Three questions: One, how often should I incorporate
SSJ's into my routine? I do Blasters three days a week and girth work the two days in between, taking two-day breaks. Is it safe to do
SSJ's two days a week, or should I mix them in with the Ulis I already do and just try them once a week?
And second, how long should I exercise before taking a decon break? Finally, is it safe to incorporate Footlong Stretches or Sock Stretches in with DLD Blasters on the same day, or would you recommend something else?
