to do to have a strong workout routine :P

Today was a milestone aswell because I couldnt get the last click on the clamp and when I started it was a little loose full clamped so thats fuckin terrific! Im applying leechoil whenever feels healthy as I did with the biul oil.

More of a rest day. Took it easy on the wiener yesterday. After work I did some edging and had a pretty thick precum ejaculation.
