I tried these for the very first time last night and DLD is a genius. Expansion like you wouldn't believe even the temporary gains were incredible. I must say these are THE EXERCISE for girth.

I tried this exercise just now DLD and my penis looks huge already lol. The only problem with this exercise is that it is going to give me a baseball bat effect.

If you work in normal jelqing I am sure this will be eliminated.

impossible to say. Just keep working at it and dont worry about "how long" to reach it. Use the time, dont let the time use you.

Well width will become a part of the total girth measurement. For me a 1/2 inch of girth came after about 7 months of training. My width became wider after this period when I started to concentrate of DLD Bends and later Slow Squash Jelqs.
 
Do you need to be more than 80% erect during the whole exercise? I notice that after about 1 minute my erection goes down to about 50%, and even to 30& after 2 minutes. Is this okay or do I need to maintain that high erection level during the whole squash?

You will want to keep your level at around 80-100% (I go 100%). If this is difficult then I can make some suggestions. A piece of Generic Viagra will help you stay up for the session. If this is too expensive you can try the TITAN PILLS. TITAN will give you excellent erections for an extended period and they are a fraction of the cost of VIAGRA. �naked people movies� is also very handy at keeping me up. I can view �naked people movies� online with privacy or I keep some sexy pictures to tape on the wall around me in the privacy of the bath or bedroom. I hope this helps:)
 
I have noticed changes since doing them. I am around 5 and 7/8 now.

I got a definite mid shaft bulge but it is minor and overall I like the uneven shape rather than all one girth.

DLD, like you I started at about 6.5 to 7 inches flaccid and I have been doing Penis Enlargement for about three years now. I haven't measured in awhile, but I think I'm at about 8.25 inches erect (perhaps longer, since I'm rarely 100 pct erect). Anyway, since I've started your DLD Blasters and these SSJ's in the past month, it's like a new world has opened up. I tried the Horse 440's; they did nothing for me. The Ulis helped somewhat and I even tried a routine over at �other PE site� with the Horse's and some stretches. Still nothing. Then I tried the Blasters. Whoa. Then the SSJ's. Again, damn. I haven't gained like this in over a year. I've already gained .25 in length just from the Blasters and .25 in girth from the SSJ's.

Three questions: One, how often should I incorporate SSJ's into my routine? I do Blasters three days a week and girth work the two days in between, taking two-day breaks. Is it safe to do SSJ's two days a week, or should I mix them in with the Ulis I already do and just try them once a week?
And second, how long should I exercise before taking a decon break? Finally, is it safe to incorporate Footlong Stretches or Sock Stretches in with DLD Blasters on the same day, or would you recommend something else?

Thanks again for all of the advice; it has worked well and since coming over from �other PE site� I have had no injuries.

Do the SSJ alone. They will be the fastest way to girth gains. They incorporate all of the movements of both ulis and horses.

You do not have to take a break, I never did. Some feel that it is a good way to break a plateau. WHen I reach a plateau I just work harder or create a new routine. My first break was after I already gained what I wanted.

All of those stretches are very complimentary of one another so I think "using" them for a routine is wise.

So, what are the warning signs that you need to stop if you continue doing these daily? Low LOT?

Again, I appreciate all of the advice and once I cobble some money together I shall certainly make a monetary contribution to the forum. All of us appreciate the fine work you're doing here and I for one, thank you for helping me get out of my plateau and "using" your wisdom.

Phase 5 was my routine by that point. By the time I was in my 3rd year there really was no over-training. I pretty much was very used to the daily routines.
 
I remember the SSJ. It always gave me a huge fat pumped feeling but I'm not sure if it ever went beyond that. I've actually made some very steady solid progress with simple squeeze routines focused on quality of the squeeze more so than the number or intensity of the squeeze.

DLD, have you ever felt the penis "over harden" to the point where a squeeze doesn't seem to cause any expansion? I've noticed this sort of feeling fairly regularly with my routines. It could be a sign of being too hard or too excited, but it's generally at this point where I have lost all pliability and I end the session. I've read in quite a few places that discuss the collapsing of the CC after very intense squeezes. Any thoughts on this?
