put it this way, with my normal girth routine inc 2 x 15 min clamped sessions and 500+ jelqs i get to 5" clamped girth. After doing 100 erect jelqs and 10 min's clamped SSJ i got to 5.10" clamped girth :D

It seems to give you the same effect! Pushing the clamp into the pubic bone increases the bloodflow into the penis, for me it does! This way you are squashing your whole unit, not just the parts abouve the grip!

True but I found that 2 things counter this loss of contact and actually do increase girth at the grip and below. 1.) Hanging straight down gives me more base girth then I know what to do with and 2.) The actual grip with my hands is very tight and this becomes a squeeze to the area I am gripping which seems to also build girth.

Quick question on that, how long did you have to hang before you started seeing base girth gains and how much weight were you hanging at that time? My base isn't lookin' like it's gonna be able to support the future building on top of it <:(

For me I saw a change in the first couple weeks. I hung very heavy straight down and it just manifested itself. Since then I read about many guys who experience the same. Nothing in Penis Enlargement is a rule of thumb but for me it works.
 
i did 20 min. of these after 45 min of jelq bends...i can see what all the fuss is about...my only problem was my erection went down only after a minute...i don't know if it is because my hand didn't clamp hard enough or what...but i am definitely adding these to my routine :)

I dont understand this exercise at all, I cant seem to get it in my head so I can have a go. Also doesnt it bend the penis? It looks like your pushing the head with onehand against the otherhand downwards while erect...looks like a ''U'' bend I do.
 
Hey red, if you read both threads on the SSJ you may be able to figure it out. Basically from what I can grasp about it, all you do is use your hand to clamp at the base and push up about an inch, push all the blood out of your head, then you start to push into the shaft using the other palm, and from there you can rotate your palm against it, you can push straight in, you can bend all directions, whatever your heart desires. Does this help at all???
 
I tried, some of the info does seem confusin, and the illustration isn't as good as the vid will be, I always do better once this stuff gets posted in the members area. Good luck Red
 
How the hell do you squeeze the blood out of your glans when your clamped? That's the part that keeps fucking me up. I do these every night usually, but I end up doing em with a hard ass head. Any suggestions???
 
i thought it was squeeze the blood out of the head of your penis.....that is what i do...it forces the blood back in the shaft...but after you start "squashing" blood goes back into the head..i take my thumb and index finger and just pinch the head until it goes back to its normal size.at least this is my interpretation of it

Let me try to explain it again:

I get myself completely erect (����������� seems to work best:D) I grab the extreme base of my penis with the standard OK grip (forefinger and thumb) Once in this position I squeeze my glans to outlet that much blood (allowing the blood to escape at the base) This gets my penis to the optimum hardness for the exercise. You might do this a different way but the ideal hardness is like 95% erect. From there I slowly, tightly and firmly jelq the clamped hand up the shaft about an inch. Then by using the palm of my free hand I squash the head down against the shaft, the bottom hand is pushing up against the upper palm that is squashing in (the upper palm being the dominant force, meaning the lower hand does not jelq up any further but it does create a serious pressure against the hand squashing down) I like to do these in all directions and spend an extended time in each direction. I guess one rep could be squashing down forward for 60-120 seconds. The next rep could be squashing down to the left for 60-120 seconds and so on. My main objective is not counting or reps but doing each rep as long as I can with as much pressure as I can to create the most expansion I can. After each rep I will dry jelq myself back to optimum hardness and continue. I like to spend 30-45 minutes non-stop as a session. Now applying the CLAMP to this exercise is something I don't do but lots of other guys do so it can be done.
 
I did try these DLD, I'm not sure if I'm doing them right just yet though as I didnt seem to get as much as I thought I might outta them. Going to try them again some more.

I am not following why you squeeze the glans and let the blood out at the beginning of the set. Can you explain? I tried these over the weekend and I did notice a big girth change during the exercises. I can only imagine what will happen when I have perfected the technique.

My question is on the word "down". Does that mean a U bend toward my feet type of down? Does that mean trying to bury my cock in my foreskin if I were flaccid type of down? I am confused on what "down" means. I have been doing the exercise pushing toward my feet causing it to look like an upside down U while moderate to lightly clamped.
