Late reply I know, but to answer you here I would say that its good to have the penis hard like that and when it gets to the stage you cant apply the SSJ because its too solid than simply perform a hard Horse Squeeze [Horse 440] and hold it for 5-15 seconds until you cant hold it any more, and this will be due to that pain in the glans, not a bad pain but it gets to the stage where you need to release the pressure.

Do that and you have forced it to engorge more, even thicker and than you have some 'temp' room leftover in the penis from that expansion and so can carry over with the SSJ's again.
 
I always start at 100% but when I get into the exercise my erection always subsides enough to get good SSJ in.

I look at jelqing between reps as necessary for keeping oxygen in the red blood cells. I've just been learning about the pumping effect here, as far as how easy it is to maintain engorgement like after using a pump. 3-5 sets has been typical for me for a few months. Now I'm learning from you more ways to work from the basic tech. Very cool not needing any equipment.

It is the most powerful girth exercise I have ever created. The thread gets lost every now and again but for anyone that is looking for the fastest way to make girth gains, this is it. This exercise can also be done clamped which many find even more powerful.
 
Okay so tried this a couple of times now. I kinda like it, although I'm not 100% confident I'm doing it correctly. I do feel the expansion, but I fear that this will make my base thin looking. There's a lot of ways to make up for that though, so will continue doing this for a while.

Main problem with this one is that it seems I lose a LOT of my erection with each rep of these, forcing me to restiumulate a lot, I don't know if it's supposed to be like that, but my dick kinda looks like a SQUASHED midget after each rep hehe :p

There is a balance of exercise and erection level. I get it one rep and I need to get erection strength back up but a rep is about 1 minute with me so it is not a big deal.

no offense i mean i agree with doublelongdaddy and all and he's jelqed a lot longer then i have but i kinda freestyle it and have created my own routine with a couple of my own exercises and i have one similar to that. i have to agree it works really well for girth. you have to be careful though, its easy to overdo.
 
Wouldnt this exercise over time effect ur erection in a negative way seeing that ur pushing the penis head downward way.. I can't see this being good for ur erection at all

Not at all. I have been using SSJ for more than 3 years now with the only side effect being a bigger cock
 
I have been doing this for about a week now but the question I have is will it eventually give you the baseball bat effect?

Not at all, the lower hand squeezing is kind of like a mini uli at the base while the upper hand is expansing the rest of the shaft...all areas are covered. WIth that said, adjusting where you place your hands make spot training possible.

see im worried that the base will stay small girth while the rest gets bigger. So would I be able to just hold the shaft and push down towards the base?
 
This is the most intense workout I've did. Finally found the right way to do it. Bookmarked.
