Diet is the hardest part to losing weight and exercise.. wait.. uh yeah being healthy is not easy take a look at the populations weight control or lack of. Theres nothing that wrong with being overweight other than its just unhealthy. Its so easy to eat a bag of chips and drink a soda and its a hard habit to break. The last couple days have been really hard on me and I really wanted to just eat a burger and drink a beer, but I was too broke and I was glad I couldnt, but today I ate at Taco Bell and 2 bags of funyuns ?:( I need to give myself a treat a little bit more often otherwise I crave it and then binge.

I hope thats making sense like it is in my head I am hella burned right now.

Thanks for your help and inspiration. I am going to try to put together a diet today that I can stick to. My body is fine, I am more concerned about my health. I feel tired all the time and I know it is because of my lack of eating.
 
Since I started changing my eating habits I notice I can still eat really bad. Even though I dont eat junk food or fast food I can still eat too much potato or chocolate milk before bed. I am finally starting to show positive signs after 3 months and it has definitely been worth it. Drinking and smoking will effect your feelings too. I was feeling so sick in Jan and Feb I even got blood work done because I thought I might have had hepatitis or something. Thank God I didnt and I have been feeling even better than I have in years since I started on this program. Taker care of yourself DLD, a lot of guys need you and care for your well being.
