I've found that going to the clamp is a bit risky, at least for my first few reps. I like to go all out with my hands first, because I can control the amount of pressure more readily as I can feel the pressure through both hands and not just the top hand. Once my hands go I like to put the clamp on and go for 2-4 more reps of like 30 seconds to a minute. This is a great exercise if girth is your only concern.
 
so basically this is jelq while being clamped off like a cock ring deal? I know when i used a rubber band as a cock ring and left my pump on for 20 minutes it made my girth go up 1/2 inch, it felt like i had someone elses cock in my hand.
 
DLD, i have two doubts:
1.The standard jelq can be substituted by this Slow Squash Jelq without impairing gains?
2.Since you clamp off the base of your dick then jelq a inch and hold,the pressure will be restrained only above the clamp, so the base of your dick will be thiner than the rest of it??
 
DA, the SSJ isn't meant as a replacement for the jelq. It's closer to a Uli squeeze than a jelq, but it is it's own exercise and is meant to be very intense and produce rapid expansion without having to perform numerous repetitions. Also, as far as Penis Enlargement goes the base hand will cause expansion of the tissue above and below. You don't have to worry about yoru base being thinner than your upper shaft, because for most men we manually stretch or hang as our length work so it's not a concern otherwise.

I even hold stationary midway between to keep it engorged and I get a better pump than with the Horse's and it feels nice and spongy afterwards which is like I got in the old days with wet jelqs.

That is awesome Red, sorry I missed your post. These are my best work in the girth department and I have found it difficult to come up with a better Girth Exercise. I'm sure it will happen but for now I agree with you, They Rock. I was also curious if you have tried them with a clamp?
 
I haven't done these in so long but I remember getting that really deep spongy feeling post session. I could only manage 4-5 of these for 1-2 minute holds. I experienced a TON of bruising with these though, but that comes with the territory when you're trying to attain maximum expansion at every rep.

They can be brutal. When I first started doing them they were very intense and I could only do so many before my hands would cramp up. Eventually, after such a long time doing them I wouldn't even notice it.
 
I urge you all to do these FLACCID ... I think the key to flaccid girth gains lies in this exercise ... it blows it up like something insane.

After a workout?? I think I have had this as well but you guys make it seem like it is a good thing??Why is the spongy feel a good thing? Does it have to do with Cell breakdown and eventual rebuild???

I gave these a try last night and I could definitely see the expansion. I'm going to make this a permanent part of my routine. I really want more girth.

if you a newbie I STRONGLY recommend you start off with basic jelqing. and that mean STRONGLY suggest. you gon see good gains with jelqing then you can move onto more advanced routines.
 
No, i'm just a noob to this site. I first started Penis Enlargementing over a year ago, had some small gains then quit. I started again recently. I'm jelquing as part of my current routine as well.
