Anth, I can't say without a doubt that the edema from the girth routines is strictly from tears in the tunica. I can say that I consulted with a doctor friend of mine on the topic of fluid buildup in the penis and he felt that it would come primarily from the tunica because it is the most topical portion of the penis and is also the thinnest structures in the penis. As far as peyronies disease is concerned I'm not saying that WILL happen but it is possible. I don't know if anyone here has ever snapped their penis a certain direction either, but it's possible. I'm simply stating that over time there's no telling how a person will react to TOO much stress, and this could be the effect over time. Another point to consider is that since there's not a TON of information on how the penis heals and the adverse ways that it CAN heal then we can't say 100% one way or the other that it's not possible. Personally, I have come to the conclusion that less will become more in the long run.

Thanks for the input millionman I appreciate it. You sound alot like another guy I respect who says, "slow and steady wins the race". It's good advice from him and you as well.

I did attempt the ssj doing at DLD described and I had a huge pump with no edema. So it's real important to squeeze some of the blood out. You still get a bigger pump from that though than any other girth exercise I've tried.

So wait, you DONT squash your glans into your shaft like I been doin? You push your cock down? I'm kinda confused here, I been pushin my rock hard glans down like "into" my shaft.

That's what I was doing, but I was clamping at the base and pressing my glads into the wall.

Tryed this exercise couple of years ago its definetly one of the best lateral expansion exercises out there if not the best.
The mechanics of this exercise are very easy to understand and the exercise works on a simple principle. In my experience the best exercises are usually most simple ones.
The "constricted" version of this is even more effective.

Good job DLD you are a good guy and a noble Penis Enlargement representative and i respect your work.

:) :) :) Thank you, we are on similar paths.

I've been doing something like this when I wake up in the morning. I also am still doing those Admirals in combo with it. I am going to try to do this exercise more precisely as the pics show. It looks very promising.

thanks DLD

oh man. I did a couple testers of this and later last night my whole dick was covered with little bruise dots.

:) ahhh the look of gains!

I guess I'm doing them right, but my dick looks like one giant bruise!

Bruising will subside after a few sessions. It is a extremely intense girth exercise and it does take some time to get used to but the gains are enormous.

Well I'm gona keep at it with these DLD. I'm solid 8" BPenis EnlargementL but I want to get that bigger than 6" girth going.

Should i balance these out with any other girth work?

No need, SSJ will give you all the girth you could ever want.

So I've reconditioned myself back up to doing SSJ's, and I love them. I don't get any dots from doing them no matter how much pressure I use.

But I got a few questions. :p

I feel like the exercise is putting a lot of stress on my skin, rather than the tunica. In other words, I definitely get a good pump, but it feels like fluid buildup instead of tunica expansion. In two weeks of EXTREMELY focused girth work I've gone from 5.5" to 5.7". This means two 45 minute sessions a day of jelqing, SSJ's and DLD Bends.

So am I doing this right? Should the pump feel more like fluid buildup or more like an internal soreness on the tunica? Does it matter? It's just that I've seen temp gains up to 5.7" before. Usually when I measure I do it 24 hours after my last session. How long should I wait to get an accurate reading of what my permanent gains are?

Measure weeks after. I tend to measure every 4 weeks, you gotta give it sufficient time. Temp gains are very elusive. As far as the expansion you talkin bout, well cant answer that. Ive only gotten fluid buildup from hanging, and long clamping sessions. Dont know what you doing with the SSJs?

I dont want a curve these are amazing will they give a curve?

No, creating a curve takes more deliberate motion than this.
